• Franc (8/5): Erg ruim en goed verzorgd appartement die ik zeker aan kan bevelen. - Het appartement leek recentelijk opgeknapt te zijn en was erg netjes, modern, ruim en compleet uitgerust. Een paar kleine zaken mbt de afwerking van de nieuwe keuken en badkamer, maar dit zou verholpen worden.

• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - Next time I will definitely come to these apartments. We were met to hand over the keys and a mini tour of the apartment. We felt as at home. Good renovation. Beautiful Italian dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a dishwasher and a washing machine with a clothes drying mode, which turned out to be very necessary on our trip. A very nice balcony, or rather access to the roof, which reminded me of the rooftops of Paris. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, such as a hairdryer, coffee machine with capsules, kitchen napkins, detergent with a new washcloth, washing powder, anti-maskite remedy, etc. All attractions are located within a radius of 800 meters. The owner of the apartment is caring. We were in safe hands. Thanks for everything! Good clients to you! I liked everything!
• Salimah (7/5): Central location. Having washing machine was handy. - Generally it was a clean room and spacious enough for family of 3. The lady who checked us in was pleasant. Alessandro was responsive to our questions. During our stay the weather was cold. There was a heater and aircon but Alessandro told us that heater was controlled by the building management and can be turned on after 15 November. The whole stay (3 nights) in the unit was very cold. I had mild fever. The floor was not so clean (my white socks became black). No bottled water and no basic toiletries e.g bath gel and shampoo. No lift to the apartment.
• Wojciech (9/5): We very much enjoyed our stay at Cosy Fiesolana, the location of the place enabled us to walk to all attractions in the - Fantastic location, very spacious apartament thanks to its high ceiling, very clean, the apartament has everything you may need -
• Jugoslav (9/5): Nice spent 5 days. - Location was great, very close to all must be seen cultural monuments. Information about parking were not completely correct. We asked for reserved parking place, but when we came we were told that parking only exist in that street, but nobody made a reservation for us. It is not clear in description. Fortunately, there was enough places, but be careful about this if you are planing to come by car.

• Jennifer (9/5): Beautiful, comfy, lives up to it’s cosy name - The apartment was lovely and nice to have ac in both rooms. Everything was very clean and we could use the washing machine in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and felt like a hotel bed. The fresco on the ceiling was a beautiful touch. A little pricy but nice amenities. It would have been nice to have a holder or shelf of some sort in the shower to hold soaps and shampoo
• Sergio (10/5): Amazing apartment in beautiful historic Florence. - The apartment had all amenities needed to make you feel at home. We were very pleased with everything and the place was roomy and felt safe. The location was amazing and allowed us access to the main site seeing, restaurants, bars and shops in Florence. We loved our stay there. No parking available so we had to pay for parking. We won’t rent a car next time in Europe.

• Joshua (9/5): Great apartment for small family or couples. Close to all downtown sites and 3 min walk to grocery stores . - Good size, had all the amenities needed for a week stay. Good bathroom facilities with a washing machine. Air conditioning was fantastic. Beds were ok but not exceptional. No broom in apartment to help clean after ourselves.
• Murat (9/5): Great Location and very good studio - Location is simply great. You’re almost at the heart of all major attractions. Train station is 20 minutes walk but also there are very close bus stops. Bedroom is spacious and has enough closet and space for your things. The sofa at living space can be opened and becomes rather comfortable and big bed. Having Washing machine and also Dishwasher is great opportunity. Fridge is big. There is toaster and kettle. Both rooms have A/C. Overall you have all the convenience and comfort for your stay. Cleanliness is very good. Some minor recommendations: There are different coffee machines but they don’t work properly. Some utensils (forks and spoons) etc. need to be added or renewed. For elderly or people with mobility problems, it should be known that the studio is at first floor and has no elevator, there are 20-25 steps.

• John (10/5): Wonderful! - My favorite stay on my trip to Italy! Very nice apartment, great location, host was very accommodating and easy to contact. The room was great, the sofa bed was comfortable enough and a pretty good size. Super clean, wonderful bathroom with a washer. No elevator, so you have to take about 20 steps to get to the room. Check-in was a little clunky, you need someone to unlock the door for you - so you have to text them when you're there. Although they were very easy to contact, so it was totally fine.

• Chieh (7/5): Honestly not a big fan of the city of Florence (too much locals just trying to take advantage of tourists and no transpa - Complete facilities: laundry machine, bidet, coffee machine and mocha pot, pots for cooking, dining ware, toaster, kettle, dish washer, oven, large fridge, two tvs, 2 ac/heating units, hair dryer, sofa bed, plenty of towels. Good bed because I slept really well. Location is excellent. Centrally located, yet not too noisy. Again, slept really well during my stay. You can hear ppl out on the streets talking, but it’s very quiet after nine or ten on the streets. Short three to five minute walk from two bus stations that will both take you to Florence Santa Maria novella (I recommend salvemini bus stop). Short three minute walk to nearest poste Italienne where you can exchange money. Short five minute walk to supermarkets as well (I recommend Pam local or conad city). Alessandro is accommodating and a kind host. The check out procedure is also painless and quick. It can be well-heated in the winter, laundry machine and dish washer is a godsend, and big fridge means you can cook. Plethora of towels and blankets in very clean condition. Dishwashing soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent is available. Cleanliness: The floor was really dirty (can’t tell at first, but your feet get dirty if you walk barefoot or with socks) when I first arrived, I had to wipe it down twice. You also have to take out your own trash. Considering the steep price of cleaning that they charge, I would have expected a better job. Amenities: There are not a lot of “soft” amenities like coffee, oil, spices, toilet paper (one roll for five days), shampoo, body wash, etc. Great for someone staying longer than a week who has preferences for these kinds of stuff, but not ideal for a less than three day stay. Also, no broom or mop for cleaning the house, which would be great for a longer stay. Fees: The late check in fee (20 euros) is charged at 7pm, which was a bit early in my opinion as it made me think that the area is dangerous at night, it isn’t. The city tax charged is just a bit higher than what I found asking around. This part is transparent, just pay attention when booking. No elevator: Keep in mind there is a short flight of stairs up to the apartment (around 22 steps). All of these aren’t big issues and most can be quickly resolved with good communication (like making sure to tell the cleaning people to actually clean the floor).
• Kamil (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment provides everything that one could need during a short stay. The location is superb, and the communication with the host was always very friendly. The apartment's cosy design is a big plus - it made me feel like it was my second home. Everything was excellent.
• Naomi (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped in a lovely location so close to everything. Only a short walk to the main attractions, yet located in a quiet street. A supermarket is nearby but there are just so many restaurants and trattorias to choose from within a short walk. Loved exploring the narrow streets and lane ways. Our host Alessandro was helpful and responsive. Nothing!

• Lola (8/5): Very comfortable enjoyable stay in Florence for one to two people - Great location, lovely hosts, easy to get in and out of. Washing machine is usable and the kitchen is small but practical. Grocery is just around the corner and all the big sights are about 15 minutes away. The door coming into the building is a little on the small side so you tend to bang your head coming in and out of the building before you get used to it. Of course there's nothing the hosts can do about that
• Tess (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay in Florence. It was in an excellent location and very clean, spacious and comfortable.
• Oliver (9/5): Superb - Location is amazing. Flat is perfect for 1-2 people for a short stay which is what I did. Great host with good communication, easy to check in and check out. Bed is relatively comfy, shower is great. Paint chipping on walls took away from the beauty of the place, but not by much - thats just being picky.
• Courtney (6/5): Great location, decent place, probably wouldn’t stay again - Great location, close to a bus stop and supermarket. Only a couple more blocks to the duomo. Seemed liked a safe neighborhood. It was great having a washer and fridge. Check in was easy. The floors were dirty. Our feet were black walking around the apartment barefoot. The a/c was also a hassle. It wasn’t working when we first checked in, and was very hot in the apartment. It took us about an hour of fiddling with it to get it to work. Each time we turned it on (you have to turn it off when you leave the apt), we had to cycle through all the settings, then the fan speeds to get it to turn on. Our last night, it wouldn’t turn on at all. It finally turned on at 4am.
