• Linda (10/5): Beautiful clean apartment with some original features. - Apartment is in a beautiful block with original elevator with each apartment having gorgeous old heavy wooden doors. The location is excellent with tram right outside, shop across the road and 10 min walk to Coloseum. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms 2 of which are ensuite, a well equipped kitchen with big 'gathering' table. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Nothing. Loved the apartment, loved the original features but with modern comfortable living needs.
• SRC (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf - Fris schoon en modern. Bedden goed. Ligging van appartement is op 5min lopen van Colosseum, En ligt naast een leuke straat met veel eethuisjes. Droger deed het niet goed, en er was ook geen plaatsvervangend droogrek; Schappen in deur van koelkast waren stuk en koelkast was klein gezien aantal gasten in verblijf.

• Lesley (10/5): We stayed as we were watching the Italian open and was an easy trip in. Carla is a great host giving us good tips on eat - Fantastic communication with Carla all the way through, clean and comfortable apartment for 6 of us in a very good location.

Location was perfect with a supermarket across the road and the reasonably priced restaurants recommended closeby were excellent. Great family accomodation. Beds so comfortable. I can be hard to please but there was nothing to fault.
• Klaudia (10/5): Guys, Absolutely perfect stay - Absolutely genius place!!! They literally have everything you need during the trip: even washing machine and machine to dry the clothes. We were amazed that someone can think about the tourists so much and meet their needs before they even feel them. Totally recommend! Ps. Beds here are SO comfortable and the contact with host is great

Por decir algo, las almohadas eran un poco incómodas, y la cafetera muy pequeña, teníamos que hacer varias cafeteras para el desayuno porque una era escasa.

• Giada Pia (8/5): - Die Wohnung hat uns in vielerlei Hinsicht überzeugt. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – das Kolosseum ist in weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, was für unseren Aufenthalt ideal war. Trotzdem liegt die Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend und in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnblock. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt. Auch die Nachbarschaft war freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und bietet mit ihren drei Zimmern viel Platz. Besonders positiv ist, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche verfügt sowie einen modernen Fernseher – das ist sehr komfortabel und praktisch, vor allem für Gruppen. Leider gibt es aber auch Kritikpunkte. In der gesamten Wohnung war sehr viel Staub vorhanden. Besonders auffällig war der Staub unter den Betten sowie an den Vorhängen, die ebenfalls stark verstaubt waren. Das war insgesamt etwas störend. Die Bäder wirkten grundsätzlich in Ordnung, jedoch floss das Wasser in den Lavabos in allen drei Badezimmern nur sehr schlecht ab. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts haben wir nach einer Zwischenreinigung gefragt, diese wurde jedoch nur gegen einen Aufpreis von 50 € angeboten. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung grosses Potenzial durch ihre Lage und Ausstattung, jedoch sollten Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung verbessert werden.

• Philip (5/5): Pleasant. - Location good. Easy to find and access. Nice and clean. A squeeze for four of us. No living room, just a small kitchen diner. Very disappointed that we had to pay a huge supplement for additional guests even though we were only four of us. Probably my fault the headcount was wrong, but I’ve never been charged so much for additional guests.

Le camere sono belle, spaziose e soprattutto pulitissime, curate nei dettagli e molto accoglienti. Si percepisce subito l’attenzione e la cura per gli ospiti. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a dare consigli utili per il soggiorno. Lo consiglio assolutamente Niente
• Peter (10/5): Really comfortable stay in a nice apartment in quiet area close to the sights. - Fantastic location within a couple hundred yards of Coloseum, easy walk from Termini. Spacious rooms, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are well appointed, everything clean. Supermarket directly across the street. Very quiet. Carla the manager of the property was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t use the kitchen but it was functional if you wanted to. Nothing of note that we didn’t enjoy.

The location is excellent – very close to the Colosseum, with many attractions within walking distance. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. Our stay was smooth and pleasant, and the host was kind and helpful. We are very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

• Laura (9/5): Al lado del coliseo - El apartamento es grande y muy luminoso. Cada habitación tiene un baño, y eso está muy bien. Duchas grandes y muy agradable. Las propias habitaciones son muy grandes y en una se pudo poner la cuna, y en otra una cama extra. Se tarda 5/10min en llegar al coliseo y está muy bien comunicado. Tiene un carrefour justo delante que abre todos los dias. El piso tiene lo básico para pasar unos días. Es un 3r piso con un ascensor muy pequeño. Se tenia que plegar el carro porque no cabia, aun asi, tiene ascensor! Faltaba un sofa en la zona del comedor (lo hay en una de las habitaciones) para poder relajarnos después de comer y estar juntos. Y la nevera es pequeña. No hay cafetera de maquina... Nos encontramos el lavaplatos con cosas sucias dentro y la lavadora con algo mojado.

• Santirosi (9/5): Bellissimo appartamento vicino al Colosseo. - Appartamento ristrutturato recentemente e corrispondente alle foto pubblicate. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottima a 500 mt dal Colosseo, vicino alla stazione metro. Per il prezzo pagato sarebbe stato gradito trovare disponibili in appartamento un pò di acqua minerale e magari qualche cialda di caffè per fare un minimo di colazione.

• Ashleigh (10/5): A great time - Property is is a great location and very spacious and comfortable. Very modern and has what you need for a city break. Every thing was good, even a very small lift for bags and those that might struggle with stairs.

• Alexander (9/5): Excellent location, excellent property, great hosts. Would stay again. - Excellent. Would recommend. Great location, minutes from the main tourist heart of Rome. Excellent accomodation, very helpful hosts. There’s a few flights of stairs and a tiny lift. But it’s only a problem at the start and end of the stay!

• Leyla (8/5): We had a very good stay! - The apartment was clean & spacious. We didn’t have any noise disturbing our night rest. It was also very close to the colosseum. The single beds could have a better mattress. It was a little to thin and as you’re paying per person, you expect the necessary comfort.

Words can not describe our gratitude towards the owners, who not only fulfilled all our requests, but went even further to make our stay most comfortable - including a VERY early check-in! Anyway, the apartment was brand new, clean and well-equipped. The owner gave us recommendations for a few very nice restaurants around the corner. Thank you for everything!

• Ehsan (10/5): fantastic place to stay for visiting major old Rome places - location was convenient, if you like to walk to other things, however , I would come back to this property again 100% the property manager or owner was nice , and communicated very promptly, that was amazing and thanks you !!!! everything was outstanding , shower head of the bathroom needed to be replaced , but everything was great.
