• Rita (8/5): Boa relação qualidade-preço - O apartamento fica a uma caminhada de 10 min do Vaticano. Tem supermercados e restaurantes próximos. O taxi oficial de Roma cobra 55€ até ao alojamento, preço fixo. O quarto tem cama e sofá confortável para dormir duas pessoas em cada um. O Wc também tem um tamanho bom. A Francesca é simpática e tentou resolver pequenos problemas que surgiram no alojamento. Tem a linha do autocarro a passar mesmo perto do alojamento, sendo muito cómodo para poder chegar rápido ao centro histórico de Roma. O apartamento completo foi dividido para dar lugar a dois alojamentos diferentes, por isso a separação entre os dois alojamentos é apenas uma porta e ouve-me tudo o que se faz e o que se diz no outro alojamento. A rua de acesso ao alojamento também não parecia bem, tinha algum lixo pelo chão, mostrava falta de manutenção e o poste de iluminação não funciona. Como eramos uma família, não tivemos medo, mas se eu tivesse viajado só com a minha irmã como inicialmente era previsto, não nos iríamos sentir seguras ao chegar de noite.

She shared info and directions to Rome's attractions and great restaurant tips. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely stay here again.

• Giacomo (10/5): Weekend a Roma zona Vaticano - La host è sempre stata di aiuto, sia prima del soggiorno, che durante il soggiorno. La casa è stata ristrutturata di recente e la presenza di due bagni è stata fondamentale, visto che eravamo in sei, tre adulti e tre bambini. La zona è ben servita, sia dai bus che da metro/treno, ed è a cinque minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro. Nulla, siamo stati molto soddisfatti dal soggiorno.

Розташування відмінне — дуже зручно для відвідування музеїв Ватикану, а також до багатьох головних пам’яток Риму можна легко дістатися пішки, якщо любите прогулянки. Окрема подяка менеджеру Франчесці, яка дуже швидко відповідала на всі наші запитання, дала багато корисних рекомендацій та допомогла з організацією трансферу в аеропорт. Її підтримка зробила наше перебування ще приємнішим. Дякуємо за теплий прийом і чудову гостинність. Із задоволенням зупинилися б тут ще раз!

We experienced the Rome from a unique perspective. Shout out to Sandro who gave us a ride from and to the airport! There is nothing not to like, except our short stay :)

• Damiano (8/5): Ottimo compromesso fra posizione e prezzo, con spazi comodi per due famiglie!! - Gestore molto disponibile, facilmente contattabile. Dotazioni e kit di accoglienza oltre le aspettative. Non mancava nulla, facilita molto nei soggiorni brevi perché non è necessario portare quasi nulla come dotazioni per la casa.

• Ligia isabel (10/5): Maravillosa - La ubicación cercana al transporte público, un poco retirado del centro de la ciudad lo cual fue una ventaja para evitar el ruido y poder descansar. La atención de Francheska estuvo genial, nos ayudó muchísimo en todo lo que necesitamos, incluso con el transporte. Sin duda alguna volvería. Como es junto a otro apartamento en el sofá cama se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban los del otro apartamento lo que hizo difícil una de las noches que estuvimos.
• Marta (10/5): - El trato de Francesca fue muy bueno, nos recomendó sitios que visitar, restaurantes... vino a buscarnos y nos llevo al aeropuerto facilitándonos muchísimo el traslado. También nos guardo las maletas hasta que estuvo el apartamento listo. Además el apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días. La ubicación también muy buena a unos 15 minutos del vaticano a pie y con una parada de autobus delante. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Casa pulitissima, con aria condizionata e wifi. Posizione comodissima per Piazza San Pietro raggiungibile a piedi. Centro raggiungibile con i mezzi disponibili davanti la casa, in poche fermate. In ultimo, molto gentile e disponibile l'host che ci ha accolto e fornito molti preziosi consigli per muoverci in città e luoghi da visitare. Esperienza da ripetere.
• Olha (10/5): - Ausgezeichnete Lage. 4 Minuten bis zu einem großen Supermarkt, 10 Minuten bis zum Vatikan, 1 Minute bis zur Bushaltestelle, um ins Zentrum von Rom zu fahren. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns erklärt hat, wie und wohin man am besten kommt und was man sich ansehen sollte. Die Wohnung war so gemütlich, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlte. Es ist alles vorhanden, um selbst zu kochen. Wenn ich wieder nach Rom reise, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Das Fehlen einer kleinen Waschmaschine sowie einer Spülmaschine, aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm.

• Etenli (9/5): Bello, funzionale e comodo. Ci tornerei. - La posizione era ottima. In 10/15 minuti a piedi si arriva in Piazza San Pietro, mentre con gli autobus si arriva velocemente e facilmente in Piazza Venezia (la fermata è molto vicina all’appartamento, oppure se ne trovano numerose camminando lungo la via). La zona è piuttosto tranquilla e si riesce a girare anche a tarda ora senza preoccupazione. L’appartamento era ben pulito e fornito. La proprietaria è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile. Nonostante il nostro arrivo anticipato è riuscita ad accoglierci tempestivamente. Ci ha spiegato in modo dettagliato come muoverci in città con i mezzi pubblici. Poi ci ha dato dei consigli su alcuni bar, supermercati e ristoranti/osterie dove recarci durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, si è resa disponile nel caso avessimo qualche necessità o qualche dubbio. Consiglio molto volentieri questo appartamento a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno a Roma. Esternamente c’è una sorta di “giardinetto” che dal punto di vista estetico potrebbe essere migliorato. Ritengo che questa sia l’unica cosa che andrebbe migliorata, il resto è stato perfetto.

Francesca bardzo pomocna i bardzo miła wszystko nam powiedziała , polecała miejsca do jedzenia , zwiedzania. Jak pojawiła się problematyczna sprawa życzliwa i wyrozumiała ale przede wszystkim pomocna. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Polecamy Nie ma takiej rzeczy

• Klimanova (10/5): I RECOMMEND - 10 out of 10 possible stars. The hostess met us at the airport and took us to the apartment. A very sweet, kind woman. She told me where and how to get there, marking all the places on the map. Recommended places where you can try Italian food. (Budget option and more expensive)) The hostess is responsive. We had difficulties moving from Rome to the sea, and she helped us get there. And then she also wondered if everything was fine with us!!! The first apartment that had everything you needed!!! I travel with children, and it is important for me that the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Clean, tidy bathroom, plenty of towels. The place to relax is cozy, and we slept soundly, just like at home. There are two grocery stores nearby. Attractions within walking distance. I RECOMMEND !!!
• Ulumom (10/5): What a great stay - I loved that upon being met at property, the manager gave us a full run-through of how things worked as well as a lot of useful information about sights and how to use public transportation. She even had a map with local sights highlighted. VATICAN CITY HOUSE WAS VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER and EXCEEDED our expectations. The beds were super comfy. I fell in love with the little kitchenette in a cabinet! I highly recommend it. The unit was on the first floor and easily accessible. We walked to vatican with ease Upon our departure, the manager arranged an early morning car to the airport, which was very reasonably priced. I ended up leaving my prescription eye glasses, and management was willing to ship them to me. It was quite sweet as most won't do that. There wasn't anything not to like! I Mean seriously..everything was perfect! Everything was lovely. We were even greeted with snacks.

The simple door separating the apartment from the neighbors would be the only negative aspect. We didn’t encounter any problems aside from minor noises in the morning.

• Amadeo (8/5): Good place for a short stay in Rome - Francesca was a fantastic owner. She picked up us at the airport and take us to the apartment. She also explained us the city maps and the places to visit. The place was not well explained at the booking page and we end with the surprise that we all four where sleeping together in the same room since it was a big bedroom + living room + kitchenet all in the same stance.

Hearing 6 am conversations from the neighbor through the paper thin door into the apartment needs to be addressed ASAP. I could literally everything including the person the neighbor was talking too on the phone. Felt literally like the neighbor was in our room. If this is fixed, I give this GH a 10, with the paper thin door it's a 5.
• Dora (10/5): Exceptional - My stay was perfect! It is very well equipt and had everything we needed. There is a bus station right infront if apartment with a good conection to sights. Apartment is 5-6 minutes from Vatikan by walking and from there you can take metro to anywhere! The host was very helpful with information and she even organized us a ride from airport! I reccomend staying at this apartment.
• Petr (9/5): Superb - Supermarkets nearby and equipped kitchen with a fridge was great. The security of the accommodation is also good. Just a few steps to the bus stop to the city center, but metro access is not soo good. Neighbors can be heard, the accommodation also had a few other minor imperfections, which, considering the good price, is definitely not worth talking about.
• Unnikrishnan (9/5): Pleasant, comfortable for 5 people and good connectivity - The location is very nice. It is 5 min from Vatican and there is very good bus connection 2 min from the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Also Francesca the manger was very helpfu.
