- Lev (5/5): -
- Loubna (6/5): - Location molto buona, host molto gentile e disponibile.

- Ivanna (8/5): Location is very good, calm street, 2 levels of security access to the apartment - Many things were inside like all kitchen appliances, coffee machine, that made apartment comfortable to live in Door is not very protects from the sounds
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Marta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (6/5): Pleasant - The toilet flush button did not function properly.
- Izabela (6/5): OK for 1-2 nights - The location. The apartment was not very clean
- Bernie (1/5): Avoid here at all costs - Nothing & left 2 days before we were due to leave which the owner didn't like & got very stroppy in texts to me when she heard we'd left even though we never met her Everything about this apartment, it was dirty, no toilet seat, fridge not cleaned for months & lipstick on mugs in presses.
- Grahame (10/5): Fantastic I will be back soon, very friendly people and very cheap restaurants. - Fantastic apartment to arrive catch the Alibus to Municipio then walk up to Via Chiaia catch the lift up then turn right the street is about 200 metres on the right, the apartment is just down the steps. The road surfaces I think they were last done just before the Pompei disaster, even the high street is big cobbles.

- Kuangqing (5/5): First day ruined - Flora was very communicative on Whatsapp. She even replied to my message late at night. When we were leaving Naples and couldn't find a taxi to the airport, she offered us a ride. I had a disappointing experience on the first day as I was significantly overcharged.
When making the reservation, I was certain that I had booked a room for two people and provided the full details for both individuals. However, upon arrival, the host Flora told us the room was only reserved for one person. It's highly probably an issue with Booking's system - also reached out to Booking customer service for assistance, but they were very unhelpful and just told us to follow the hotel rules.
However, the staff then insisted that we pay €75 more if we both wanted to stay. This price was very unreasonable since we had already booked the entire room, and yet they charged the additional guest at a walk-in rate. So I contacted a local friend who had a dorm room where my friend could stay temporarily, but that room was too small to accommodate her luggage. We tried to negotiate with the staff, asking if my friend could leave her large suitcase in the room while she left. Unfortunately, none of the staff members could communicate in English (despite the host claiming to have English as a working language). We had to resort to speaking with their manager over the phone on a small and noisy street. It took 1000 years that they finally understood our request - but still refused it, insisting that my friend remove all her belongings from the room. We were willing to respect their hotel policy, but we really couldn't understand why there would be a limit on luggage in the room?????
In the end, as it was late and we didn't want this whole thing leave us hungry and stranded on the street any more, we reluctantly decided to pay the unfair €75 charge. Overall, this experience was very unsatisfactory and ruined our first day's trip.
There were several other issues with this place:
1. The hairdryer had an electrical leakage problem and emitted sparks when used
2. Noise from passing motorcycles at night
3. The air conditioning didn't work
- Višnja (7/5): Good value for money - Location. It was within walking distance from Via Toledo and Piazza Plebiscito. Even if it is true that the narrow streets of the Spanish Quarter are noisy, we enjoyed being in this real landmark of Naples. You can find small shops working late at night even on Sundays.
The host was easy to reach and get the keys (you need internet connection, though).
The studio is modestly equipped, but it was OK with us, since we didn't need more for a short stay. For the sake of the real purpose of reviews I have to put some remarks on hygiene. Don't understood as this is some dirty place, because it's not and I would for sure stay there again.
But with a bit better cleaning and slightly increased quality of towels, for example, all imperfections can easily be fixed for much better experience.
