• Vyara (1/5): This is the worst place to stay ever! - Location. 1. Extremely steep stairs. Impossible to carry a heavy suitcase. I fell and hurt my head badly. 2. Horrible renovation in the neighboring building all the time. Impossible to sit in the apartment! I'm sorry, it may not be the owner's fault, but it's right in such a case that I get my money back and go somewhere quiet and the owner SHOULD NOT GIVE THE APARTMENT TO OTHER PEOPLE WHILE THIS RENEWAL IS UNDERWAY. I was denied a refund by the owner and was forced to endure this hell for 6 days of stay. This is greed and complete disgrace! Booking.com also did not take any measures. 3. Horrible dirt. Unmaintained. It looks new and nice in the pictures. IT IS NOT! Shabby. Clogged sinks. Air conditioning does not work. Broken things in the bathroom. From the toilet and the drains - stench. I found old socks and underwear in the wardrobe. 4. All the bed linen was used. Only the top sheet was clean. The blankets were placed between two sheets. Blankets that hundreds of guests have wrapped themselves in without being washed were actually in constant contact with us. It is a lie that they are washed after each client as the host tried to explain to us. They stank of sweat and dirt. When I lifted the sheet to change it with a new one that I asked for, the mattress underneath was shocking! Hair, urine and blood stains. Disgusting! 5. I paid 3000 euros for complete misery! Bad mood from the constant noise from the renovation that literally shook my bed! I do not recommend!
• Katharina (8/5): Alles prima. - Die Lage ist prima. Die beiden getrennten Schlafzimmer sind sehr praktisch. Check-in sehr gut und problemlos. Kaffee, Tee und kleine Wasserflaschen vorhanden. Auf Nachrichten wurde immer sehr schnell reagiert. Wasserkocher könnte mal erneuert werden, aber funktioniert. Ein paar mehr Kaffeebecher wären schön, ansonsten haben wir nicht dort gekocht.

Casa pulita, l’appartamento ha tutto asciugamani, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli e stoviglie. È al 1’ piano e c’è una scala ripida (non adatto per persone che hanno problemi di deambulazione). Il proprietario è gentile! Ci siamo trovati molto bene fam. 2 adulti e 4 ragazzi. Niente

Gut geeignet für zwei Pärchen oder Familie, da beide Schlafzimmer und die dazugehörigen Bäder über einen eigenen "Flur" verfügen. Damit ist die Privatsphäre auch bei bspw. erwachsenen Kindern oder mitreisenden Freunden für jeden gegeben. Ansprechende moderne Ausstattung. Kleinigkeiten.... Bspw. Duschwandgriffe, Toilettenabroller usw. die durch starke Nutzung der Wohnung locker wurden, müssten einfach mal wieder befestigt werden. In einem Schlafzimmer lag noch ein Koffer und der Schrank war mit Garderobe einer fremden Person gefüllt...

• Brandon (8/5): Highly recommended personal apartment in the heart of Rome nice, comfortable private space, excellent location and a go - I spent a lot of time looking - and the location and the comfort of this apartment were nearly perfect. Everything was as promised and the combination of location, comfort and cool, private space was exactly what we needed for our stay in Rome. Importantly during summer season the house was cool, quiet and comfortable and the location is amazing. A cute, quiet street, but with enough happening (and a grocery two doors away) to make it feel like a true city stay. Short walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There were some small issues - including a TV that did not work in the main bedroom and some missing / broken items. When I mentioned to the host; they said sorry but didn’t try to remedy. To be clear - this would NOT stop me from staying here again - we loved it - but it’s worth noting as a difference between a “10” property and an “8”

• Jadwiga (8/5): Very good - Super cozy apartment. Clean and warm. The host extremely nice and helpful. One of the shower’s drains didn’t work properly. Really steep stairs and no lift, but that’s the price one pays for being in the very heart of Rome.

The washing mashing was broken and I texted the owner about it and he didn’t even reply. I had to find laundry mat because we came from a week vacation and had to wash bunch of clothing. The washer was a must when I was choosing property to rent especially traveling with kids.

• Johnny (8/5): Overall, I am satisfied and I recommend the owner to introduce the housekeeping service, the daily rate is not cheap and - The location is great, the apartment is great also. Housekeeping is very bad, actually there is no housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights, the bed sheets were dirty, the owner was responsive and changed them the next day. However, there no daily cleaning and housekeeping services.

• Andrej (10/5): Superb - The apartment is located in the very heart of historic Rome, within easy reach of Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps on one side, and Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia and Via dei Condotti on the other. As Rome used to be called simply "the City" [Urbs], as well as "umbilicus mundi" [the navel of the world], I can freely say that this apartment is located in the center of the central part of the City, in a beautiful building that resembles a Renaissance palace.
