• Marie (7/5): - Le gros plus de l'appartement c'est son emplacement à proximité de la place d'Espagne. La rue est calme et l'appartement est bien équipé. Gros problème avec la serrure qui est compliquée à ouvrir. Nous avons cru plusieurs fois que nous allions rester dehors. Le sol n'était pas propre et l'appartement mérite un rafraîchissement, beaucoup de traces sur les murs. Aucune vue, les fenêtres donne sur des murs, totalement enclavé.
• Laura (7/5): Bel weekend! - Posizione fantastica, bilocale ampio e ben arredato, ottimi infissi, cucina ben accessoriata, letti comodi. Comodo anche il self check-in, in più abbiamo apprezzato i consigli dettagliati sui locali tipici. Il bagno andrebbe un po’ rimodernato, lo scarico della doccia è intasato e inevitabilmente si allaga metà pavimento. Non ci sono prese al comodino. Servirebbero un paio di accorgimenti, come una pulizia più approfondita e qualche ripiano in più in bagno.

• helen (10/5): - First of all, I would like to sincerely thank our kind host, Mr. David, for all his support. On the day we arrived, he immediately gave us the apartment, which was very helpful. On the day of our flight, he kindly allowed us to stay until the time we wanted. The apartment was very clean . The only small issues were that the bathroom didn’t have glass at its door pkace, so a little water came out, and sometimes the neigubers were noisy and the elevator noise were a bit disturbing. Other than that, everything was great.”

• Mitric (10/5): Family stay in Rome - May 2025 - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome this May. The location is truly unbeatable — everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain and charming local cafés. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, cozy beds, reliable Wi-Fi, and a peaceful atmosphere after long days of sightseeing. For the price, this place offers great value — especially considering how central it is. We would absolutely recommend it to families or anyone looking to experience Rome on foot without compromising comfort. Just a small note: we noticed a few ants in the bathroom during our stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but future guests might appreciate if this is addressed.

Mil gracias - La ubicación es perfecta, el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario y el propietario es muy amable El baño es muy pequeño, falta mantenimiento (reparación de pequeños desperfectos)y los cubrecamas oscuros dan la impresión de estar sucios ( que no lo están) ganaría mucho con unos claros como aparece en las fotos.

• Nina (8/5): Very good - Davide was super helpful and easy going. He was always ready to help and had good suggestions. I never needed to wait for more than 2 minutes to have my questions answer. He provided us some tee and coffee as well. Davide thank you so much. The location is extremely convenient. It is in the heart of the city. (it means the house is old) If you are not traveling without kids every interesting tourist attractions are in the walking distance. The facilities are basic and some of them worn out but it was not effecting us dramatically as we needed to use the sofa bed just for one person. The bedroom bed was comfortable enough and I used it with both my children. The bathroom is reachable from the bedroom (both shower and toilet) and if it makes it a bit difficult to manage especially during the night. Keeping the bathroom dry is challenging and afterwards cleaning it is difficult. The sofa bed is not comfortable unless just one person lies on it diagonally. What I generally do not like in accommodations in Italy is the way they (DONT) cover the blankets. There is just a teen stand alone cover and then the blanket on top. I find it very unhygienic especially for double beds and with children that can not manage not touching the blanket while sleeping. But as I said I saw it in multiple cities. Next time I think I will bring my full cover with me.

• Bing (10/5): Perfect location, perfect owner - The location is fantastic, a stone away from most attractions at Central. Davide is really a great guy. He communicated in time before and during our stay. He tried all his best to provide the best service, including driving over to meet us later than the normal check-in time, giving us genuine advice, as well as helping us dial up his friends when knowing we struggled to find a daily tour to Vatican. Davide is a very honest person, definitely worth your trust. Definitely 10 over 10!

It has the necessary amenities like shower and bath, aircon, ref, cable TV, internet, kitchen utensils , accommodates 4 adults comfortably, the host is very helpful. • Albena (10/5): Good location, helpful host. - The location and the host are very good! Its tricky when it comes to using the WC as you need to enter the bedroom and if you are a group of 4 it can be a little uncomfortable but thats just for information to other visitors.
• Thi (10/5): Location location location!!! - Location location location! Absolutely loved where the apartment is located, close to pretty much everything. The apartment was cozy and there is enough space to accommodate the four of us. We slept very well and were not disturbed by any external noise either. The host was great and even accommodated us by letting us check in earlier to drop our luggage off right after our early flight in. The drainage of the bathroom sink and toilet were tough and slow but I suppose that given it's such an old building, even though the apartment is well maintained, that probably explains why the pipe system isn't 100% functional. It didn't bother us too much though, we just had to be more patient.

• Berkin (4/5): room wasn't clean. we were told that we'll get a refund in a week but it didn't happen. - the location was good. easy to walk everywhere. it was easy to checkin and out. room was not clean. there was literally a dried poop under the toilet. the owner was helpful next day with the cleaning and told us that we will be refunded in a week for that day but then changed his mind to tell us we'll get a refund in 4-5 months which didn't sound reliable. bed and sofa were uncomfortable. no parking nearby, had to park somewhere 15 min away on foot.

The host provided us with some helpful restaurant recommendations. It was good place to stay overall. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. We were not provided with a duvet/comforter for both beds. Bathroom could use some upgrades.
• Memzi (9/5): Great location and lovely facility - The location was amazing , the apartment is so easy to access with a lift, and even the stairs were comfortable and easy to use by elderly , Davide was so pleasant and great to deal with . The apartment had enough toilet paper , shampoo, it had, tea , coffee, salt , sugar ..etc , all in all it was a good choice, the bedroom bed was super comfy and the sofa same as all sofa beds was fine😊 Only one air conditioning unit was available in the bedroom, so for the apartment temperature to feel good in hot weather we had to keep it on at a very low temperature and almost all the time making the bedroom feel like a freezer, I wish it had at least afan so we can use it in the living room and give the AC a break.

Perfect communication from owner, available via Skype, managing even earlier check in It is not about " did not like" just to make expectations right: Appartment suits for 2 persons pefectly, for family of 4 stil works but count with sofa for 2. View from windows is zero, just wall or balcony of neigborhood -but well, in Rome, you should be enjoying city streets, not apartment. Airconditioning was old technology, do mot expect top most developed but was working.

• Michael (10/5): No complaints at all. - Davide was very communicative and welcomed us as we arrived. The location was minutes from the Spanish Steps, which is also right next to the Spanga Metro. It was quiet at night and next to nice restaurants and cafes.

• Mila (5/5): Passable - Location is perfect. Bed is comfortable. For a breakfast they left me cookies and pastry. They let me check in before 3 pm which was really nice. WiFi is good. Like other user said, apartment was dirty and it has mold and smells a lot. Nespresso coffee machine was broken when I arrived. When I told them that it is broken they were defensive about it which made me really uncomfortable. They didn't want to book me a taxi to get to the airport. I would't book this apartment if I knew that I would need to shedule taxi by myself, esprecially when I need it at 5 in the morning.

• Morgan (9/5): great short stay, great location, great host! - very good location, big apartment, hot water, spacious and clean. it’s a great location but if you have a stroller you’ll have to walk it up the stairs it might not fit in the elevator. it’s only one flight of steps so it’s not a big deal!
