Dr. (6/5): disappointing - I want to thank Adriano during the Check in process ,he was one of the best ive met in Rome The appartment was not clean as it must be ! extra blankets were dirty as well as the sofa , so i need by myself to wash them in the washing machine ! also the floor was not at all to minimal expectations of cleanliness ! the ventilation in the bathroom was almost not there so all smells and vapour went into the rooms the hot water was not all the time available ,thx god it was summer ! but also the it was weak flow. the shower is full of calcifications and needs to renewed !! Coffee machine was dirty with no capsules ! regarding the washing machine there were no capsule or detergent to be used ! i must buy everything by myself. regarding price that payed for 6 nights it doesnt corelate at all !!
