• ISABELLE (10/5): Endroit bien situé pour visiter Rome et ses monuments. - Simon est quelqu'un d'exceptionnel : il est disponible, gentil et réactif. Il est aux petits soins avec ses locataires. Chaque jour il nous a envoyé un message pour savoir si tout ce passait bien. Le logement est situé à proximité immédiate de monuments historiques et d'arrêts de bus. Je recommande cet endroit pour séjourner et visiter Rome. Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes car une grande avenue très passante est située au bout de la rue où se situe le logement. Les sirènes, les klaxons sont omniprésents de jour comme de nuit. C'est l'inconvénient de vouloir être logé en ville. Pour quelques nuits cela ne dérange pas trop.

• Eugene (10/5): Large apartment and great location - We've been a family of 6 and the property is spacious enough for all of us. Great location, close to the city center and major attractions. The property had everything we needed. Simone is a great host!
• ana (5/5): Un poco cutre y falto de limpieza - La situación está bien. Unos 15 minutos andando al Coliseo. El detalle de dejar un vino, unas cápsulas de café y aceite está muy bien. No tiene dos baños como dice sino solo uno. El otro es solo el retrete y en caso de emergencia. Está fuera de la casa en la terraza. Eso no es baño ni nada. El único baño está encima poco limpio. Los azulejos, el suelo. Realmente necesita una limpieza en profundidad. La cocina no tiene ni una bayeta, solo un estropajo. El salón tiene un sofá viejo que le han puesto una funda encima pero vamos es además para solo dos personas. Yo definiría el sitio como cutre y viejo.
• Ivana (10/5): - Simone bol skvelý, milý a ústretový, všetko zrozumiteľne vysvetlil. Zaujímal sa ako sa máme, či je všetko v poriadku a niečo nepotrebujeme. Apartmán v skvelej lokalite, blízko k pamiatkam a k zastávke metra. Apartmán bol dobre vybavený, mal všetko, čo sme potrebovali. Izby sú dostatočne veľké, dvakrát WC výhodou 🙂 Gauč v spoločenskej časti by potreboval vymeniť.
• Patrycja (10/5): Super pobyt - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, super lokalizacja, w apartamencie wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Mam jedynie sugestie co do wymiany materaca w 1 z 3 pokoi, materac zdecydowanie trzeba wymienić.

• Grgo (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is just 10 min walking to Colosseum. We like it very much large bedrooms and quiet neighborhood. Simon left us welcoming gift bottle of famous Italian wine,thank you! Coffe capsules is also amazing,we need that badly in the morning 😊. One day we been tired and come early to apartment then others but forget the keys. Simon answered the phone although he was in the hospital and be there as soon as possible. Thank you very much Simon for everything, All the best!

• Elena (10/5): A wonderful cosy place - I booked the apartment for my family. They really enjoyed their staying, everything was perfect, it is a very well-organised apartment. Beds were comfy and you can find everything you need in the kitchen. A comfortable place right near the San Giovanni Basilica, metro station, supermarkets and cafes. And the host, Mr Simone is very hospitable, he showed and explained everything to my relatives, so I was sure they are safe during their trip. Grazie mille, Simone! Ci vediamo!
