• Juan Manuel (5/5): - La ubicación La limpieza no era buena, no nos pudimos sentar en el sofá y una de las sábanas estaba manchada. La climatización no era buena, enfriaba demasiado y no había edredones.

• Geoffrey (9/5): Great apartment great city great choice of restaurants. - Two bedrooms with en-suites a bonus. Sofa in kitchen very uncomfortable and layout could be improved to view TV. Nicely located for all attractions. A welcome pack on arrival would have been a bonus.

• Jacqueline (9/5): Excellent stay in Florence. - Location is great for visiting Florence. It is 10-15 minutes walk from the hub of Florence. Several eateries close by with a variety of food. Shopping is also close by. I would stay here again. Beds lower than in North America so it hurt my back getting in and out. However I do recognize that this is how Europeans beds are.

• Stefanie (6/5): Great location. Would be a perfect apartment with just a few simple improvements. Definitely 3 stars - Perfect location. Many bars and cafes only a few minutes away; just around the corner. The main central attractions are only 20 minutes walk away. Spacious rooms. 1. It was not possible to enter the apartment at the earliest check-in time of 3pm because the cleaners hadn't finished until much later 2. It was not possible to fully close 2 of the 3 windows so light and heat could enter. 3. Air conditioners not very powerful but very noisy during the night. Middle room air conditioner did not work well - no batteries in the remote control 4. We had guests in two bedrooms but were told we could only have one set of keys because the other set was lost. It was suggested we leave the keys in the lock safe outside for the other guests. That is impractical
• Johanna (1/5): not worth the saving - the bedrooms were nice, it was complete with facilities (laundry, iron, etc) the owner was not communicative at all, not problem solving, left us to our luck with all the inconveniences. the ad does not said that it may has light problems and whenever it happened the initial response was to look for a box (in a 3 floor building) and after wasting a night without facilities, the correct arrived. Also, the first day the instructions were not coear and when asked, the owner kept answering “watch again the video” that is a very home-made film with no clear indications about which is the apartment or that there is no direct elevator to arrive with luggage
• Kris (6/5): Good location and spacious appartment - Location and spacious Cleanliness, no personal contact at all with owner, could be refurbished a bit, very limited toiletpaper and showergel. A info leaflet with some basic info would be handy….wifipassword, warm water button,…
• Lalith (2/5): very unpleasant - location unclean smelt bad ( May be rotting animal in the kitchen cabinet or bad maintenance) manager did not care at all
