• Nirmal Chowdhury (4/5): Finding property was hard, and finding the owner (due to it being an Air B&B) was even harder. - Nothing. The location of and access to the property. I had to call the owner on his mobile to find the property. Even though the interior of the property wasn't bad, but the location of the property is through very narrow path. For these reasons my partner did not like it at all, so we did not stay at this property. Instead, I instantly booked another property and moved to that property. Contacted the property owner by phone and requested partial refund, but he refused to refund any money, including city tax (28 Euro) that I Paid in cash which I should not be charged for as I did not stay at the Property.

• Kozulin (8/5): Don't be afraid of houses that are scary from the outside!!! Everything is much better inside. - Very clean apartments. The owner kindly waited for us, because... our plane and train were late. Marco explained everything in detail on how to get there and what to pay attention to. I would advise Mark to change his sofa. It's been a very long time. Everything else is very good

• Yogeesh (2/5): Very poor - I liked the Owner, he was very nice person, friendly and helpful. 1. The apartment was a little inside and it was scary. 2. In front of the Apartment it was very dirty. 3. Inside the apartment it was dusty and we got cough because of dust allergy. 4. My family was not at all happy about it. :(
• Claudiu (10/5): Good choice for a city trip - The place is close to San Marco square is in a safe and quiet area. It is close to shops, restaurants. It is small but well equipped for a short stay. Marco the host is great, very helpful and provides all the information you need. The bath is on the small size, but we already knew that and we managed to be ok for the stay. Will chose again the place for a city break in Venice.
• Paul (8/5): Very well priced, great location. - Well designed for a solo traveler. Modern kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed. Ample bedroom storage. Close to major attractions and transportation. Marco is organized, responsive and had helpful suggestions. The sofa in the living room could use an update. It was tricky to get the hot water to a comfortable temperature, both in the sink and in the shower.  The bathroom is on the small side and may be hard to navigate for some people.
• James (9/5): Just a great place for a couple wanting to see Venice - Fantastic location, close to everything but also quiet. Marco was very welcoming. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed Hot water in the shower can be a bit variable

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very centrally located, less than a 10 minute Walk to Piazza San Marco, vaporetto stops, and coop super market. As typical with older buildings, the water temperature in the shower would vary from hot to warm and back., But if you learn to time it, it's quite manageable.
• Jeana (10/5): More than lovely place to stay ❤️ - Marco is the first interaction.. he is such a nice and warm person. He is providing information up front and communicates all you need to know. The place is clean and cosy, and you have all you could need in there, new stuff. The location in the city is also great. There is nothing to mention here. :)
• Bitnic (10/5): An inspired choice - The apartment is located very close to San Marco Square, about 300m, but the area is very quiet, there is also a well-stocked supermarket about 400m away. Marco waited for us at the location at the appointed time, showed us the facilities offered and also some useful details for our stay in Venice. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, plates, glasses, cups and sufficient cutlery, pans for cooking and those necessary for washing dishes. In the very small bathroom, I found liquid hand soap and clean and sufficient towels, even 4 more replacements because we stayed for 1 week. The thermostat of the heating plant worked very well, only the water pressure was not constant, varying the temperature when it was too cold and when it was too hot. The wi-fi signal was very good, taking into account that the signal of the telephone network is not good between the stone buildings. I strongly recommend this location and we are glad that we found it available during the crowded period of the Venice Carnival. The bathroom is a bit cramped, understanding that the space is quite limited, being an old building in the center of Venice
