• david (8/5): - L'emplacement était celui attendu : quartier bruyant, chaotique et vivant de midi à minuit++, mais c'est le quartier espagnol ! Pour le prix demandé, nous aurions aimé un peu plus d'attention, et ne pas avoir à compter les rouleaux de papier toilettes par exemple. La bouilloire doit être détartrée. La fermeture du wc/salle de bain est out.

Zona restaurante a y 2 mins dé la calle principal dé tiendas y galerías. El agua se sale de la ducha, él piso huele a humedad. Éramos 5 y poco papel higiénico. Además de zona bastante ruidosa a la noche

• Antonia (2/5): ASQUEROSO - La ubicación El departamento no corresponde a las fotos ni a lo ofrecido en la descripción. Apenas llegamos nos encontramos con varias condiciones inaceptables: la lavadora estaba rota desde hace meses, y el anfitrión echó la culpa a los huéspedes anteriores. El WC sin tapa, que supuestamente también era reciente, pero lo dudo. Una cama con una pata quebrada e inutilizable. La ducha y el baño en general asqueroso, lleno de hongos. En las paredes de la habitación y del comedor también habían hongos. Fuerte olor a humedad en todo el departamento y basura acumulada en la entrada del edificio. El anfitrión aseguró que algunos de estos problemas eran recientes, pero claramente no lo eran. Decidimos dejar el alojamiento de inmediato y trasladarnos a un hotel, ya que no cumplía con las condiciones mínimas de higiene y habitabilidad. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Eleanor (6/5): Overall offered exactly what we needed for our two nights in Naples! - Super easy to collect the keys. Initially hesitant with the area as it was on a very narrow street and the outer building did not look in great condition and neither did the entrance when we got through. However getting into the apartment it was small for the four of us but had everything we needed and was much nicer than we expected based on the rest of the building. Location wise it was right in the heart of all the little side streets of Naples and restaurants and then onto main streets with bigger shops etc. Ideal for a small group or duo travelling, would not be as comfortable if it was just me as a solo traveller in the area.

• Sebastian (6/5): Großes Potential aber leider abgewohnt/unsauber! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Sehr zentral! Metro, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Theoretisch bin ich der Meinung diese Unterkunft dürfte nicht vermietet werden. Schimmel und entsprechender Geruch in nahezu der gesamten Unterkunft. Ein Schlafzimmer war nicht nutzbar, da der Putz durch die starke Feuchtigkeit bereits von den Wänden fiel. Ebenso das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche, eine Zumutung. Gerade mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen.

• Tarone (1/5): Bad - Nothing The cleanliness was nonexistent. It felt like nothing had been maintained in years, as everything was old. The kitchen was the worst part, with food left out. This place needs a complete overhaul in both cleaning and upkeep.
• Isa (7/5): Great for a short stay - What we liked about the accommodation was its central location (but it was in a dubious location). The beds were comfortable and we had products to use (towels, shower gel and some kitchen stuff). What was most problematic was the bathroom. There was no insulation for showering, so we got the bathroom floor wet and the extractor fan didn't work properly. In the kitchen, the washing machine and the stove didn't work. There were lots of ants. At night, as the accommodation is near a square with bars, you could hear a lot of noise coming from the street.

Air conditioning perfect, enough space, easy checking, we didnt even met the owner. Fast comunication. The shower door wasnt complet (1 half was missing), sometimes loud noises from the streets..

• Carolyn (5/5): Close to ferry terminal apartment needs a refresh - The apartment is very close to the Toledo metro station and ferry terminal. Beds were comfortable. Felice was very responsive to all messages. There are some great pizzerias a few steps from the apartment. The apartment isn’t in the greatest area. Washing machine door completely broken/missing (allegedly by the last guests). Dining chair legs were loose. Half the shower screen was missing so water went all over the floor when you showered, along with loose toilet roll holder/towel rails. Furniture broken and the couch arms very dirty. All coffee mokas had snapped handles so we couldn’t use them. The apartment is very tired and needs a refresh.

• Nour (4/5): Good location but wouldn’t recommend it as property needs proper maintenance. - The location was good and the host was nice and helpful. It’s in a loud neighborhood but very close to the main attractions. There was mold in the whole apartment which triggered multiple allergies. The toilets didn’t smell good as soon as we arrived.
• Rok (4/5): Disappointing - The location is amazing, in the middle of Quartieri Spagnoli. The staff is nice. If it not as noisy as you might think. There is mold on walls, the shower is severely leaking underneath, there is substential damage on to the furniture, and an unplesanat odor of moist in the apartment. Be aware - if you forget something, the cleaning lady instantly throws it away, no questions asked.

• Patricia (5/5): Passable - The apartment was well located in the Spanish Quartier and 5 minute walk from Via Toledo (Commercial Street). The host was very friendly, replied promptly and was very helpful. The apartment was a bit small for us (family of 7: 4 adults and 3 children) and so it felt a bit cramped but this was ok as we were there for 1 night only. The main problem for us was the noise at night. It was difficult to sleep as the loud music, people cheering, very loud voices etc... in the adjacent streets went on until at least 4am.
• Leonardo (8/5): Real Napoletana experience. - The location is right in the Spanish quarter - a real Napoletana experience - while also close to port and most areas of sightseeing interest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The shower drains very slowly and overflow, resulting in a messy bathroom.

The worst thing for us was the noise during the night, the apartment is absolutely not isolated, so very bad for light sleepers. Also it needs a renovation, the walls are dirty and also the towels and bed sheets didn’t look very well.

The day of the check out the owner send us a message to leave 15 euros for city tax, but we did not see the message (the wifi inside was not really working) and he got really mad, bombarded us with messages, and even threaten us to "call the authorities" and all this for 15 euro....
• Jelena (2/5): Never again - The smell of moisture in the apartment is unbearable, as is the noise from the street. You can't sleep because of the music from the cafes that lasted until 5 in the morning and the scooters that pass by non-stop. The building is old, in a bad neighborhood even though it is close to Via Toledo. Kids are selling drugs on the street, you don't feel safe. The apartment could be cleaned better. I would never go to this apartment or this area again.

• Megan (2/5): Host indifferent to problems at the apartment. Do not stay here. - was close to main area for attractions. Host didnt answer the phone. Difficult to use main key to enter property resulting in beeping neighbours. Very noisy with music till 2/3am. Washing machine flooded and host didn't tackle the drainage problem she just emptied the filter. Faulty shower was reported the first day but the didn't bother to address the issue. The head just spilled water allover the floor, was very slippy resulting in me slipping and cutting leg, bruise is still there 2 weeks after. Host just interested in collecting the city tax. Complained but to no avail, she offered free day on rebooking. I would not go there again. Do not recommend this place to stay

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Very good location, close to Via Toledo, Port or Piazza del Plebiscito, walking distance to many Naples attractions and best pizzerias, friendly and helpful owner, very easy contact via WhatsApp, easy self check-in, owner organized a transport for our group, apartment equipped with all you need (hair dryer, kettle, iron). Good for family or group of friends (perfect for 4 people however can fit more). Bathroom deeper cleaning is a must, the water flow in the shower was very slow, so that the shower tray with 2 cm height had run immediately full and overflowed. I'd also suggest to use duvet cover instead of a blanket and sheet combination.
• Antu (10/5): Awesome Stay in Napoli - Thank You Nunzia - Nunzia is a 2 BHK apartment located close to via Toledo, the famous street in Napoli with the endless options of Restaurants/ Pizzarea. Easily can accommodate family of 5-6 ppl. From Via Toledo way to the apartment is not so pleasant however once you are inside then it’s a different world. Probably less than a year this apartment was renovated, very new & clean with a Five Star feeling. Apartment is better than the pictures. 3 TVs in the apartment with lots of charging points everywhere, proper temperature controlled. Small kitchen with gas top, microwave, hot water cattle, small washing machine & with manageable utensils. Fantastic bed and toilet linen. Surrounding is slightly noise. Kitchen needs improvement with few wine glass, small & big bowls, possibly with little bigger cutting board and a proper knife. No coffee machine which didn’t effect us. Apart from these there are no reason to refuse this apartment as long as it fits in your budget.

• Sławomir (5/5): The pictures do not show the reality. - The location is really good: close to an underground station and you can reach the harbour and other places easily on foot. The host responds quickly. The water pressure is high. Comfortable beds. I am sorry to say that but the place is bad maintained, the walls are scuffed, there is mould in the bathroom and mouldiness is smelled in the whole flat. On the day of our arrival there were hairs on the floors and... the sheets on one bed. The beds were covered with nice bedspreads but they seemed not to have been washed since they were bought. The fridge is small and was dirty inside and the freezer was so packed with frozen water that we had to scrape it. The flat is described to be 70 sq. m but it is smaller, maybe around 50 . The kitchen is MUCH smaller than it looks in the pictures. There is no kettle, few plates , little place to prepare meals and a dirty sponge. You cannot use the wardrobes unless you are very tall as the hangers are hung~220/230 cm above the ground. The shower is (now) a walk-in style but I do not think it was designed this way and one wall has been probably removed. That makes the water splash half of the bathroom. The place is situated in a VERY noisy district where you hear horns all day and night and see people vomiting (only at night). It is VERY hard to park a car.
• Torres (9/5): Cozy and great location! - We loved our stay in Napoli at Nunzia Sweet home, the apartment was clean and tidy and had AC! big win for us because it was pretty hot outside, so we appreciated it a lot! I wish we could have stayed more, the previous apartments were not as comfortable as this one. Felice was very communicative all the time and very nice.
