• çakmak (9/5): Temiz - Tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Temiz. Klima güzel çalışıyor.1 gece kaldık memnun kaldık. Sabah 7de uyandıran can sesleri en az 2 dakika süren.duş biraz küçük.

• Mariana (8/5): - Appartamento comodo e ben posizionato, vicino alla stazione dei treni e al traghetto. Facile accesso al centro città. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, aiutandoci anche al momento dell’arrivo.
• Gonzalo (8/5): Casi perfecta - El apartamento es espectacular. Tiene todas las comodidades, ademas de ser bonito y limpio. El anfitrion bien predispuesto a ayudarnos con nuestras necesidades. El unico punto a mejorar es la presencia de mosquitos. Desconozco si es normal en venecia o si puede deberse a una situación puntual, pero nos despertamos a las 5 de la mañana porque la habitación estaba llena de mosquitos.

• Corinne (9/5): - Definitely convenient! Nice size apartment close to everything. Kitchen didn't have much (no way to make coffee). Not a big deal since we didn't cook in the apartment with so many restaurants around.

• Angelica (4/5): Great location but need to get better with the service. - The location is excellent, the flat was very clean, and had everything you needed. Is a small nice flat. The elevator Did NOT WORK and my mother is 76 years old and has a problem with the knees that is why we chose this flat. Plus somebody else opens the door at 8:30 am when we wasn't informed to this situation. Plus we could notice many people have the key of this flat. The heater in the room didn't work ( we could NOT find covers)) but the one in the kitchen yes. I think the owner need to put a lock from inside so the customer can feel safe. ( We were informed the host about this situation)

• Chua (10/5): - Very close to train station. Apartment was very clean, and there is an elevator to the 3rd floor. Sofa bed was made up before we arrived. Check-in and check out arrangement very convenient. Shower water pressure a bit low, but not a huge deal.

• Shelli (9/5): Best location for us in Venice! - This apartment has the best description because it is 100% the most convenient location in Venice when traveling w luggage! The staff was incredible! We enjoyed the coffee shop. Shower water pressure was good! The apartment was very clean! We wouldn’t stay here again! The pullout bed for our 3 rd person was very uncomfortable and the refrigerator did not work. They were working on getting a new one!
• Marek (6/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Winda w budynku. Duża sypialnia. Wygodne łóżka. Czysta łazienka i sypialnia.Odpowiednia ilość środków czystości-mydło, żel do kąpieli, papier toaletowy. Dobrze działa ogrzewanie. Duże szafy na ubrania. W kuchni duży stół. Mały telewizor z lokalnymi programami. Lodówka była zepsuta, totalnie nie działała. Sądząc po zapachu ze środka już od dawna. Właściciel nic z tym widać nie robi. Tak że lodówki nie ma.Kazał nam produkty wystawiać za okno, co było żenujące. Patelnie, toster, piekarnik, okap nad kuchenką strasznie brudne. Wręcz się lepi . Na zdjęciach widać , że jest herbata i podstawowe przyprawy , cukier, a nie ma nic. Wsztstko puste. Internet jest ale bardzo wolny.

• Federica (6/5): Cumplió para una noche - La ubicación al lado de la terminal de tren y la limpieza impecable. Muy luminoso. La respuesta del dueño rápida. Destaco que nos dejó entrar antes del check in Que no funcionaba la heladera y que el sillón cama era muy incómodo para dormir.

• Mari (7/5): - C'est très bien situé Dès 5h du matin, on entend très fort le bruit de l'eau qui coule très fort et la machine qui démarre ( je crois que c'était le chauffe-eau). Je sais pas si c'est toujours ou juste on n'a pas eu la chance. Et la bouteille de shampoing était cassée donc on a eu du mal à l'utiliser.

• Marwan (10/5): Amazing stay in Venice - Amazing stay in Venice, just next to train station. Very clean and renovated. Can’t recommend enough. I think there is a water leak in the toilet tank. Please have a look at it to save water 😊
