• Bianca (9/5): - De locatie is perfect op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. De halve verdieping (mezzanine) met het tweepersoons bed was super. In het woongedeelte is ook een slaapbank. Er zat schimmel op de muur in de douche. Dit zou een opknapbeurt nodig hebben.

• Elena (1/5): DECEPCIONANTE - La ubicación es excelente La realidad del apartamento dista MUCHO de las imágenes que aparecen en booking, que imagino que se tomaron cuando amueblaron y pintaron el apartamento (además de estar claramente modificadas ). Obviando el portal, la entrada es Tétrica , hay una suelo de piedra muy similar al que puedes encontrar en algún callejón antiguo de la ciudad. La luz es lúgubre y las paredes están muy sucias . De nuevo el piso de todo el salón es antiquísimo y está en muy malas condiciones ( esto no se refleja en las fotos) , la claridad y la luminosidad que se muestran en booking brillan por su ausencia . Solamente iluminado por dos apliques de pared y una lamparita ( no hay luz en el techo) Si quieres que entre algo de claridad recomiendo no abrir la ventana ( las vistas son tétricas) La luz en la zona del baño es inexistente a no ser que sea de día y abras un mínimo una pequeña ventana que está en la ducha. Había tapas de cuchillas de afeitar en un cestillo con flores secas y el rollo de papel higiénico estaba prácticamente terminado ( cosa que considero inaceptable, ya que por un mínimo de higiene siempre deben poner un rollo cerrado sin utilizar) La zona de la cama es más agradable, pero hay muchísimos mosquitos de gran tamaño que nos hicieron picaduras por toda la cara y el cuerpo mientras dormíamos (desconozco de donde salen , pero si observas las paredes están llenas de mosquitos aplastados, por lo que no fue algo coincidencia). Punto positivo a los radiadores , había una temperatura muy agradable y , pos supuesto , a la ubicación , que es inmejorable. Quitando esto, no lo recomiendo. *pd la puerta de la cocina ni siquiera nos atrevíamos a abrirla por lo que pudiésemos encontrar y hay una puerta a mayores que en las fotos resulta ser una sala , pero que estaba cerrada con llave

• Russo (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto. - Personalmente mi sono trovata benissimo, non mi sono per niente ritrovata nelle recensioni negative. L’host è gentilissima, e molto disponibile, nell’appartamento si sta molto caldi e bene, il bagno è senza bidet ma questo si può vedere dalle foto, l’acqua funziona bene e si fa calda in poco tempo, l’appartamento era molto pulito, lenzuola pulite tutto perfetto e soprattutto la posizione è super centrale, è a 10 minuti da tutto(pontevecchio, i principali monumenti). Personalmente mi sono trovata benissimo lo consiglio.

En pleno centro de Florencia. - Es un apartamento muy tranquilo, fuimos en Noviembre y estaba muy bien climatizado con calefacción. - La cama es muy cómoda. - Todo limpísimo. - Estas casi como en tu casa. - La dueña muy simpática, disponible en todo momento. No hay nada negativo a destacar.

Kitchen is small so a good excuse to eat elsewhere, not for people who like to cook. Must be nice in the summer as there is not much light coming in. Airco worked fine. The stairs made a lot of noise, the couch is too old.

• jenny (8/5): Florence is beautiful but… - It was located close to lots of restaurants and points of interests. Apartment was quiet. We found it very difficult to get to and from the train station. Tried to book taxis but they were unavailable at the time we needed them. The train station is poorly sign posted and there isn’t anyone to help you.

They went above and beyond for us. The property is fantastic, it has everything you need for a short stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable which was an added bonus. Nothing.

The stairs up to the bed were a little steep if you are prone to a bit of vertigo but once there the bed was comfortable. Instructions on how to access were easy once received. Nothing. As mentioned getting to bedroom could be a bit much if you struggle with stairs.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, and we especially enjoyed the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It was so comfortable and spacious, which made our stay even better. The double-story loft style added a unique charm, and the beautiful old building had so much character. The only minor downside was some noise from upstairs during the night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—we would happily come back!

Steep steps going to main bedroom, not for the faint hearted or elderly. The pasage way at night to get to the room can be a little unsettling especially if travelling on your own.

The indoor stairs to get to the attic where the double bed is are dangerous. Not friendly for little kids or the elderly. Also, not for guests who intend to cook there. We were hosted on the first floor of the building and, unfortunately, the noise from above, including at midnight, was terrible. Very weak Air conditioner. It might need maintenance.

The bed was comfy and everything I needed was there. There’s a nespresso machine with free capsules as well. Cohost Ana was super responsive. I was also able to check in early as the apartment was almost ready when I arrived. It’s also walking distance to all tourist spots and Santa Maria Novela. If I will comeback to Florence I would definitely book this apartment again. None

• Jo (9/5): Superb - We loved that the host was there to greet us and explain everything about the apartment. The apartment was clean and had a very small kitchenette. It was just around the corner from a laundrette which was the perfect distance to a wine bar for a sneaky one while the clothes were washing. A little too small for my family (2 x adults 2 x teens) Mainly because we had to have the sofa set up as a bed and my children are full adult size. Perfect for a couple.

• Marta (9/5): Overall a great stay! Recommended! - The apartment was great! It really had it all! Smart TV, great wifi, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine… and the BEST LOCATION. Just a few minutes walking from all the main tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff was very nice as well. The mattress was quite uncomfortable. We both woke up with very stiff backs. Kitchen is very small, to the level is even hard to get in.

The location was convenient to the historical areas, cafes, shopping, etc. The host was helpful in providing restaurant recommendations. The bed was comfy. It was rather dark in the flat. The pictures are kind of misleading because it certainly isn’t light and bright like the pictures convey. The stairs that lead to the loft are rather steep and feel somewhat like climbing a ladder. We managed fine but it might be something to keep in mind. There is a tv in the flat but it doesn’t work. We didn’t mind because we were always out and about.
• Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful stay - Our stay was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was nice and hot with good pressure, and the apartment was spacious. It’s only up one flight of stairs, so easy to access, and the bed is up in a loft up a small staircase, which made even more space in the lounge area. Bonus for people who are travelling for long periods, there was a washing machine and drying rack. Our host Ana was lovely to talk to when we arrived, and provided us with an exceptional amount of suggestions for food around the area. She was also easy to communicate with. Everything was wonderful, though it is a bit of a trek from the train station, so with all of your luggage it’s about a 20min walk. Not a problem when you are exploring Florence though, since it is an extremely walkable city. :)
• John (8/5): Fair price for a pretty good place with fantastic location - The property owner met us and explained things well :) The location was fantastic and everything we needed was there, including. coffee and a little espresso machine, plus pod coffee. Alos basic kitchen stuff for breaky. You could also self cater if you really wanted as there enough kitchen stuff. We just did our own breakfast. Heaps of breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner options just up the road, plus lots of bars. Super close to the Duomo - 5 minutes walk. Best TV at any place we’ve stayed at! Bed was also nice. Nothing major to complain about, with such a location we appreciated the standard reflected the price and was fair for what we got, which was comfy, secure and really well located. There were mossies but they had some mosquito repellent thing for them which seemed to work the 2nd night.

• Tan (6/5): Good location - The location is good. It is walking distance from everything you need to see and do in Florence. Ana is also really friendly and helpful. The pictures make the apartment look more modern than it actually is. There are two flights of stairs going up to the apartment, which is unknown from the pictures. The water is the bathroom is warm, not hot, and the toilet makes a weird sound all the time. The neighborhood that the apartment is located in is super loud. The noise goes on till early parts of the morning. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful sleep.

• Viktoriya (9/5): A cozy stay at the center of Florence - We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was clean. We had everything we needed in the place such as hairdryer, iron, fridge coffee, small kitchen with utensils. The location is perfect! In general we had issue with the noise only on the first night (but it could only bother you if you are a light sleeper). A few small improvements could make our stay even better such as having some more dish soap and oil, vinegar to use, but all in all was okay.
