• Isabell (10/5): - Das Appartement ist wunderbar gemütlich und toll ausgestattet, sowohl die Küche hat alles was man braucht als auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist einmalig: Direkt an der Metrostation, in 2 Stationen beim Koloseum und auch der Bus startet vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt ist auch direkt ums Eck. Für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für 5 Tage Rom. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war auch schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den entspannten Aufenthalt!
• Victor (5/5): - The location was really good. The place was dirty. Dishes and glasses were dirty, with pieces of food stuck to it, the coffee machine and water heater were super dirty too. Below the bed was super dusty, with balls of dust rolling around, which gave me a strong allergy. The bed also made a lot of noises when we moved. The place is well furnished, the host is kind, but they don’t clean it.
• Daniela (8/5): Great value for the money - The accommodation is only about a 2-minute walk from the Lodi metro station, and there is also a grocery store nearby. I also felt that the neighborhood was safe and pleasant. The bathroom door could not be locked at all, and it was also difficult to close properly. I noticed that this issue had already been mentioned in an earlier review, so it seems to be a longer-term problem.
• Justine (9/5): Would have no hesitation in returning to this property on any future visits to Rome. - Great location with easy access to metro, apartment is in a gated complex so it felt secure, also in a nice neighbourhood with supermarket, restaurants ets all within a walkable distance. The property was very clean, spacious bedroom/bathroom. The property owner was great with communicating entry instructions and also kindly accommodated my request to add an extra guest, and amend my dates when our original flight was cancelled by the airline. Some additional pillows would be good for the sofa bed (we had to use the scatter cushions) Also a bottle opener would be handy for wine 🤣. Other than this we had no faults or dislikes.

• Marie (10/5): - Everything was great. The accommodation is very nice, near the subway. Around the flat are very good local restaurants. The owner was great and very friendly. We were satisfied with everything.
• Magdalena (9/5): Ogólnie pobyt udany polecam na krótki wypad - Lokalizacja super bardzo blisko do metra, autobusu i sklepu. Okolica spokojna. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Był internet, player i Netflix. Mieszkanie w piwnicy ale nie było ciemno bo były duże okna. Okna od strony dość ruchliwej przez samochody ulicy. Nam się trafił bardzo uciążliwy sąsiad codziennie od 5 rano przesuwał jakieś meble coś ciągle spadało na podłogę a od 22 do 5 rano ciągle rozmowy które uniemożliwiały spokojny sen bo było tak głośno. Poduszki przydałoby się wymienić bo były strasznie twarde.

La proximidad a la parada de metro Loti de la línea C hasta Coliseo. También está cerca de la estación de metro Roma Tuscolana para llegar al aeropuerto en tren. La proximidad de restaurante y supermercado. Está rodo muy limpio. El apartamento es un semisótano, pero ya lo sabía antes de llegar. El ruido del tráfico por las mañanas, pero afortunadamente no hizo calor y no tuvimos que abrir las ventanas.

Il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile e preciso a fornirci tutte le informazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento. Ci ha fatto trovare acqua, snack e un pensierino al nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è delle giuste dimensioni per un soggiorno in 4, pulito, ordinato e con il necessario per stanziare.

• Barić (8/5): considering that we were out all day, our stay in the app will remain in our fond memories. - The apartment is just the right size for a short stay, clean and tidy. we were also greeted with coffee, water and snacks from the host. I like that it is close to the metro station, literally a minute from the apartment, three stops from the Colosseum. Safe and well-connected neighborhood. What I didn't like was that the apartment is in the basement and we didn't know that before arriving. We couldn't open the blinds because people walk by and can see us, especially at night when the lights are on. And you can smell the humidity when you enter the apartment, maybe because it had been raining for days before.

• Lena (7/5): Great location, a quiet and very well-equipped apartment - Excellent location, there's a bus stop and a metro station just around the corner. Only a 35-minute walk to the Colosseum! The flat is very well equipped, the owner even left umbrellas for us. There's a hairdryer, an iron, a coffee machine, and even laundry tablets. The apartment is much nicer than it looks in the photos. Everything was fine, except for the bathroom door, which doesn’t close properly, no matter how we tried, there was always a gap. This could be quite an issue for someone who would like more privacy when using the bathroom. It probably just needs a quick adjustment.

• Екатерина (8/5): For Rome, good value for money. - 1. Clear instructions on how to get there. Brief instructions inside the apartment were also helpful. The host didn't bother us. 2. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. We were pleased that there was a kitchen, pots, pans, etc. We had a 4 year old and it was convenient to cook hot food. There was everything you needed for a short stay and in good working order. 3. The metro Lodi is just around the corner. The Tiger grocery shop, where you can buy everything you need for a short stay, is also close by. There is a good pizzeria nearby. The Colosseum and Piazza San Giovani can be reached on foot, and other attractions can be reached by metro. Overall, really good value for money. The apartment is quite nice, and the ones closer to the center are more expensive. 1. We read in advance in the reviews that there would be a sub-basement. I would clearly indicate this in the description. At first, it was weird to see people's feet through the window, hear their voices and sounds of cars, sometimes it felt like they were right in your bathroom. It smelled a little damp, especially when coming in from the street. 2. It is not the main metro line of Rome, you have to go 1 stop to San Giovani to change there, which takes a while, wasting your time. 3. And for four people, of course, the space is a bit tight, ideal for two.

• Elina (10/5): Very good appartment for good money. - The apartment is very clean and very well done. You have all needed for the stay at the kitchen and in the bathroom. There is also air conditioning and washing machine. Nothing to mention.

The host gave us tips on how to use taxis and get the best deals. They also sent a video of how to get into the apartment and were very quick to respond. Would love to stay again.

• Zhiwen (10/5): Lovely base to explore Rome - Very spacious one bedroom flat, close to bus station and Metro line C, very convenient for exploring Rome. The residential area is much quieter than Rome city centre, which we like very much, especially after a day’s sightseeing in crowds. Landlord is very kind and helpful, always giving prompt reply to all our queries. The flat has all the facilities we need, the washing machine (with laundry liquid sachets) and towel warmer are very handy. Air conditioner and TV in both sitting room and bedroom, plenty of pots, pans, plates and cutleries in the kitchen. The king size double bed is cozy, not too soft. Water pressure in shower room is good. The landlord also kindly provided bottled water in fridge. Nothing.
• Tigran (9/5): A comfortable stay in the heart of Rome - Beds were comfy. The apartment had all the necessary facilities. The location was very good, very near the metro and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The host was responsive. Highly recommended! The check-in was not very smooth, as the apartment was not ready at the agreed time, even though we were informed that it was a one time issue. Some appliances were not working properly. The bathroom wall heater, which didn't work, and the coffee machine which was not working very well.. ACs were hard to configure. Everything else worked very well.

Quickly solved by ourself to tape some towels to the window glass
