La atención por parte del equipo inmejorable. Altamente recomendable!

Apartament bardzo dogodnie usytuowany, wszędzie blisko na piechotę. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo polecam na dłuższy i krótszy pobyt.

• Stefano (10/5): - La casa e' dotata di tutto cio' che puo' servire per soggiornare diversi giorni. Il letto e' molto comodo e la posizione e' ottimale. Nonostante la vicinanza al mercato centrale chiudendo la porta della camera da letto rimane molto silenziosa. Consigliatissima!
• Luca (3/5): Se ci tenete ad essere in centro ok, ma se siete persone che ci tengono alla pulizia e alle comodità, beh, scegliete alt - La posizione é ottima, nelle vicinanze ci sono tante attività commerciali e posticini dove pranzare e cenare, oltre a un mercato coperto molto completo. Secondo piano con scale ripide e piccole, senza ascensore. Sulla porta d’ingresso o comunque vicino non c’è nessuna indicazione o targhetta. Aria in casa molto secca, letto molto scomodo, pulizia precaria (capelli e polvere un po’ ovunque), pentole da cestinare, muffa sul muro del bagno, pressione dell’acqua della doccia insufficiente e scarico dell’acqua della stessa idem.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect stay in the historical center - Located right near the central market and the historical center, the apartments are very close to the main places of interest and the railway station as well. The kitchen has everything for cooking and having breakfast/dinner at home, the bathroom is very clean, and the bedroom is quiet and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful - we had some problems getting the keys, but everything was sorted out very quickly.

• Shirley (10/5): Definitely would recommend for a break away 😁 - Everything from the qwerty door to the beautiful accommodation was exceptional. Nothing to dislike - but one small thought, if there was some washing up liquid (even just a couple of days use) would really be useful.

L’unica pecca è la tv (non Smart) e non in camera. Non essendoci un divano non è comodo guardarla in salotto/cucina. Peccato anche per gli inquilini rumorosi del piano di sopra.

Logisticamente ben posizionato, vicinissimo a tutti i principali luoghi di interesse di Firenze. Azzeccata anche la scelta della TV solo nella cucina/ soggiorno.e non in camera da letto........ci siamo disiintossicati🤣. Pieno di locali tipici, consiglio la Pizzeria Ai Camaldoli e la trattoria Pepò ....una vera scoperta 😊 Nulla....tutto ok😊
• Janet (7/5): Nice apt in good location - The apt. location is an easy walk from the train station with lots of restaurants nearby. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including clothes washer and drying rack. The day of check-in communication, key pickup and return process was clumsy, frustrating and inconvenient. This was unlike the first time we stayed in this apartment 3 years ago when someone met us at the apartment.

Se si vuole un bel 10, come se fosse un hotel a 5 stelle, allora non si dovrebbe dare la possibilità di andare a prendere e riportare le chiavi altrove. E, fatto salvo per "Francesca che è stata carina, cortese e sempre disponibile", l'altro personale lasciava a desiderare, come se rispondesse un chatbot hai clienti.....sempre a dire..."hai letto l'email, hai letto l'email?"...ma non hai un votazione di 10? come è possibile che accada questo ai clienti?...chiama il cliente ed assicurati con una telefonata di chiarire gli aspetti.

• Amanda (5/5): Good location. Mosquitos, broken shower. And wifi issues. Inconvenient check in and out. - Great location and communicative owners Apartment was filled with mosquitos upon arrival. We were covered in mosquito bites after our her night here. Shower head did not work property. WiFi kept cutting out. Also very inconvenient that they only provide one key to guests - which you need to walk to a cafe about 7 mins away to pick up and drop off before you leave.

• Jenny (10/5): Well located with great facilities - Fantastic location, apartment was a great size for a couple and we appreciated having access to a washing machine and kitchen with plenty of facilities to cook. The host was very communicative and we had no issues picking up the keys from a third party located near the train station. Water pressure in the shower was a bit patchy, but not a major issue.
• Ricknam (10/5): It has everything. - This was an amazing place really close to the train station and attractions. It was really cold outside but we couldn't feel it at all in the apartment, it was so nice and cosy. A bonus for us was that there was a washing machine and a clothes drying rack to dry our clothes. The host was super nice and helpful! I wish we could have stayed here longer.

• Jill (9/5): Great location, nice apartment for two, needs a little TLC. - The location is great! Close to everything, within 5-20 minute walk depending on where you’re going and how fast you walk, but not in the middle of the masses of tourists. That being said, there’s several restaurants, the Mercato, shops, grocery stores … everything you need. Marco met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and tell us about the apartment. He could not have been any nicer and he shared a few of his favorite restaurants. Thank you Marco! Great old building with modern amenities. The kitchen was new, big refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of dishes, pots and pans but no staples provided. Be sure to do some grocery shopping on day one. It is in a city, so you’ll hear the sounds of the city at all hours. There’s a very popular restaurant across from the apartment, with a long noisy line every night. We love city and so we enjoyed the energy! We like having a separate bedroom, and this set up worked well for us. The shower is your typical small Italian shower. It has a rain shower head, which I hate because I do not wash my hair every day. Luckily, it also had a hand held wand, but it didn’t work very well. It’s old and or clogged so it didn’t work well. Plus, even with the shower turned on to the wand, the rain shower head still drips. Be sure to bring electrical adapters and converters if you’re traveling from other countries. They provide a hairdryer, but it didn’t fit into the plugs in the apartment. Luckily, I brought an adapter. The wood ceilings and the tile floors are gorgeous but the floor grout was very dirty. Bring slippers! Other than that, the apartment was very clean.
• Audrey (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this property was fantastic and we didn't even realize just how fantastic until the day after we arrived. Got stuck in a train strike from Siena so our arrival wasn't as planned in Florence. The staff for the property were very kind and thoughtful through our challenges getting there. The property has a lot of room and is very quiet if you shut the windows. It sits directly across from ZaZa's Restaurant which was fantastic. The little square was lovely and having access to the Central Market was a bonus. Have to say that the market tents surrounding the area got a little old but that's pretty much everywhere. The only thing we didn't care for was understanding the key pick up upon check in. It was a fair distance from the property which we didn't realize and the person we got the key from acted annoyed. The property managers did work with us on our check out though which was at 3:30 am so that was good.
• Sophie (6/5): I would stay somewhere else - Unfortunately the host sent us the wrong instruction to check in. It was from another apartment. I flagged this with him whilst we were waiting in front of the apartment not being able to enter. He first questioned me and said he was busy with 70 other apartments. Finally he noticed he did sent the wrong entrance instructions and sent me the correct ones. This was stressful and we could not enter and had to wait. The apartment is super small, like a cabinet. It has no coffee available whilst it has a coffee maker. They simply said you should shop it yourself. Normally you would get one or two for convenience. All of this makes it a place where you just need to put a lot of effort (no smooth check in and you need to shop) I would stay somewhere else.
• Renee (10/5): Wonderful stay in Florence. - Location, location, location! All major attractions are in (9-13 minutes) walking distances. Air conditioning systems worked wonderfully and place cooled quickly. Had every amenity needed. No complaints at all.
• Nikita (10/5): An idyllic stay in the centre of town - As the title suggests, this is a gem in the city and in the centre. It had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and was a great price for Florence in a busy season. We needed to be close to the train station and it was a 10-15 minute walk away, which can feel long in the heat but it was a good distance. Marco greeted us and gave us such a warm welcome taking time to explain the area, share recommendations and tell us a bit more about the home. That is very unsual for Italy and really makes such a difference. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and being accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is a mattress topper as the bed is very firm (however this is consistent with everywhere I’ve stayed in Italy and it was by no means terrible)
• Ryan (10/5): BOOK LITTLE GEM - Can’t find better value anywhere else in Florence. I was a little skeptical to book this as it seemed like it was too good to be true. However, Little Gem exceeded my expectations! Outstanding service, communication, location, and modern amenities! Cannot recommend this place enough. Nothing - 10/10 experience from check-in to checkout!

• Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - The name Little Gem definitely applies here. The apartment is very well located, a few steps away from the famous and hyped Trattoria Zaza. For those seeking less tourist options there are also several restaurant options nearby. The room itself was big, comfortable and very clean. We were welcomed by one of the hosts, Georgia, who arrived early and made sure to give us some tips and instructions about the city, which was much appreciated. The apartment is very close to most of top tourist attractions of the city (e.g. 5 minute walk from Galleria dell'Academia). I would love to stay here again if I ever return to Florence. The apartment is located close to an open fair where there are people selling leather items. The noise, even though not loud, might be a problem for those seeking to sleep long hours as they start opening up the tents around 7am. The neighbor upstairs was also a little noisy and there's nothing we could do as it was not an hotel.
• Mohamad (9/5): Superb - Location is superb.. really close to everything. Main attractions as well as main train station. Also, few meters away from best restaurants in Florence. Nothing major, i just suggest to have a curtain in bathroom for more privacy as the neighbor window is close-by and shower is visible. Until this is fixed, window can be covered by a towel.

• Николай (10/5): A gem indeed - The property is amazing! It is big with high ceiling, very clean and modern. It is in the city centre and it’s super convenient, you can walk around and go back home without the need of a car. The host was extremely helpful with everything and it was a real pleasure to stay at the property. You have AC, washing machine, fridge, microwave everything you might need. There is a parking 1 min away and the best restaurant is downstairs. We will definitely visit the apartment again! 😊

• Brink (9/5): Great spot to see all of Florence!!! - Location in the city is perfect. Comfortable room. Heating worked great! Shower a bit small, but it’s Europe, so we understand. Located next to leather shops and Central Market, so it was loud at night (restaurant crowd) and it was a bit loud early (vendors setting up/getting supplies).

The person who gave the keys was very nice and easy to understand. As the apartment was in the center it was a bit noisy but when you closed the bedroom door it was almost silent.

• Anna (10/5): An extremely charming, cosy, authentic Italian apartment in central location. - We loved the Italian charm throughout this property. It has all the facilities we needed to have our home comforts, and it was in a really central location right near the train station and a short walk to Florence cathedral. Our host was absolutely fabulous and made us feel really welcome and answered all of our questions. The host really did go above any beyond to give us recommendations and make us welcome in the home. Communication on how to check in and other queries was fantastic. I really recommend this apartment. The only slight downside of the location was with it being near to a market square it was quite noisy in the early morning with people unloading their market stalls.

It’s a good size, with a cute seating area. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Florence. You can literally walk in every direction and reach to main attractions. It’s also very close to Unita train-station so coming from the airport was really easy. The host was very kind and accommodating, they took us through all the amenities at the apartment and gave us recommendations for what to do/where to eat. Check in and check out was very smooth. Very highly recommended if you’re staying in Florence!

The apartment is in a great location right in the centre of town within easy walking distance to the train station. Very close to the markets (a bit noisy in the morning but you can close the shutters), restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is pretty small but comfortable and well equipped. Would recommend staying here. Some tea or coffee provided would be a nice touch. Most other apartments we stayed in had a pod coffee maker which would've made our stay even better.

• Abigail (10/5): This really is a little gem! - Incredible location, very close to the market and an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Uffizi and Duomo. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped, plenty of utensils for cooking and a comfortable bed. It's in a bustling location, with some great restaurants. After reading other reviews, we were worried it might be noisy at night, but we didn't find this to be a problem. The bedroom is set away from the street so we couldn't hear anything, and we found it quietened down outside about 11/11:30pm anyway.

• Valerie (10/5): A true gem! - Everything! The location was awesome, close to many restaurants, the train and attractions! It was clean and comfortable, and they even provided soap to do a load of laundry😊 They allowed us to have an early check-in, contacted us the first morning to see how things were and even offered to arrange a guide. We arrived in the pouring rain and they had gone in and turned on the heat...so nice. The square outside can be noisy, but is easily solved by pushing the bedroom door to. Would definitely stay there again! Nothing!

They cared about our feelings during the entire stay, and replied our messages very quickly! The kitchen is awesome with all the Electrolux appliances which are very clean!!! This apartment puts everything in the right place thoughtfully and makes it really handy to get the things we needed. I just couldn't be more happy with this place :)!

The door is heavy duty so we felt very safe even though Florence is safe in general.
• Julian (8/5): Very good - everything went smoothly with the host and they were very helpful! The kitchen was well equipped and the location was very close to all things the check-in system required us to put in personal data on a website in advance. The air circulation was not great and opening windows did not help much due to the lively street with many restaurants.
• Wassim (9/5): Little gem in the city - The apartment is so comfortable and fully equipped. you can feel home. It s the best location to stay in the middle of Florence. Nothing. All was great. It will be always my best place to stay when I visit Florence.
• Elin (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is very very kind and supportive! Apartment is located in the perfect place, nearby to everything that you must see in the Florence. Everything in room is clean, and apartment is really comfortable and well designed, especially for its price :) Sure we will come back and will recommend it to all of our friends❤️

It was good sized, clean and modern. The hosts were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay! We had an excellent stay there and were very happy overall!

• Janet (10/5): A True Gem! - We just spent six nights at this apartment and it truly is a gem! We were met at the apartment by Georgia and check-in was easy. Using "What's App," we could be in touch with any questions we may have and they kindly checked in after our first night to see if all was well. Francesca arranged our 4 a.m. taxi transfer to Firenze airport on day of departure with pickup right outside the door. Any inquiries we had were answered very promptly. The apt. was very clean with a really comfortable mattress and perfect for 2 people. It had a Tuscan feel with beautiful wooden ceilings & shutters but with a modern bathroom & kitchen. Kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, microwave & separate oven, dishwasher & clothes washer with drying rack. We loved the apartment's location which was an easy walk from the SMN train station. You can easily walk to the Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi and other sights minutes away. There are numerous restaurants just out the door including Za Za's, Pepo's and a branch of the Napoli pizzeria Da Michele to name a few. The huge indoor market, Mercato Centrale, is steps away as is the San Lorenzo open-air market. We would definitely stay here on a future visit to Firenze. There was nothing we didn't like.
• Ricardo (10/5): Nice and comfortable apartment in the center of a fantastic city - This is a fantastic place to stay in Florence. Very spacious, clean, well equipped, safe and comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful. They were always in contact with us before, during and after our stay. The place is very close to the train station and places of interest. Many restaurants and shops nearby. There are some stairs. Very complicated for someone with a huge luggage. In our case the host helped us to carry the luggage to the apartment when we arrived. Also there is a window in the bathroom and it has direct view to another window in front. So it can be uncontfortable for some people. Maybe a little curtain can be helpful.
