• Sponsillo (7/5): - Appartamento situato a due passi dal Colosseo. Pieno centro Scomodo arrivarci in auto. Dato che si trova in una Ztl. Anche i parcheggi nelle zone limitrofe sono in una Ztl.
• Janik (1/5): - I was extremely disappointed with this stay. The map showed a location near the Colosseum, but we were placed much farther away—misleading. They promised to inform us if the room was ready early, but no one did. At the scheduled check-in (3 PM), I messaged them, was told to wait 30 minutes, but ended up waiting 40. The apartment is a ground-level corner unit, formerly a shop space—it felt musty and damp. Poor sound insulation, and it wasn’t clean—mold in the bathroom, no hand soap (though other toiletries were provided). Not worth the cost.

• GUY (9/5): Très bel appartement bien situé dans la vielle ville de Rome. Séjour inoubliable. Merci beaucoup ! - Nous avons bien aimé cet appartement dans le centre ville de Rome. Et l,accueil de notre hôte qui est à l,écoute et pro active.
• Ana (2/5): Un safari urbano no solicitado - La ubicación, puedes llegar andando a la mayoria de los sitios, y a los que no, tienes los autobuses muy cerca. Si buscas un apartamento con fauna local incluida, este es tu sitio. Hormigas que aparecen con solo pensar en comida y mosquitos que aparecen de la nada continuamente, aún con las ventanas cerradas. El apartamento es pequeño, viejo e incómodo, y la “cocina” está literalmente dentro del dormitorio, tan diminuta que usarla es casi un acto de ilusionismo. Comer allí es misión imposible: cualquier miga convocaba a las hormigas como si fuera un festival gastronómico. Aunque la calle es silenciosa, dentro se oye absolutamente todo lo que pasa en los pisos vecinos. Conversaciones completas, tonos, idiomas… solo faltaban los subtítulos. Y el toque final: un enorme “Luxury” en la puerta. Una obra maestra del sarcasmo. Ubicación excelente, pero la estancia no estuvo a la altura.
• Hans (9/5): Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, gerne wieder! - Zentrale Lage auch vom Bus sehr gut erreichbar, trotzdem vollkommen ruhig, zwei großzügige Räume geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit getrennten, renovierten Bädern, vollständige Küche, Aufzug. Besonders: freundliche Betreuung!
• Raquel (9/5): - Apartamento amplo, cozinha e sala no mesmo ambiente, quarto grande e banheiro. Tudo estava limpo, fomos bem recebidos pela Zeynep, que nos entregou as chaves e explicou tudo certinho. Ela também nos mandou uma lista de recomendação de restaurantes, foi muito útil. A acomodação tem vários utensílios de cozinha e é bem confortável. Região cheia de restaurantes, igrejas, e muuuuito perto do Coliseu! Chegamos de trem na estação Roma Termini e fomos para o apartamento a pé, é relativamente perto. O box do banheiro é realmente bem pequeno, para uma pessoa magra ficou bastante apertado. Mas o chuveiro é ótimo! A região é bem cheia, na praça perto ficam várias pessoas a noite num "happy hour". Isso faz com que tenha um pouco de barulho na acomodação.

Não estrague sua viagem se hospedando neste lugar. - Apenas a localização Desde a recepção pelo funcionário responsável, a preocupação apenas sobre a taxa que deveria ser paga e nada mais, mostrou várias coisas com defeito e simplesmente fazia uma cara de que (é isso aí mesmo, se quiser) a cozinha não tinha nenhum utensílio para usar o fogão, apenas uma cafeteira, não tinha nenhuma panela, o banheiro não foi informado que não cabe nem uma criança para tomar banho, em uma espécie de cápsula (conforme foto em anexo). Simplesmente a pior experiência que tivemos em toda a Europa .

Eine Dusche hatte kein Warmwasser, die andere Dusche war auch nicht ganz in Ordnung *Wasser fließt aus allen Ecken vom Duschkopf). Stühle zu klein und nicht ganz bequem., nur italienisches Fernsehen.

O apto tinha tudo que precisávamos e foi muito confortável. Tommaso e Marzia estavam sempre à disposição para ajudar com o que precisasse. Recomendo!

• GHEORGHE (7/5): Un sejur plăcut - Apartamentul este așezat în centrul istoric al Romei, foarte aproape de Coloseum și alte atracții turistice. Personalul amabil. Am avut apă caldă și căldură. Bucătăria este dotată cu tot ce trebuie. Patul este foarte comod. Per total, sejurul meu a fost plăcut. Recomand locația și m-aș întoarce acolo, in ciuda micilor neajunsuri. Inițial așternuturile au fost murdare, se cunoștea că nu au fost schimbate, dar am semnalat acest lucru și s-a remediat imediat. Mirosul din apartament este destul de greu, a mucegai, însă am aerisit zilnic și a devenit suportabil.

• Jan-Peer (8/5): Top gelegene Wohnung mit charmanter Ausstattung. - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, Toplage, gut zu erreichen und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal hat super funktioniert. Das Mobiliar könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen, zB die Stühle waren alle etwas wackelig, und die Schlafcouch hatte schon einige Nächte hinter sich. Außerdem war der Wasserdruck beim Warmwasser in der Dusche schwankend und die Verfügbarkeit des Warmwassers - das hängt jedoch mit der Warmwasserbereitung im Haus zusammen.

• Ivy Marie (7/5): Had a nice time in Rome and the location made it easy to get from one point to another. - It’s a great location very close to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain and other tourist attractions. but not if you have suitcases with you. The taxi doesn’t go up so you will need to drag them to get to the property. The lift did not work on the day we checked out and so had to drag our suitcases down over 40 steps!! Also taxis can’t go up the street so you will have to drag your suitcases down the road. The sink in the bedroom bathroom is clogged. The shower room is too small and tight.

• Ulises F N (8/5): La experiencia Romana - La ubicación es excelente, tienes cerca muchos puntos interesante y llegas caminando. El lugar es muy práctico, cuenta con lo indispensable para poder 1 semana. Solo tres cosas malas: la regadera es muy pequeña; al ser un departamento que estaba en la planta baja y no estar bien aislado, escuchábamos todos los ruidos de la calle y, por último, la calefacción que nos comentaron nunca logró calentar el lugar. Nos apoyaron con cobijas extras, pero el departamento estaba congelado; fueron unas noches muy heladas.

• Jakub (1/5): Średnio - załaczam zdjecia oferty oraz otrzymanego apartamentu - Lakalizacja dobra Apartament przydzielony nam na miejscu różnił się od tego prezentowanego na zdjęciach w ofercie. Zdjęcia nie przedstawiały rzeczywistego lokalu. Dodatkowo łazienka była w bardzo złym stanie, a w ogłoszeniu nie było żadnych jej zdjęć, co uważam za wprowadzające w błąd.

Et la nuit avec le lampadaire, sans rideau ocultant difficile de dormir Les ustensiles de cuisine sont au minima (1cuillère à café et pas de casserole !)

• Kristina (7/5): Very nice place but very limited service. Perfect if you prefer to be on your own. - The location was fantastic. Very close to the main attractions and restaurants. The host was not very responsive when asking questions before booking, yet was very pushy asking my response during travel/check-in. We had trouble with the heat and were told “to just play with it”. The TV remote did not work. And the listing said a washing machine was in the unit but there was not one. Also, linens weee very limited. We were only given one set of sheets, even though we needed 2, and only 1 set of towels per person for an 8 night stay. There is an extra charge if 20€ if more is needed. While the location was great, be advised there are a lot of hills in the area and this apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

• Jana (8/5): Preguntar por la lavadora - El apartamento es muy cómodo y su cercanía a todos los monumentos, también. Que se cercioren si hay lavadora. La persona que gestiona el piso online, me confirmó, antes de ir, que el piso tenía lavadora. Al llegar no había lavadora, y me dijo que se había roto y se le olvidó avisar. Lo comunico a Booking, y me dice que no llega a un acuerdo con el particular.
• Amaia (8/5): Alojamiento básico y funcional. - La ubicación es excelente, al lado del Coliseo y cerca del centro para visitar los sitios más habituales sin necesidad de coger transporte público. Práctico y funcional para pocos días. Muy caliente, casi no hacía falta ni poner la calefacción. El agua caliente también sin problema. No tiene mucho espacio, en las fotos da la impresión de ser un apartamento más grande. Al final es una habitación con baño dónde se ha adecuado una pequeña cocina en un rincón. La cocina tiene lo básico y está bien pero el sitio es demasiado reducido. En el baño habría que cambiar la tapa del inodoro ( no encaja bien) y el portarrollos del papel higiénico (está completamente oxidado). El plato de ducha muy bien. El ascensor en ocasiones no funcionaba, solíamos usar directamente las escaleras por si acaso.

• Lauri.ms7 (7/5): Agradable y centrico, sin lujos - La ubicación genial, zona tranquila, a 10 min andando del coliseo y a 12 min de la fontana di trevi. Cerca de bares y restaurantes. Había aceite, sal azúcar y café en el apartamento. Mobiliario antiguo, placa de cocina oxidada, no hay colgadores en el baño para las toallas, el agua caliente de nuestro baño salía muy floja, y las camas (sobre todo el colchón del sofá cama) estaba hundido. Aún así estuvimos cómodos y descansamos bien.

The double bed was really comfortable and cozy and the apartment was clean and organized. The heater didn't work and it was very cold, so we had to sleep with our baby in bed to keep everyone warm. I don't think the air conditioning worked either. The bathroom heater not only didn't work, it was literally frozen and dripping cold water, which made the bathroom even colder and wetter. The single bed was missing part of the bed frame, so when I sat on the bed, I almost fell on the floor. Since no one slept there, it served more as a support, but if someone were to actually use that bed, I don't think it would be comfortable. We didn't have any accessibility issues because we had a very small stroller that could go up and down stairs, but the building and apartment are not adapted for strollers and wheelchairs. I want to point out that, as we only stayed for two nights, we didn't have time to report these problems to the host, since we weren't going to spend the little time we had waiting for the solutions, so I don't know how quickly they would have fixed things.

• Nerea (7/5): - Lo mejor era la ubicación del hotel, muy cercano al Coliseo romano. Además, la habitación es espaciosa, tiene aire acondicionado y comodidades. Te cobran un precio por hacer el checkin fuera de hora. Aunque ya lo sabía, es un precio muy excesivo. El baño es muy estrecho, la tapa del WC se mueve y parece que vas a salir volando, la ducha es regular.

• Anne (10/5): Convenient location and excellent value - Fantastic location, very close to Coloseum and Forum. One train stop from Termini, cafes restaurants and supermarkets all very close. Comfy bed, spacious living area and great air con. Kitchen was just usable, very very small. Stocked with most things you'd need, but nowhere to use them. Involved some shuffling to use the facilities.

• Alexander (4/5): - The location was great. The check in was a nightmare. We communicated with different people throughout the process. Each person gave us different information for the check in. We stuck to the times and locations communicated with our contact person for the check in. Prior to the agreed time and after someone else dropped of their luggage before that time, they've sent us passive aggressive messages based on assumptions and not the prior correspondence with us. This process and really bad communication did not give us much trust in the rental company.
• Margaret (8/5): Very good - Location. Close to the Tiber and buses. Restaurants close by, as well. The entrance was a little bit narrow to negotiate my self and luggage.
• Ross (8/5): We loved the location and felt very safe. - We loved how close the apartment was to the sites in Rome. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
• Jessica (10/5): Fully functional apartment a stone's throw away from major sights & transport nodes - The apartment is in a prime location near many iconic sites like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Santa Maria Maggiore and many more basilicas. It is a few bus stops away from Roma Termini, and is less than 10 minutes walk from various bus stops. Food options ranging from Western to Asian cuisine are plenty and only a short walk away. Pam Local, the supermarket, is about 10 mins walk away. The apartment is not adjacent to any major roads so you won't be disturbed by any sounds of traffic. The apartment complex has a lift, so not to worry about carrying luggage up many flights of stairs. The apartment is spacious, though not joined together in the way you might think. When you enter the door, the door to the right leads you to a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The door to the left leads you to the living room with a dining table, sofas, the fridge / stove / cupboards, and another bathroom. There were lots of clean crockery, tableware, and utensils should you decide to cook yourself a meal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

• Jodied (7/5): Perfect location to explore on foot, all the tourist spots in Rome! - Location was fantastic, easy walk to all the main tourist attractions and restaurants. The Collessium, Palantine Hill and Roman Forum and particularly close! The bed was also very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding and pillows (as someone who feels the cold, I very much appreciated this!). The apartment is also nice and spacious for two people. Our host had good consistent communication with us before arriving too. Best thing is the location though, can not fault it! Our host messaged us several times about arrival times, which I gave them consistently smaller windows each time, such as when we boarded the plane, landed and when we got in a taxi to the accommodation. They were still 25mins late meeting us with the keys. Worth noting, that as the location is very central, you are above lots of bars/restaurants, so at about 6:30am - 7:00am every morning we were awoken by large glass bins being emptied. The WiFi in the apartment worked for the first night we were there, then wouldn't connect to the Internet for the next 3 days. Our phones data plans work in many countries luckily but I know not everyone's does. We also had no hot water for the last 2 days. There were no instructions on how to use the boiler (which is very loud by the way!) and it was both too late to message the host and too close to check out the next day to message them.
• Gillian (10/5): Absolute gem! - We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. We couldn’t have asked for a better location - it was right in the centre of Rome, but tucked away in a cute cobblestone road so it wasn’t noisy at night, with lots of restaurants and shops very close by. There is an old fashioned, big wooden door that opens from the street and right into the apartment. It felt like a movie. The host was very friendly and communication was great. The apartment had everything we needed for a 4-night stay. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when we return. Thank you so much! We have been dreaming of this trip and our favourite city, Rome, since we have returned home.
• Donna (8/5): Could have been better informed regarding how to get to the property. - Location fabulous. Shortage of dishes, dish soap, laundry detergent, dish towels. My husband was bitten by a scorpion in bed.

• Kovacs (9/5): Great location, cosy and clean with a lovely host! - The apartment has a very central location, 5 minutes from the Colosseum, in a very sweet little street. restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, even a super market are all nearby. It was clean and fresh, we had coffee, water and some basic breakfast toasts, jam etc.. The host was super nice and helpful, recommended some very nice restaurants. If you are staying for a few days this has definitely the advantage of being super central.

• Miguel (7/5): Good for visiting the city but over priced - Is in the city center walking distance from the train station to the pantheon. The owner left some coffee/teas sugar and basic stuff for the kitchen/toilet. The house has some things broken and the furniture is old and not well maintained. The fridge was always with the engine on. You can hear the people walking and talking in the common areas and in the other apartments. They asked us to leave a deposit 150€ and it is difficult to understand what we would have to pay because there are a lot of things broken. The houses in the surroundings were +/- the same price but for us they are over priced.

• Victoria (5/5): Uncomfortable but good location. - The location was perfect, very close to the main attractions. If you are staying for long, the apartment comes with a kitchen, washing machine and other facilities that can suit you. First, the apartment is on the ground floor and there is zero noise isolation. The door of the entrance lead you directly to the bed. If you are trying to have a relaxing stay, do not book this place as you hear absolutely every person that passes on the road. Impossible to sleep in or have a relaxing evening. It was also very cold that made our stay uncomfortable. Lastly, the bed cover wasn’t properly covered in clean sheets. And I doubt that they wash the actual cover after every stay, so it’s quite disgusting.
• Arya (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, the host was amazing, really helpful and informative Apartment was bigger than expected, aircon in both the living area and the bedroom
• Hannah (7/5): Great stay, lovely staff. - Very close to central city, bed was so comfortable and the flat was spacious. Having AC was wonderful and the flat had everything you would need for a short stay. The boiler didn't work in this apartment. It would heat the water for about 30 seconds then it was freezing cold, even when left for a long time to allow it to heat up. Meant we couldn't shower properly, so needs to be fixed!
