Catherine (9/5): great. - Lungarno Hotel is a beautiful run place, and its people are great. The Apartment was in a great location, amentities good, a little run down and beds were not comfortable. Overall a good stay. They need new mattresses Housekeeping good but just did the minimum.
Simon (10/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean. The photos truly capture the living space. We will definitely stay here again! Our unit was facing the street, so it did get a little noisy, but nothing that couldn't be managed. Also, I usually sleep with a down feather blanket, so the blanket is thin for me. It would have been nice to have extra blankets around so I could layer it.
