• Marine (5/5): Nous ne recommandons pas, surtout pour une famille - Bonne localisation à 10 min de la gare St.Lucia, et 2 min d’un Vaporetto. Nous avons choisi cet établissement qui disposait d’un lit bébé. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le lit bébé était cassé. Nous avons contacté les personnes en charge de l’hébergement, qui nous ont dit venir en fin d’après-midi. Personne n’est venu sur les 3 jours où nous étions là, et personne ne nous a recontacté. Nous avons dû faire dormir notre fille d’un an 3 nuits dans un lit parapluie ayant un côté cassé, avec un risque qu’elle puisse tomber. Par ailleurs, il n’y a pas de porte de séparation entre la chambre et le salon cuisine. Donc peu pratique pour les couples avec enfant. Le logement est aussi assez sombre et humide.

• Ennio (5/5): A parte le i nidi di polvere, la struttura è buona però bisogna aggiungere una TV - La posizione è comodissima, perché a piano terra Manca la TV. E Internet non c’è praticamente, c’è il modem ma non prende nulla o meglio quasi nulla. Manca il bidet, ma quello non importa, usavamo lo sbroglio della doccia. Presentava parecchia polvere nelle parti alte.

• Ana Paula (10/5): - Gostamos de tudo e superou a expectativa ! A localização é boa, a acomodação é bem limpa, confortável, sendo viável cozinhar, fazer um café da manhã…. Acomodação limpa, confortável e com preço justo ! O Wi-Fi não funcionava bem .

• Carol (5/5): Passable - The host was nice. The floor of apartment was quite dirty. It doesn't valuable above Euro 304 for 2 nights. It was hard to recognize the location of apartment, we also needed to handle rubbish after check out.

• Bruno (8/5): great place, near to all stuffs - The location was really easy to find between the streets of Venice, near to the rail station. The host was gently providing informations inside the house with a welcome book. Lack of dish towel, the second bed (which is a sofa) is really hard. The pillow is too big.
• Sophie (4/5): Not great, damp. - Location ok Didn’t realise it was ground floor, the front door opened straight onto the bed which didn’t feel very comforting especially when the bin men banged on the door at 8am. Property was extremely damp, walls were mouldy and all of us had chesty coughs, no ventilation.
• Vanita (9/5): Superb - The place is so close to the train termini, 5 minutes walk. It was the perfect location, we couldn't ask for better. We didn't find the place on the first try but it wasn't too too hard with the instructions given to us. The host was very easy to reach when ever we needed. Since we were in the heart of Venice, we could hear people passing and talking at all hours of the day, but it was something we were expecting. The place is a little small but it's Venice.

• Katharine (8/5): Good value, good location, quiet street, we enjoyed our stay - The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was good - close to Piazzale Roma (where we arrived to by bus) and close to everything else we wanted to visit. The apartment is down a quiet street, it is fairly basic but provides everything we needed for a few nights' stay in Venice. The bathroom was small but clean, modern and worked well. Complimentary tea, coffee and a coffee pot was provided. We loved getting aperitifs from the little bar just down the alley called Cip Ciop. Expect a knock on the door in the morning from the Venice bin collection people and don't leave rubbish behind in the apartment when you leave.
• Shahadet (5/5): Not good in comparison of money - It is in the middle of the city Not enough toilet supply. Toilet is smelly. No one was there for room cleaning.
• Klaudia (10/5): Really amazing place which I recommend to everybody - Very clean and well equipped apartment. Situated in amazing area, reachable by just walking from bus station.
• Megan (8/5): Great location, safe and very walkable to bars and restaurants. - Loved the location. We were 3 young women (25 to 28) visiting Venice for the first time and thought the location was great. In easy walking distance to more popular tourist/ shopping spots, but we really enjoyed being in a more traditional/ quiet spot as there was very little noise at night. There are bars / restaurants in less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment but they shut around 11pm so caused no issues. Also the square they are in is lovely if you fancy an evening closer to the apartment. Easy instructions on how to enter the property on arrival and there was a guide that made it clear how to leave on departure. Any comments you read that are negative about the rubbish disposal should not be held against this booking as it is a standard across majority of apartments in Venice so should be expected no matter which you book. Overall would recommend for a small group of 3 for a cosy stay in a safe location. Wasn’t an issue for us but would say the pictures make the apartment rooms look separate, however the beds are all in one connected room with no doors, so wouldn’t recommend for 2 couples. The bathroom sink plug was stuck, but after reaching out we received a quick reply for this to be fixed mid stay. Unfortunately we didn’t see this message before we left but was great to see they were prepared to come and fix quickly.

• Arturas (3/5): Too small and smell of cigarettes - Location close to train station. Was the strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment, and the apartment was very tiny, not comfortable. Also you have to take care of rubish when you leaving otherwise will be charged.

• Claire (10/5): Perfect location - Very good location. Clean and easy to check in. Small kitchenette, but perfect if you just need a fridge or doing minimal cooking. Also left usefully information in the book and clear information.

• Ilianaledo (3/5): Poor - The staff was friendly. The air conditioner did not work. It was very hot at night and extremely sweaty sleeping with just the sheet. When I asked about it I was jist told to use the remote even though I just did not work properly. The 3rd bed was also extremely uncomfortable. There was a metal rod in the middle that did not let me sleep well all night.
• Abul (10/5): Excellent apartment - Excellent apartment only 10 mins walk from Piazzelle Roma and close to the centre of town. Was perfect for a short stay and had everything we needed. The apartment has character and many unique touches which adds to its quirkiness. They also kindly extended my check out which really helped me As mentioned we had a good stay, nothing we didn't like.
• Anna (6/5): not at all matching the photos but comfortable enough and well located - great location the place was way shabbier than in the styled photos on Booking – the paint was peeling off the walls, the walls were stained, there were dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling,... the fridge was really loud, which made it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the double bed was fine there was not enough toilet paper you have to pay extra 10 eur for garbage disposal or you have to do it yourself, which is quite difficult in Venice as there's only a few collection places in the area the shower and bathroom sink water was just a trickle, no proper water pressure, and it took ages for it to warm up from ice cold
