- Murguz (10/5): Sehr schön - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Apartment war sauber, gemütlich und die Lage bei den Navigli perfekt. Alles war wie beschrieben und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in war einfach und die Kommunikation ausgezeichnet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Abends war es teilweise etwas laut, da draußen spät Glasflaschen entsorgt oder sortiert wurden. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön.

- Christoph (9/5): Top gelegen, im idyllischen, hisorischen Innenhof - sehr hübsch gelegen. in einem ruhigen Innenhof neben dem pulsierenden Nachtleben Die Küche ist bescheiden ausgestattet. Z.B kein Zucker, Pfeffer, Öl,… dafür viel Salz. Das W-lan war meistens schwach, ca 10 MB/s

- LUANA (8/5): - Appartamento delizioso, ambiente tranquillo e curato. Per una coppia che vuole fare un week sui navigli è perfetto anche la posizione e tutti i comfort intorno. Parcheggio a pochi minuti dalla struttura. Le indicazioni per capire dove si trova la struttura sono scritte in maniera chiara e semplice. Lo consiglierò sicuramente!!

L appartement tout équipé et à ma grande surprise un matelas gonflable pour ma fille et un super matelas ! La literie incroyable et l équipement au top ( lave linge , fer a repasser , nespresso ) vraiment très appréciable . Notre séjour a été incroyable , on vient souvent à Milan et on reviendra c est sur , merci pour votre réactivité pour la clim et une petite terrasse trop mignonne pour boire son café ! - Hayley (9/5): Gorgeous space to enjoy Navigli and Milan central - Perfect location and beautiful decor with ample space. It is thoughtfully decorated, clean and with all you need in the kitchen for a 4 night stay. Easy Number 2 tram into main centre and so many lovely restaurants around. The only issue was the noise from the restaurant below - when at night they are disposing of lots of glass bottles in the garden area which as you can imagine is loud. It was however lovely to be in amongst the hub of life in Navigli - it wouldn’t stop us returning.

- Daniela (10/5): Honest family review - The owners of the place were amazingly supportive. When travelling with large family with kids, one often have a lot of special requests. The owners helped us with every single one of them. Also the surrounding was pretty cool. Very lively with plenty of restaurants. Suprisingly, the appartment was silent, which was great! If either the outside elevator worked or the stairs were not so narrow, the manipulation with a stroller would be a little easier. Anyways, it was not completely unmanageable. :-)

- Anthopoulos (8/5): Perfect for modern comfort and location! - I loved the unit. It was very modern and comfortable. I appreciate the thought and design of this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect. It was a little challenging getting inside because we had to have wifi in order to unlock the main gate. This took about 10 minutes but was not a problem. The description included "balcony" and showed a photo of a balcony on the water. The image implied I would have that view but unfortunately the view was of the courtyard. It was a gorgeous apartment and this was my second time booking in this building. I will book again because the location is ideal! Very modern unit!

- luisa (10/5): Spotless apartment in the heart of Navigli nightlife, easy access to great restaurants and bars. - The apartment was ideally located at the start of the Naviglio where there are several super nice restaurants and bars, perfect for aperitivo and dinner, and also a good spot for breakfast. The apartment itself was spotless, everything had been cleaned and ordered impeccably, so we felt right at home and happy to relax and enjoy our stay. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. I would highly recommend staying in this area, especially if you enjoy nightlife and walking distance access to good restaurants and bars. The apartment also had a small balcony with chairs and small table: unfortunately it was raining when we stayed but I could imagine sitting there sipping a coffee in the morning (or spritz in the evening :)) enjoying some relaxing people watching along the canal. Highly recommend! everything was perfect

Great location if you need to be within Navigli. It’s slightly smaller than I was expecting, that being said we were only there for 2 nights so all was fine.

- Jean Christophe (10/5): Tout simplement exceptionnel ! - Notre séjour, c'est déroulé à merveille. Les propriétaires se sont montrés disponibles avec un contact téléphonique très réactif et agréable pour répondre à nos demandes. L'accès et la récupération des clés se sont passés très facilement grâce aux indications fournies. L'appartement magnifique venait d'être entièrement rénové avec goût et nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison. L'équipement est complet et de qualité (cuisine équipée, literie, mobilier). Notre hébergement donnait sur une jolie cour intérieure très calme. Nous avions choisi cet emplacement un peu à l'écart de l'agitation de l'hypercentre et cela c'est avéré très agréable. Le métro et le tram sont situés à quelques minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique pour circuler et explorer Milan. Pour autant il est aussi possible de se rendre dans le quartier du Duomo à pied en à peine 30 minutes de marche. De nombreux bars et de très bons restaurants sont localisés dans le quartier des Navigli où l'ambiance est extraordinaire, surtout à la période de Noël. bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander de séjourner à Milan Stay ! - Charlotte (7/5): - Leuke wijk, heel behulpzaam en vriendelijke host. Heerlijk bed, prima badkamer. We mochten eerder inchecken en later uitchecken. Enige minimale negatieve punt was dat het erg luidruchtig was in de binnenplaats. Er zit een hotel onder het appartement en daar wordt veel glas weggegooid in de avond en hard gepraat etc. Dus als het raam open staat is het tot na middernacht luidruchtig.

- Champa (6/5): Appartement bien situé - L'emplacement, proximité des transports et de petits commerces, quartier du canal agréable. L'appartement donnant sur la cour est plutôt calme. Arrivée et départ autonome pratique. Hôte à l'écoute, disponible par téléphone et très réactif. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu utiliser l'espace mezzanine et les lits individuels à cause d'un problème de petite fuite, mais notre hôte a été très réactif et arrangeant. La literie convertible du séjour assez inconfortable et manque quelques petits équipements dans la cuisine pour une famille de 4 personnes.

- Kai (9/5): Die Wohnung hat eine außergewöhnlich schöne Lage! - Die Lage ist einmalig und nicht zu topen! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Das Schlafsofa war leider eine Katastrophe, total durchgelegen.
- Leslie (6/5): Fine but not amazing. - Bright, clean, updated. The location was convenient to good shops and transit. This was advertised on booking, including on our confirmation, as a 1 bedroom, but we ended up with a pretty small studio. Upon looking further into the pictures posted on this listing, it appears they advertise multiple different apartments on the same listing. Additionally, even though we faced a courtyard, we still heard noise from the bars late into the night, so be advised. There was also a foul smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Lastly, on our last night there, someone who knew the code to the lockbox (which is right beside the door to the apartment) had come by and entered the code. I know this since I definitely spun the numbers after I took the keys on our first day to random numbers (as I always do, and I leave them unaligned), and saw that when we had returned in the evening on our last day the numbers were back to the exact code to open the lockbox. Fortunately we had the only set of keys with us and nothing was missing from the apartment, but it still was an alarming experience.

- Ulrich (10/5): So macht ein Kurzurlaub in Mailand Spaß. - Ein sehr schönes Apartment. Wir waren zu dritt, es hat wunderbar gepasst. Die Küche haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, es war aber alles zum Kochen da. WLAN und TV waren bestens. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Da aber alle Anwohner sehr rücksichtsvoll waren, konnte man sehr gut schlafen.
