• Konrad (8/5): Super Lage - Die Lage direkt an der barrierefreien Metrostation ist fantastisch. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und ein Café direkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Die Küche ist rudimentär ausgestattet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das völlig ausreichend. Warmes Wasser ist ziemlich limitiert.

• Cassanello (4/5): Bien ubicado. Muy malo el colchón - Que era un lugar amplio y disponía de electrodomésticos. La cercanía del metro. Lo que no me gustó de la propiedad es que el colchón era muy fino a nivel que pasar las 4 noches se volvieron insufribles. El lugar necesita mantenimiento. Los aires acondicionados son muy viejos en verano no creo que enfríen lo que deben. No tiene buena insonorización . Se le solicitó al personal algo indicaron que vendrían al otro día a solucionarlo y nunca pasaron.
• Arsen (7/5): Overall, the cleanliness of the room was quite good, and the interaction with the owner was smooth and pleasant. However - The location was perfect, close to metro station. There is a cafe and supermarket just next to the building. 1. Noise: A) The apartment is located right next to a busy road, and the windows do not provide sufficient sound insulation. B) The refrigerator in the room was also quite noisy. I had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. 2. The shower cabin door is difficult to close and appears to need repair. 3. We were three people, and the foldable sofa was quite uncomfortable. In fact, I could only sleep on half of it. 4. Towels: The towels should be of better quality. One of them was extremely worn out 5. The kitchen faucet splashes water all around when used.

• Nicolo (9/5): - Posizione eccellente, locali confortevoli e abbastanza ampi, buon isolamento acustico, balcone disponibile, nel complesso soggiorno piacevole. Nulla di significativo!

• Fabiano (6/5): Alloggio in buona posizione, ma necessita maggiore cura - Posizione vicino alla metro e comoda per raggiungere il centro Poca pulizia e manutenzione carente dell'alloggio (cassettiera rotta, stoviglie e biancheria non puliti, wifi senza collegamento a Internet, filtri mancanti dei lavandini...)
• Joao (9/5): Semana de trabalho agradável em Roma - A localização perto de San Giovanni era excelente, muito próximo da linha C do metro (que me era conveniente), com supermercado à porta. A divisão do apartamento era ideal e a organização muito confortável! Houve apenas um pequeno problema: a primeira gaveta do móvel do quarto estava partida (embora disfarçada). Como não era indispensável não reportei na altura, mas creio que deveriam consertar.

• Dorota (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do Koloseum, sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy. Obsługa apartamentu bardzo miła, apartament wystarczająco wyposażony. Zdecydowanie zbyt głośna okolica, duży ruch uliczny generuje ogromny halas prawie całą dobę, ktoś kto ma lekki sen niestety, ale się nie wyśpi, czystość prysznica pozostawia wiele do życzenia, takiej pleśni jeszcze nie widziałam. Do reszty nie mam zastrzeżeń.

• Rick (9/5): Fantastic place to base yourself in Rome! - Was a very large apartment, separate lounge/kitchen, good size bedroom and bathroom, 2 outside balconies, was very comfortable. Could walk to the Colosseum from here.
• Josy (7/5): Good - The apartment' location is great! Very close to the Colosseum and others city attractions. There is a few repairs to be done at the apartment to make our stay even better, like the shower, laundry machine and TV.

• Maciej (5/5): The apartment was much worse than the photos, with multiple issues, but at least it had a good coffee machine. - The only positive was the coffee machine, which came with a good supply of pods. Unfortunately, that’s about the only thing that lived up to expectations. Don’t trust the photos! The apartment is in much worse condition than shown. The air conditioning works, but you can’t adjust the temperature, making it uncomfortable. The balcony blinds are broken and unusable. The bathroom is in terrible shape with mold in the shower, and the walls throughout the apartment are stained, giving it a neglected feel. The location is poorly connected to public transport, and it’s extremely noisy due to being near a busy street. To make matters worse, the couch was dirty and stained.

The apartment was clean and a short walk to bus line 51, 85 and 87 which take you to most attractions in Rome. Supermarket right across the street. The apartment needs a bit of upkeep, stained couch, dirty walls, washing machine does not work properly and leaves clothes soapy and drenched. It gets noisy at night with the cars and bikes passing by.

• Judit (8/5): Great value in the city centre, all you need for a 1-2 nights long stay. - Flexible hosts. All you need for a one night stay.
• Oana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is relatively close to the metro station San Giovanni (5-7 minutes walk). Relatively close to major sites of attraction (10-15 minutes walk to Colosseum). There is a supermarket just across the street with anything you would need for breakfast or any other needs. The kitchenette was well equipped (there were also coffee capsules for the espresso machine and one bottle of water when we arrived). The bed was comfortable (even the extendable sofa in the living room). The bed linen was washed but had stains on it. The bathroom needs some more cleaning and please put more soap in the soap dispenser. The mobile shower head was unsuable and the one above the cabin needs to be replaced (sprays the water everywhere but the right places). In the evening (after 9 pm) you need to wait for the hot water to get hot...and when it does, it runs hot and cold intermittently. All in all we had a good time. 8+
• Julija (6/5): Not too bad for the price - The location is quiet and affluent (not like near Termini station). The apartment is roomy, with a fully equiped kitchen. There is a balcony. The price was good. The apartment is beautiful when the sun is out. The host was wonderful in getting the keys to us before the check in time. There were many extra towels. The apartment bathroom was not clean. There was mold in the shower. Because we stayed for six days I deep cleaned it myself, it was disgusting. The beddings and towels weren't completely clean - there were hairs on them. The coffee machine did not work all the time. The dishes were not completely clean. The bed and sofa were uncomfortable to sleep on. There was almost constant noise from the street right outside of cars and motorcycles.

• Harry (9/5): Great stay! - Good location, close to San Giovani and Colosseum. Comfortable bed and enough equipment that you feel at home. Hosts were friendly. Check in and check out easily. Loved having access to the balcony! Can’t really fault it for the money, great value. If I had to be really picky a little deeper clean of the bathroom could help.
