• FABIO (10/5): Come sentirsi a casa - Disponibilità e organizzazione perfetta dei proprietari anche nella prenotazione del garage e nella prontezza di risposta (davvero apprezzato), posizione centrale, servizi offerti, grandezza dell’appartamento e pulizia. Abbiamo trovato davvero tutto, anche la polvere del caffè, continuate cosi! Gli infissi tenevano poco i rumori dalla strada e di qualche schiamazzo notturno, ma nulla di insopportabile comunque il soggiorno è stato più che positivo, da rifare

The apartment was especially nice while travelling with a toddler because there was plenty of room for her to run around and the washing machine was such a nice luxury! Would definitely recommend staying at Geppi's!

• philippe (9/5): Bon séjour à Florence le deuxième toujours aussi belle par contre les entrées dans les différents musées ou lieux import - L’emplacement à proximité du centre , la tranquillité, la facilité d’accès l’appartement qui était petit mais avec tout les équipements et très pratique. Peut être le manque de place pour quatre personnes le canapé lit dans la pièce centrale prenait beaucoup de place.

O apartamento é exatamente como apresentado nas fotos e dispõe de diversos utensílios de cozinha, permitindo preparar refeições rápidas com praticidade. Ao chegarmos, fomos recebidos com uma garrafa de vinho, um gesto muito atencioso. O varal elétrico foi extremamente útil para secar as roupas, e também havia um varal posicionado sobre um dos aquecedores, o que facilitou ainda mais. Para acessar a hospedagem foi muito simples pois havia apenas um lance de escada. Em uma das manhãs, por volta das 6h, houve um problema com barulho vindo do lado externo da hospedagem. Um caminhão estacionou ao lado do imóvel e, ao que tudo indica, realizava algum tipo de limpeza de caixa de gordura ou encanamento, pois havia um odor muito forte que inclusive ficou no apartamento. O veículo permaneceu no local por cerca de 30 minutos, gerando bastante ruído. A hospedagem está localizada apenas um nível acima da rua, o que faz com que o barulho externo seja perceptível, especialmente quando passam pedestres ou há adolescentes conversando em voz alta. Ao chegarmos, encontramos a bancada da cozinha molhada, pois o aparelho de gás estava gotejando. O problema persistiu durante toda a estadia, e deixamos uma bacia no local para evitar que a água respingasse em nossos pertences. Também notamos um cheiro forte de gás ao utilizar as torneiras com água quente; em alguns momentos, foi necessário abrir as janelas para amenizar o odor.

Apartment was clean and has so many little personal touches! Also left a lovely bottle of red wine- very thoughtful! Comodidad, ubicación, amabilidad. - La ubicación es ideal, porque los atractivos principales de Firenze están muy cerca, caminando máximo 15 minutos, pero a su vez estás en una zona más tranquila, más local, donde puedes encontrar lugares increíbles para tomar un café, un vino o comer. La cucina accessoriata di tutto e anche i bagni con phone, asciugami e prodotti da bagno.. L’host ci ha accolto con del vino di benvenuto ed è stato sempre attento e disponibile, tornassi con amici a Firenze tornerei qui!! Noi eravamo in 7 ma l’appartamento ospita fino a 10 persone.. super consigliato ❤️ Non ho elementi negativi sulla struttura

If I had to be super picky but it wouldn’t stop me from booking it again. Didn’t really have natural light with windows because of the nature of the property. But i was in the centre of Florence, so we was out exploring so it didn’t mater in the slightest. I would definitely book it again 😀

• Lolova (9/5): Perfect place to stay in the center of Florence - You have everything you need - it’s a real home away from home. Great location to all main sights in Florence - is just 5-10 min to anything you want to see. Owners are also very friendly and helpful. It’s great please. Just be cautious when you book - the pictures feature several properties - I expected a balcony and different decor than where we stayed, but was nice as well.

• Jeff (8/5): Outstanding location, good accommodations for family of four. - Overall, these were solid accommodations. The location was outstanding just south of the river in a quieter area, but a close 15 min walk to the duomo and other key places to see. Management very responsive, and the apartment was in good shape and clean. Disappointed in how the bedrooms and beds are advertised. Owner advertises enough single beds and sofa beds for all of us, which we found perfect for our family of 6 when booking. But then they only provided bedding for three beds. There seems to be an assumption that people will double up in beds, as we only found two beds and two pull outs upon our arrival. Can’t expect teenagers/adults to want to sleep in the same bed together. Suggest revising your advertising to make this much clearer.

It is extremely well equipped with absolutely everything you could ask for. There are many restaurants close by and the best gelato in Florence literally a block away. If I ever return to Florence, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Chiara was the perfect hostess and kept us constantly updated.

The hosts were very nice and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well taken care of. They truly thought of everything to make your visit feel like home. The full kitchen was really nice to have so if you feel like taking a break from eating out then you have the chance to make a nice home cooked meal. The apartment was well equipped with everything you can think of. The location is perfect as you are walking distance from all major attractions in Florence. We felt very safe walking back at night and had plenty of great food options right near the apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to have the chance to return someday. Thank you again! Nothing at all
• Sorina (7/5): Good - Very close to the main attractions. Interesting space and unusual, so a good opportunity to explore living like that. Very clear instructions from host and all sort of details laid in the open on how the house work and where you can find what. Good heating system. For us it wasn't a problem, but staircase to the apartment is narrow and would be difficult to carry a stroller. Cleanliness could have been better. Overall was ok, I felt it was overpriced in comparison to what you get, but probably this is the consequence of the over tourism that is in Italy and which they are trying to limit. Prices are high for a night stay in extra-season. Light not enough in bedroom, due to unusual windows curtain. Not related with the accommodation: tourism fee is not cheap, highly recommend to read about it before booking.

Location was right in the heart of all the activity and great restaurants, and within walking distance to everything. Hosts were very thoughtful and left us a nice bottle of Chianti. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if/when I visit again.

• William (10/5): Very happy with our stay at Geppi's! - We requested to drop off our bags because we arrived in Florence earlier than check in, they happily allowed us to. We met the lady cleaning the apartment who was very sweet and she also gave us the keys so we would have them when we were able to check in. The apartment is in the perfect location, whether you plan to see the city on foot or by car. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed whether it was an iron, hair dryer, kettle to boil water for coffee, plenty of closet storage and a great bottle of wine waiting in the kitchen upon our arrival! I would stay here again without a doubt.

Gaia was very helpful in answering any questions and helped us make a reservation for parking garage about a 5 min walk to apt and staying at Geppi’s gave a discounted rate of 28 euros per nite. We would all stay again if available and highly recommend!

• Imran (9/5): Very nice place overall. - It had many things in walking distance and the shopping was very nearby, and the shopping that was there was extremely good. The shower was awesome. It was the only hotel in Italy we stayed in with a bidet shower. The stairs were slippery and very tiny which have the potential for someone to slip. My daughter slipped from the top stair to the bottom and could've been severely injured but was luckily fine.

The host, Gaia, was fabulous and checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and gave us suggestions on places to eat.

• Florian (10/5): Clean quiet apartment close to tourist attractions. - We enjoyed the central location, yet quiet street where the apartment is located. Very clean place with beautifully renovated bathroom. Only disadvantage are the steep access stairs which are difficult if you have heavy luggage. Also important to mention that the flat is within a restricted driving zone (called ZTL) and thus not often accessible by car.

• Lana (10/5): Everything is perfect except access to taxi from the apartment - Inconvenience in getting taxi to train. Need taxi for luggages to train station as wheeling on uneven pavement is not convenient and will ruin your luggage wheels hence bigger problem for rest of travelling trip. Walking to train without luggages is easy 15 minutes.

There was a slight issue when we arrived that was absolutely no fault of the owners and they did the best they could to make it right with exceptional customer service. It is the price you have to pay being in the very center of the town - apartament is quite dark, yoi can hear all that is happening in the kithen of the restaurant in the other side of the narrow street and not very convinient to get to (narrow stairs) when you are travelling with kids.
• Keith (10/5): A lovely well equpped apartment in a quiet convenient location. - The apartment is well located south of the river away from the noisy crowds and is peacful allowing for a good nights sleep. The apartment is lovely and really well equipped. It even has a map inviting previous guests to indicate from where they have come which was a nice touch. There was even a bottle of wine on the kitchen table! Whilst we did not have a chance to meet the host she was very accessible and helpful. She answered my queries by whatsApp immediately.

There was washer but no dryer. There was a hot drying rack and the towel rack was hot sometimes, but drying clothes was an all day affair.
