• Véronique (8/5): - Sympa de louer un appartement avec les collègues en plein coeur de Brera. L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes. Le pommeau des 2 douches ne laissait passer qu'un filet d'eau. Et il fallait très longtemps avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude

• Sofia (8/5): - Muy cómodo para 6 personas. Lindo departamento. Baños y cocina nuevos. Camas y sabanas cómodas . Muy lindo barrio y ubicación Comunicación con el anfitrion muy poco servicial. Sistema de checking engorroso.Sistema puerta de entrada del edificio poco práctico, más cuando hay personas que no tienen señal en el celular. No había trapos ni repasadores.

• Alex (7/5): Great location but could do with with some updating in terms of facilities - Clear instructions on how to access the property, communication was good from host and the property is in an ideal location near to Duomo. The property could do with some updating. Broken locks on internal doors as well as a balcony door. The sofa bed has seen better days but wasnt required for the number of people staying
• Lynn (10/5): Perfect location for a family and friends stay in Milan - This apartment was perfectly suited to our needs for 3 days in Milan. We’re a family with teenagers and wanted a location that was safe for everyone to come and go and explore independently. The apartment is in a lovely old building, quiet and respectful residents, with a caretaker present. Inside the apartment everything is clean and smart, and well equipped. We cooked in the kitchen several times and although it’s small, we had all we needed. The small balcony looking out on the internal courtyard was delightful on the night of a thunderstorm - and the front rooms have full length doors accessing the Main street below. We would stay here again without hesitation. The only thing I would have appreciated was an extra blanket for the bed. Maybe there were some but I didn’t find them. Even though it was end July / start August, some nights I woke feeling chilled (no AC in use in bedroom) and the weight of a blanket would be helpful.

• Obaid (8/5): مكان يفئ بالغرض وهو القرب من الدومو والمحلات - قربه من ساحه الدمو تقريبا 20 دقيقه مشي والمكان حيوي جدا يوجد محلات وكارفور الدخول الذاتي مزعج ولا يوجد مواقف والدخول يحتاج رابط لفتح البوابه لو كان ضغط على زرار عند الباب افضل من رابط عبر الهاتف لان صعب للذي لا يمكن خدمه واي فاي

Wygodne duże łóżka, czysta pościel, ręczniki. Jednak apartament mógłby być lepiej posprzatany, pęknięta płytka na podłodze w łazience ruszała się przy poruszaniu.

• Beáta (9/5): Superb - The location is great, walking distance to the main attractions and good restaurants in the neighbouring streets. The house is well-maintained and looked very safe. The apartment was well-equipped and clean, with basic but practical furnitures. The advantage of the apartment being in a frequented place is also a disadvantage, the surrounding is rather noisy with a tramline in front of the house which might be bothering especially early mornings. The covering carpets of the sofa and the armhairs would need cleaning....

• Patrick (1/5): Disgusting and disgraceful. - The neighborhood It was filthy, there was black mold in the bathrooms, the walls had splattered dirt, the management didn't communicate well. The kitchen utensils were dirty, the air conditioning didn't work , essential items in the kitchen were too high up to reach, the shower door in the bathroom was broken, there were no kitchen towels which to dry plates. Moreover, the management did not reply to my texts concerning all of these things. Disgusting and disgraceful.

• Olga (7/5): With proper maintenance, it could be an ideal apartment. - Excellent location, close to everything, many restaurants, boutiques nearby, a beautiful castle and Pinacoteca Brera within walking distance. On our next trip we will look for accommodation in the same area. The rooms have air conditioning and heating, and windows have shutters. At first glance, we got the feeling that the apartment was poorly maintained: there were dirty marks on the white walls, limescale was quite noticeable in the showers, the fittings were loose in some places, one of the bathrooms simply wouldn't close, and there was a gaping hole in the art object on the wall in the living room. Also, some of the lamps were missing bulbs, and for some reason a couple of recessed lights in the bathroom were hanging from the ceiling. The bath towels had an unpleasant smell and were quite washed out. Although the apartment was equipped with appliances, there were no detergents (for the washing machine and dishwasher), as well as kitchen towels and even table napkins. It seems to me that renting an apartment, rather than a hotel room, should include everything necessary so that guests do not have to run to the store to get it. Despite all the convenience of contactless check-in, it would be problematic for us to open the front door without the Internet.

• May (9/5): Great rooms in Milan‼︎ - We stayed during Milan Fashion Week, and the surrounding area was bustling with excitement. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore on foot. Conveniently situated right at an intersection, having a taxi stand directly in front of the place was a great advantage. We were a party of three adults, and each room provided the privacy we needed. Our stay was truly comfortable. My concern was mold in the shower area of the main bathroom. If you could keep the tiles and joints clean, it would make the stay more comfortable. Also, the noise, which sounded like club music, continued until morning and echoed well into the bedroom even with the windows and curtains closed. It might be hard for nervous people.

Brera is a lovely buzzing area full of great restaurants and bars. Apartment clean and had everything we needed. Big enough space for up to 8 people. Unfortunately air conditioning units not working in lounge area and small bedroom. It was very warm so made sleeping a little difficult at times. Texted Filippo on 2nd day but only sorted 5 minutes before checkout, which was disappointing. Definately city living so a little noisy at night. Water pressure in overhead showers poor but fine in hand held unit

Comfortable beds and lovely, warm showers. We felt checking in time was quite late at 4pm.

The owner of the apartment is charming, I recommend heat, worth every shekel!
