• Scott (5/5): Do better - Location was great It smelled bad , air conditioner was very poor and very little ventilation. Someone was able to enter our suite and stole some Apple products we hid in our room so we wouldn't worry about losing it outside or get pick pocked. They also went through our luggage. We had the key with us at all times and we received a message from owner that the check in was 2 hrs behind. Then we were only given 1 key that locks the door and also controls the air conditioner so therefore the stink in the apartment stuck around because there was no circulation or a way to open windows . The air freshener plug just added another flavor to the stink. We received a message that the fire extinguisher company was dropping by to check it as normal routine, another inconvenience, then we were told he never came by, and that day was when apple products were missing and last tracked , now that we have left my Apple products is tracked to a apartment in Florence. Bummer
• Hana (6/5): Krátký pobyt se dá doporučit, protože umístění je skvělé. Příště bych volila jiný apartmán. - Apartmán byl velmi pěkně vybavený a na výborném místě, přímo v centru Florencie. Nepříjemné bylo zjištění až na místě, že ani jedno ze tří oken nebylo možné otvírat. Jednak byla okna situována do světlíku, kam lítali holubi, jednak tam byl velmi intenzivní zápach. Okna měla matná skla, takže jsme neměli denní světlo. Větrat se dalo pouze díky klimatizacím, ale u jedné z nich hned od prvního dne nefungovalo ovládání. Z klimatizací vylétal prach do místností. Dalším šokem bylo objevení dvou švábů, přestože jsme okna vůbec neotvírali.
• Jing (2/5): 令人极度不适。 - 我们只住了一晚，15号就退房了，因为房间里很大霉味，不得不戴口罩，这真是有点离谱。并且一直没有退款。 处理一下霉菌，最起码把空调洗干净，因为窗户也不能开，完全没有新鲜空气。
• Marius (8/5): Great experience - Location Can’t open windows for air refresh and lights must keep on during the day due to lack of natural light coming through. Some maintenance is required to the shower. A cold bottle of water would be very useful especially because tourists came after a long travel and temperature outside is very high.

• Alex Abbas (5/5): The apartment is good and clean, if you suffer from allergies, be careful, the humidity is very high - Everything was good in the apartment and its location is in the heart of Florence The humidity in the apartment is very high and you can hear the music in the nightclub until dawn

• David (10/5): - Excellent location. A street across from major landmarks and easily 5min walk to several others. 20min was from nearest tram which gets you to and from the airport. All level streets, no hills. Very convenient having a kitchen for small meals and snacks. No view but you should be out looking at the sites! Slightly too warm as we're used to colder climate. Air conditioning was available however it struggled to cool the rooms.
• Tammica (2/5): Great location but bad hosts, mould filled air conditioners causing terrible smell - Great location and good size The apartment had an awful smell coming from both air conditioners. I notified the manager and they couldn’t really care less and offered no solution. The smell was unbearable and very clearly from mould. Strong enough that all of our clothes smelt for the rest of the trip. It can not be healthy staying in apartment that reeks so badly. They also have the power set up so only the air conditioners shut off when you leave the apartment. This is ridiculous in the heat of summer. The apartment was incredibly unliveable due to this and the very obvious mould.

• Katharina (7/5): - Tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung. Tolle Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Die Wohnung hat kein Tageslicht, die Fenster gehen nur Richtung Schacht. Da wir meistens auf Erkundungstour waren, war dies nicht weiter schlimm. In der Wohnung roch es sehr schlecht, dies war sehr bedauerlich. Auch brachten wir den üblen Geruch nicht raus. Wir haben dies dem Unterkunftskontakt geschrieben, aber diesbezüglich leider keine Antwort/ keine Unterstützung bekommen.

• Trishala (6/5): Great location, cabbage smell in the apartment, communication from staff is very limited. - The property was spacious and at a very good location, all attractions were walking distance. The apartment has poor ventilation and therefore a very bad smell, the smell transferred to all my clothes too. The staff were friendly enough to charge 55 euro ‘city tax’ but would not answer their phone at arrival- the door takes some getting used to. I also needed to extent my trip because of a flight cancellation and no one responded.
• Amy (1/5): worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced - lots of space sewage smell pervades the whole place but the worst is the bedroom. loud music with fast beat played all night long until 6:30 am. Hot despite turning down thermostat. mosquitoes.

• Flora (8/5): It’s a nice big apartment with a great location. - The location was great, we walked everywhere and easy access to museums, cathedrals, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely recommend! The only thing that should be changed is the air conditioner. It turns off once you leave the apartment for the day. When you come back it takes a while to cool when it’s 38c outside.
