• Errol (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment enhancement of the city - Location 4 minutes from the Duomo, but within the apartment was calm and quiet. Washing macintosh snd cloths drying, spacious. Very well equiped for our four day stay. Not a negative comment but has two flights of stairs that you will find everywhere in the historic centres in Italy,

Con todos los detalles necesarios para una estancia ideal. La mejor ubicación pero un silencio total ya que esta orientado así un jardín interior. No duden. El lugar ideal para dos personas. Nada.

• Iacob (10/5): - Locație excepțională. Este o clădire veche,ca toate cele din Florența, si in zona sigura,avand in vedere ca este chiar langa tribunal. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar,inclusiv cu cafea din partea casei. Totul este curat,si patul odihnitor. In imediata apropiere se afla doua Carrefour express , terase si magazine. Și mai ales ,in capătul străzii la 200 m este Domul!

• Lynn (9/5): Small but perfect in a great location to enjoy Florence. - The location was perfect. I could see the Duomo as I looked down the street and a tram stop was only a couple of blocks away. It was small but had everything I could want including a delightful little balcony. It was very hot when I was there and the airconditioning worked perfectly so I was very comfortable. Walking up the stairs after a long day out - but it was good for me and I got used to it.

• Jennifer (9/5): Perfect location to explore Florence - The location was perfect for a stay in Florence. We were so close to everything we wanted to see, but it was still really peaceful. We were also able to escape the heat of the hot summer in the middle of the day. The host, Luca, was friendly and very accommodating. It was also great value for money. Room could use a kettle and some better pillows.
• Ourania (10/5): Next time I'm in Florence I will book this apartment again. - Our host Marco met us at the apartment. The instructions for entering the building where simple. We enjoyed the space and natural light in the apartment. The central heating was just enough to take the edge off the cooling nights. The proximity to the Doumo can be seen from the front door of the apartment. And is a photo opportunity! I highly recommend this apartment. I was unaware that there wasn't a lift and that we had to climb up to the second floor. Marco offered to help us which was appreciated. My husband chose to carry both our bags up and to be honest the walk down with the bags at the end of our stay was very easy for him. So it all depends on your fitness level.
• Heather (10/5): Perfectly located as a base for exploring Florence with a friendly host and comfortable stay. - Host was super friendly, informative, flexible and we met in person which was a nice change from so many text/lockbox type interactions, place was lovely and quiet despite being so close to so many major attractions for visitors - the Accademia was literally a block away and the Duomo was right down the street. Was able to do much needed laundry and the place had everything we needed - including nice big towels and air conditioning. Nothing the host can do about this but just be prepared for a very small bathroom for the toilet. Happily the shower is in it's own bathroom so that makes it easier for two people to use the space. Otherwise, no complaints, this is just an FYI.
• Tony (10/5): Gem in Florence - Luca was very friendly and accomodaing even when we arrived 5 hours late. The location couldn't be better, right between the Duomo and the statue of David. the room was clean and had everything and more that we needed. Would definitely go back. Nothing really.
• Ross (9/5): Nice space in great location - Great location with very welcoming host. Lovely, tidy and light airy space to spend time with good A/C. Everything there we needed for a memorable stay. Washing machine was a bonus. Separate toilet and bathroom was another bonus although the toilet space might be tight if you're a big person. Nothing of note.

• Hubbard (9/5): Centrally located, convenient ammenities, and adorable! - Luca was so friendly and helpful. He met us and showed us around the property and was available by text to answer any questions. The property is really cute. We used the kitchen and the washing machine (and clothes line on the balcony) several times. Both of these amenities made our stay very convenient. The bed is comfortable. There was a coffee pot and plenty of cleaning supplies, including laundry detergent, which I appreciated even though I had brought my own. You can see the Duomo as soon as you step out the front door--it's so close! Tons of great restaurants and cafes very close by. Something we have noticed in Italy in general is that the doorways are often narrow or low. In this particular spot, the kitchen doorway and one of the bathroom doorways are low and my husband (who is 6'1'') was constantly having to duck. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.

• Anonymous (9/5): Florence was very crowded and hot so it was great to be able to relax in this quiet space which was close to all main at - The apartment was spotlessly clean. The linen smelt lovely. There is pride taken in preparing for guests. The washing machine was a bonus.

• Becky (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence - This place surpassed my expectations. It is a beautifully decorated apartment with all needed amenities. The shower was more spacious than other places I stayed and there was a stove for cooking and a laundry machine. The apartment is located right down the road from both the Galleria Dell’Accademia (where the statue of David is) and the Florence cathedral. The host was great from a distance and quick to respond if I had any questions/concerns. I highly recommend this place. The apartment is located on a higher floor with some stairs to climb with luggage, but it is manageable. Also, as a solo traveler, I did feel somewhat vulnerable knowing I had the place to myself without the host or any other guests present to help in the event of an emergency; however, the host was available by phone which gave me peace of mind.
