- Tereza (9/5): Doporučuji! - Skvělá lokalita! Vybavení sice trochu starší, ale naprosto dostačující, hlavní památky blízko, v okolí dostatek kaváren a restaurací, dobrá dopravní dostupnost, dobrá domluva s vlastníky, vlastně vidím téměř samá pozitiva a můžu jen doporučit.

- James (8/5): Great location, but needs new washing machine. - Great location near the Colosseum with good restaurants and cafes. The washing machine is ‘cactus’. The drum doesn’t spin when more than a couple of items were loaded.

- Sandy (9/5): Loved the location as there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops within minutes of walking. - The location was excellent as we could walk everywhere! The bedroom was large and had lots of space for our suitcases and personal items. Lots of restaurants and coffee places in the area. We especially liked Divin Ostilia restaurant which had delicious pizza and pasta and was only a five minute walk.

- Ken (9/5): Fantastic central yet quiet location - We had an excellent experience in staying at Parvula Domus al Colloseo . Its location exceeded our expectations, as it was under a 10 minute walk to one of the grandest sites of Rome. Since the Colosseum is a must see for virtually every tourist visiting Rome, we got to experience it just a couple of blocks away, where others may have to travel over a half hour or more to see. A pleasant bonus was how quiet the apartment location is, and also how many nearby restaurants there are as well as a local supermarket for food and drink supplies. The host, Andreas, used whatsapp to communicate with us, and also remotely let us into the apartment during check-in. He also arranged for a private shuttle return back to the airport (at a nominal charge). The apartment was very clean, and nicely stocked with essential supplies. The queen size bed was adequate, but the mattress was a bit thin and perhaps could use an upgrade at some point in the future. The apartment building entrance is located directly off a quiet street, so no stairs to climb. The apartment is located on the third floor, but not to worry as there is an elevator in the building. Also, we cannot say enough about our visit to a small nearby restaurant, Divin Ostilia, only minutes down the road from the apartment, and a must visit if one finds the opportunity (reservations a must for dinner).

You can easily walk to all the sites - Gelateria and a supermarket close by - The apartment is in an old historic building - Reliable internet - Apartment is super clean - The host is super responsive and speaks good English The apartment is in an old historic building which has its negatives – the apartment is on a small side (but still comfortable for 2 people), has far from ideal noise isolation (next door neighbours have a dog), and the water was a bit wonky. However, none of these really presented an issue. And we had a great stay.
