• Dominique (8/5): Excellent séjour dans un appartement parfaitement adapté à mes besoins et conforme au descriptif . - L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Venise et permet de limiter le recours aux transports collectifs ( assez onéreux) puisque on peut visiter de nombreux édifices et quartiers à pied. De plus le logement est spacieux et très calme. l’appartement est situé au 3eme étage ( escalier raide) sans ascenseur : cette mention est bien précisée dans le descriptif mais les personnes à mobilité réduite auront de réelles difficultés à y accéder.

• Iddo (9/5): - דירה מהממת, עם מבטים על התעלת מים. אותנטית עם גג עץ ומקושטת יפה. מיקום מדהים. לא ערוך מספיק טוב לארבעה. אין כלום, אפילו לא חלב או עוגיות כמחווה
• Shamil (7/5): - Расположение хорошее. Удобно находится в 5-6 минутах от площади Сан-марко, но в закоулках трудновато найти первый раз - гугл карты не доводит прям до двери. Лестница не просто крутая, а супер крутая. Если у вас чемодан - этот объект не рекомендую. 57 ступеней под очень крутым наклоном. Если по состоянию здоровья трудно подниматься, то тоже не подходит. Отопление можно установить самому - поэтому тепло. Санузел большой. Но лейка на душе старая, струя слабая, стены уже несвежие, требуют косметического ремонта, местами с черными пятнами. Не заставлять гостей перед выездом мыть посуду самим и выносить мусор. В целом все понравилось, но менеджер Елена сказала что перед отъездом надо мыть посуду и выносить мусор. Хорошо что не заставили стирать постельное белье. Пол был чистый, но на некоторых поверхностях есть паутина и пыль. Много пыли на светильниках, на вытяжке в кухне и т.п.

Ubicado en el barrio de San Zaccaria, a 8 minutos de San Marcos, el apartamento está bien mantenido, pulcro, práctico, bien equipado, con una limpieza en las sábanas, toallas y baños, excepcional. Tanto Marco como Elena nos trataron con atención, respondiendo a nuestros mensajes y dudas en todo momento. Probablemente, habrá quién se queje de las escaleras. Bueno, es lo que comporta alojarse en un edificio histórico en una ciudad que preserva su patrimonio hasta sus últimas consecuencias. Aunque el precio a pagar sea la imposibilidad de instalar ascensores en todo el casco histórico de la ciudad. En cualquier caso, no se trata de una cuestión que dependa de los propietarios; sino de las exigentes (y a menudo onerosas) regulaciones municipales en cuanto a patrimonio. Además, el apartamento tiene unas excelentes vistas sobre la isla de San Giorgio Maggiopre. Si regreso, seguro que repetiré. ¡GRAZIE MILLE!

• Claire (5/5): - great location The apartment is not cleaned properly. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable The ad doesn't clearly explain that the mezzanine (visible in the pictures) is not accessible to guests. We had problems with the Wi-Fi, which turned off every night at 9:54 p.m. (we're not the first to report this problem...). After two days, the owner brought a 3G dongle for the third and final evening. Finally, we had to kill a large cockroach that was crawling around our room.... I would definitely not recommend....

• ClaraY (10/5): Genial - El anfitrión vino a la estación del barco a recogernos. Nos mandó enlaces importantes. Doble juego de llaves. Muy amplio y cómodo. La cama de matrimonio algo dura pero igualmente repetiría. Para quién necesite saberlo, la cama es alta y la bañera también. Hemos echado de menos una escoba. Aún así lo recomendaremos a amigos y familiares.

• Claire (9/5): We stayed here over our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! - Elena very helpful in contacting me prior to the stay to schedule a check in that worked with our travel plans and sent us detailed transportation options from the train station to the apartment. This property was a great location for getting around the city and boats to other islands, and the great views from all the windows. At the same time it was a very quiet location, and peaceful at night. Mosquitoes were quite aggressive during our stay especially in evening and at night. We always kept the windows closed after the first night but some must have stayed in or kept sneaking in somehow.

• Sue (5/5): Despite the comments, we enjoyed our stay in Venice. - The hostess was exceptional helping us arrive at the location and providing us with the keys and vital informaton about Venice. When we arrived at the location, we noticed that the refrigerator was leaking water in addition to the shower. The apartment could use a good cleaning throughout. The rooms were dusty and pull out covered with stains. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor with steep, narrow, slanted steps which make it difficult to carry luggage.

• Victoria (10/5): Beautiful apartment, stunning location, clean and well equipped. - Beautiful location. Absolutely perfect to explore the city from. Lovely old building. Really spacious with very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Lots of useful kitchen equipment. It was very clean too! Views from the bedroom and kitchen were lovely. Communication with the host was perfect and Fabio met us smoothly and showed us to the apartment providing us with lots of useful information, especially about the refuse system in Venice. It’s important as the city is spotless as a result. Nothing! If you have mobility issues, it would be inadvisable to book as there are lots and lots of steps. We didn’t mind the steps!

• Greg (8/5): We enjoyed our stay except for the climb up after a long day of walking and sightseeing but we were greatful for the Air - Location was very good to main Boardwalk and places to eat I think I counted 57 stairs up to our floor. No elevator. When you have a family and Luggage it was strenuous and difficult for my wife coming down. I should of asked about that because I would of not stayed there. Also why would you ever put the Wi-Fi Modem out beyond the front door? Unless you were on some share program with the neighbors. Not very reliable or good Internet service but then I have Fiber Optics at home. The Best!
• Patrick (7/5): very pleasant ! - The location of the apartament was great, walking distance to s.Marco square and the vaporetto boats. at night time it was quiet ! Elena,our host was very nice and responsive! The mattresses were very firm, the wi-fi was not the best.We counted 56 steps to the landing (no elevators) ,not ideal for people with walking problems.
