Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, zaopatrzone we wszystkie produkty potrzebne do krótkiego pobytu w mieście - m.in. żelazko, kosmetyki w łazience, wyposażenie kuchni. Wspaniała lokalizacja! • Bernhard (9/5): Tolle Wohnung im 2. Stock sehr nahe am Markusplatz - Top Lage, für venezianische Verhältnisse groß (Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum/Küche; der zweite Schlafraum ist klein). Check-In und Antworten auf Rückfragen sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Alles gut, man sollte nur wissen, dass die Wohnung im zweiten Stock ohne Lift liegt und das Stiegenhaus recht steil und hell ist. Man hört Kirchenglocken bis Mitternacht und ab 7 Uhr Früh, und auch wenn in der engen Gasse laut geredet bzw. gearbeitet wird. Generell aber ruhig.

• Elodie (9/5): Appartement à 2 pas de la place San Marco très bien équipé pour un séjour en famille - À 2 pas de la place San Marco, l'emplacement est idéal et le logement offre tout le confort pour passer des nuits agréables lors d'un séjour à Venise en famille ( deux chambres, wifi, une cuisine si besoin avec un grand frigo, un vrai espace salon,...). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte ( agence pro) mais les instructions pour trouver le logement étaient claires et précises et les réponses aux messages envoyés sont quasi immédiates ce qui est très appréciable. Rien à redire, tout était conforme à l'annonce. C'est un 2ème étage et l'escalier est assez raide, mais nous étions prévenus donc aucun problème pour nous.

• Dimitrijevic (10/5): The best location in Venezia - The location, BEST of the BEST, 1min to San Marco square, the location as we joked was located at designer's district😀 Gucci,Prada, Lanvin hello😄 The apartment was clean, comfortable and everything you need was there. Highly reccommended for this location. We re coming back here again. Thank you Marine Everything was great even more.

Apartament świetnie wyposażony (toster, piekarnik, naczynia, sztućce. pralka, ręczniki, kosmetyki do mycia). Jeżeli wrócę do Wenecji to tylko do tego mieszkania :) Jedyne co można poprawić to lampa lub lampka w drugiej sypialni (jest tylko górne oświetlenie, a nie ma kontaktu żeby przenieść lampę z drugiego pokoju), ale nie jest to wielki problem.

There was no kitchen paper towel roll available, and the air conditioning system was not set up ideally — even though there were two fans, the bedroom still felt a little warm at night. The garbage removal process, which involved taking it to the ferry away from the property, was a bit unusual.

Este la etajul 2 al imobilului și scările sunt provocatoare. Cred că pentru vârstnici nu este bine. In plus gonoiul trebuie să-l duci la barca de gunoi, dar poate așa este cultural în Veneția.

• Olga (6/5): Our stay was pleasant overall, with the property manager being especially kind—she personally met us and showed us to th - We stayed at this property recently with my family of four and, while the location was convenient and the space was clean, I had a few concerns that impacted my overall experience. The bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the apartment cool during the hot weather. It struggled to bring the temperature down, especially during the day and early evening. With a more comfortable mattress and an upgraded AC system, this place could be much more enjoyable. Hopefully these issues are addressed for future guests. There were two major issues that made our stay less comfortable. First, the air conditioning was not sufficient for the hot weather. The unit struggled to cool the apartment, especially during the warmer parts of the day, which made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. Second, the bed was not very comfortable—it felt worn and lacked proper support, which affected my sleep quality throughout the stay.
• Kira (9/5): Quiet apartment in the heart of Venice with easy access from the San Marco Ferry station - The location of this property to the ferry at San Marco (5 min walk to this apartment from the ferry) in addition to the Piazza San Marco, Doge Palace, and all the high end designer shops was the most impressive part of this apartment. The quiet street that it was on was also a bonus to escape the massive amounts of tourists on the other side of the alleyway. We loved being able to step outside the apartment and go a few steps to see a canal and then a few steps in the opposite direction to see lots of places to eat and shop. We loved the views from the apartment as it reminded us that we were in a residential area, but still so close to everything that involves tourists. The beds were comfortable and it was small, but we were mostly out in the city, so it worked well for our family of 4. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful via the Booking.com and WhatsApp platforms - they sent us pictures of the apartment, so that we could find it - I will say that it is down an alley (which might be easy to miss) and you come to a quiet street, but this is one of the reasons we loved it so much. For our stay, the air conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat wave, but the host provided a small refund since the A/C was a selling point for us. They assured us that it would be fixed for the next guests and we appreciated their honesty in making sure that we were satisfied with our stay. Overall, I would recommend this apartment - if you do end up with a hot apartment, opening the windows at night was a huge relief and made for interesting sounds of seagulls to wake up to in the morning. The only other thing that surprised us was taking the trash to the trash barge - that is an adventure, so be prepared. It is a walk up without an elevator, but the stairs are wide and we just took our time getting up to the apartment.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and top floor was hotter than heck. Told try to get fixed but we figured that wasn’t going to happen. Also told they knew it wasn’t working right before we came, should have been checked before we arrived. Plugs near bed didn’t work, toilet seat cracked, door lock was wonky.

Some confusion over the address as 2 different addresses were provided (1 at time of booking and 1 close to arrival time - the latter showing as a different location in Venice when Maps was searched). Stick to the booking address when you search Maps.

• Lindsay (7/5): This is on a second floor with no lift so be aware of that. - The position was really good by St Marks Square. There were plenty of other pillows, towels, blankets etc available in the cupboards. There was a washing machine, clothes airer and iron. There was a kettle. There was air con which was ok but not the most effective, especially as one unit did two bedrooms, the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge and kitchen area were nicely decorated in a very Venician way. It was on the 2nd floor which was hard in the extreme heat with heavy cases. Less able people would really struggle. The kitchen cupboards and wardrobe in main bedroom were really really old and falling apart, literally. The second bedroom had no storage. Air con could have been better. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Some electrical contacts did not work. There is just 1 small A/C for the whole apartment and it is not enough to cool in warm days. Bed mattresse not comfy, and only one pillow.

There is Air Conditioning that supplies only the small lobby, it does not reach the rooms. Very narrow rooms and bathroom.... The worst thing was that on the day of my stay there was a fire in the restaurant below, they never warned us or took care of it. We lost electricity, Internet and others. Marine was very helpful, but depended on other people to solve problems.
• Holly (9/5): Superb central location provides comfortable, spacious value. - The location of this flat is superb. It’s so close to the center but off the beaten path so it’s not noisy. The communication with the host is great and there is plenty of room to spread out in. The beds are comfortable - even the individual singles in the second bedroom - and we really appreciated having access to an iron. And the AC worked perfectly. It is good value for what you pay. Note: make sure you download the instructions before you arrive at the door as we sat outside for ten minutes waiting because I could not get a signal between the buildings. The host had sent everything but I just neglected to read the very simple instructions! Small complaints: some of the sockets near the main bed did not work, the wardrobe space to hang up clothes was … inaccessible; And no real mugs for coffee or tea. These would not change my complete willingness to stay again!

Wish baggage storage was onsite rather than at a separate arduous location. Bathtub needs gripper surface - nearly fell twice. Second bedroom was extremely small and cramped.

The apartment was perfectly located, close to everything. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The only slight drawback was the stairs to access the place.

• Xunu (6/5): Beautiful place, many luxury shops but very expensive and crowded by tourists. - The location is great. No lift in the building, no electric kettle , had to boil the water . Compared to our stay in Rome and Florence, the hosts provided some snacks for free, while in Bocca di Piazza, nothing except for some salt, interestingly, we were offered to buy their home made olive oil. I reckon they should give us some to taste. The living room is dark as no proper lights.

• Nicole (7/5): Handy location close to St Marks Square. - Location was very handy. Very close to St Marks Square (2 mins walk). Lots of shops and restaurants all around. Supermarket is a short 2 min walk. Apartment was nice and quiet and airconditioned. Good for 2 Adults and 2 kids. If you don't do stairs then this is not the place for you. Stairs are very steep and there are 3 fights of steep stairs to climb with no lift. There was a washing machine but no dryer. There is a drying stand. There was NO washing powder so we had to buy our own from the supermarket. A little annoying when your only staying a few nights. Would have been good if that was supplied. Wifi was terrible.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is perfectly located, close to San Marco Piazza. The building's entrance is not so friendly because it is not renovated. The second room is very tiny, the beds are not so comfortable. It is more suitable for a family with children than for 4 adults.
