• Savino (8/5): La nostra prima volta a Firenze come famiglia...esperienza meravigliosa - La posizione è decisamente il punto di forza dell'alloggio. La proprietaria è una persona affabile e molto disponibile. Il nostro unico appunto è sulle dimensioni della seconda camera, un pò...giuste. Lì si trovava anche il piano cottura, chiuso in una sorta di armadio ed il tavolo dove poter fare colazione, un pò troppo ridotto per noi che siamo 3 adulti pienamente sviluppati. Abbiamo, difatti, preferito fare colazione fuori. Un'occasione per esplorare la zona dove si trovano molti bar che offrono colazioni dolci e salate. Di sera c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta su dove poter fare aperitivo oppure cenare, l'area è ricca di localini per ogni gusto e tasca. L'ospitalità garantita a noi e al nostro cagnolino è stata impareggiabile. Magari migliorare un pò l'angolo cottura e dotare l'appartamento di qualche snack e/o bevanda calda o fresca potrebbe rendere il soggiorno dei futuri ospiti ancor più piacevole.

• LOREDANA GRAZIA (6/5): Ottima posizione ma poco pulito. - La posizione. Camera purtroppo piena di polvere sui mobili e sotto il letto. Imbottitura cuscini e coperte da lavare in quanto erano gialline. Ovviamente c'erano i copri cuscini di sopra. Mi dispiace perché la signora Veronica è stata abbastanza gentile nell' accoglierci ma le critiche sono per migliorarsi.

• Szymon (8/5): - Przyjemne mieszkanie w tej bardziej włoskiej części Florencji jaką jest Oltarno, czuć było ze nie jest to część miasta skrojona dla zagranicznego dla turysty co dla nas jest dużym plusem. Jednocześnie do turystycznych atrakcji jest naprawdę blisko. Dla osób o lekkim śnie przestroga, z racji że to dość wąska i żywa ulica jest dosyć głośno zarówno wieczorem jak i rano

• Ursula (7/5): - La posizione è ottima (anche se sconsiglio di arrivare in macchina, ma non per l'alloggio, ma proprio per il fatto di girare in centro a Firenze con una macchina) e l'appartamento carino e completo di tutto il necessario. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile! Unica nota negativa il rumore della caldaia. Avevamo l'appartamento con 2 stanze, una con il letto matrimoniale dove si stava bene e una con la parte di cucina e letto aggiuntivo. In quella parte, quella della cucina, il rumore della caldaia (credo fosse la caldaia) era disturbante (nell'altra stanza invece, chiudendo la porta che separava le due stanze, quasi non si sentiva)

• Lu (9/5): Full equipped appartment from lively Santo Spirito! - The apartment has everything you need! The shower is really comfortable! The location is wonderful, with many good bars and restaurants surrounding. Vero is a wonderful person, taking good care of her tenant and enthusiastic about the local culture. She knows a lot and will give you many top tips about food and wine etc. for noise-sensitive persons need to be careful. It's a lively neighborhood, there will be some noise on weekend from the street corner not far. But if you enjoy the lively vibe, it won't be any problem.

• Adelina (8/5): - Horário do check out às 10 horas. Nos outros apartamentos alugados na Itália o check out foi às 11 horas. Meu trem partia às 12:30 e a anfitriã disse que as 10 horas em ponto eu tinha que está fora do apartamento porque vinha uma pessoa da limpeza. Saí às 10 horas como pedido e fiquei no hall terminando de me arrumar até umas 10:20 h e não vi nenhuma pessoa da limpeza chegando. Ainda foi pedido para tirar o lixo no último dia. Não vi muito sentido já que a pessoa da limpeza estaria chegando e nós já estávamos super apressados para entregar o apartamento.

• Raúl (8/5): Buen sitio. Buena ubicación. - Habitación cómoda y correcta. Un acierto el mueble-cocina para hacer desayunos o algo para cenar. Buena ubicación para ir andando a todos los sitios. El aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente. Baño muy limpio y completo. Cama amplia y comoda. Alguna noche se escuchaban ruidos de la calle, pero eso no es culpa del anfitrión. Para mí gusto sobra algún que otro mueble que ocupan espacio y no aportan nada. Quizás así no sea tan auténtico pero sería más funcional.

• Ruth (10/5): Städteurlaub - Das Apartment hat eine ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage und liegt aber selbst in einer kleinen hübschen Straße. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt, die Betten sind gut und das Badezimmer komfortabel. Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind leicht zu erreichen. Alles war gut.

• Canran Yang (8/5): - Excellent communication - Landlady explained everything in advance, we found the best gelato per her suggestion! Smooth check in - We arrived there without any issue and had a smooth check in per instruction. Great location - It has walkable distance to everywhere but away from tourists. The noise from street can be clearly heard, and the AC is noisy and connected to the window. To keep the air fresh, we had to either keep the window open or shut them with the AC on, but both options are noisy. Kettle is not clean - It was oily inside and we had to clean it for several times. The small bed is squeaky, and the pillow & mattress are not very comfortable.

• Chantal (7/5): Fine for a short stay - Location is fantastic, easy to get everywhere on foot, including to the central train station. Main bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean. While the apartment Is located on a relatively quiet street, the sound isolation from the outside is terrible. You can hear every noise from the street and we found it to be very disruptive. We all had a very hard time sleeping. The host asked us to take out our own trash on the day of leaving. I don't think guests should be asked to do this.

We didn't cook there, but the kitchen was well equipped. It's also in a very nice district, close to great wineries and restaurants. Thank you for this amazing place! It's a bit noisy, but that's to be expected in this part of Florence :) So not a disadvantage, we slept well. But if you're a really sensitive sleeper, maybe choose a different part of the town.

Good size No tea or coffee making facilities or consumables provided. Enough shampoo and soap for just one night. Should not have to be asked to put out rubbish in local suburb bin. Bed was very hard

GPS took me in circles but once there it was convenient to everything A/C was a window unit and hose to outside did not stay in window making the unit unusable. This unit served the kitchen area and so both bedrooms were warm during the night.
