• Sikó (9/5): - It is close to everything, shops and caffeterias near. Clean, safe, nice. I liked the apartmant, the building, the Duomo is just a short walk away. I missed the paper towels or tea towels in the kitchen and there were a lot of mosquitos, there was no mosquito nets on the windows.

• Quim Miserachs (10/5): Molt recomenable! - Instruccions fàcils, precises i perfectes. Molt ben situat, a 5 min caminant del Duomo. Barri tranquil i segur. Net, polit, pràctic, amb tot lo necessari i imprescindibe. Comfortable i bona calefacció. Un detall: avisar que el timbre de sortida perque s'obri la porta del carrer, és un petit interruptor sota la finestra del porter. Moltes gràcies, ha estat una bona estada!
• Gioia (8/5): - l’appartamento è spazioso e moderno, accogliente e confortevole. era tutto pulito ! la zona è tranquilla la posizione non è la più centrale, ma c’è una fermata della metro a 8 min a piedi che facilita il tutto e in 3 fermate si è in Duomo

• Katarína (8/5): Výborná a ticha lokalita blízko Duomo - Výborná pešia dostupnost do centra, 6 minút chôdze od Duomo katedrály Jedine mínus bol rezervačný poplatok vo vyske 350eur, ktorý sme museli zaplatiť po rezervácii a zaplatení ubytovania cez Booking.com. Poplatok nám síce vrátili spat, ale je to obmedzujúce pre niekoho, kto nemá väčší obnos peňazí na úcte. Dozviete sa o tom totiž až po vykonaní rezervácie.

• Fatih Hepokur (5/5): - Çamaşır makinesi olması Bugüne kadar çok seyehat yaptım. Booking üzerinden onlarca otel rezervasyonu yaptım. Rezervasyonlarımın yarısı ev tarzıdır ancak hiç bir yerden depozitom kesilmemişti. Evde zaten 4 parça eşya var. Fazla şehir gezdim ve gezemeyede devam edeceğim için sırf çamaşır makinesi var diye tuttum. Booking çıkışının olduğu gün depozito iade edilir diyordu. 350 euro depozito aldılar. 2 gün konaklamamın nerdeyse 2 katı fiyatı kesildi kredi kartımdan. Depozito otelden ayrıldıktan sonra 4 gün sonra hesabıma geçti ve 30 euro ya yakın eksik yattı. Duş jeli ve şampuan yoktu, terlik yoktu. Yazışmalarıma anlamsız cevaplar verdiler. Bana ertesi gün depozito yatar dediler yatmadı sonra bana 7 ile 10 gün arası yatacak dediler. Hep tutarsız şeyler yazarak geçiştirdiler.. Bu yüzden düşük puan verdim. Aynı fiyata Doumaya çok daha yakın ve iyi fiyatlara farklı yerde konaklanabilir.

• Ligia (6/5): Falta de claridad en la reserva: Fianza oculta y plaga de mosquitos. No lo recomiendo. - La ubicación fue buena.. El área de la cocina y recibidor amplios. Para entrar al departamento, nos solicitaron una fianza de 350 Euros, al momento de la reserva esto no estaba explícito y me parece que es algo muy importante que considerar para tomar la decisión de reservar o no. El rembolso se hizo dias después de dejar el departamento. Lo cual tambien me parece indebido. Había muchísimos mosquitos dentro de la habitación, a pesar de no haber abierto nunca las ventanas. Esta situación nos impidió descansar las 5 noches que estuvimos ahi, pues nos picaban todo el tiempo. Anexo fotos. Deben contar con algun sistema de control de mosquitos como lámparas antimosquitos, citronela, etc.
• Georgiana (3/5): Je ne recommande pas - Hi, L'appartement est au centre-ville, comme indiqué sur booking - donc pas de surprises par rapport à ca. Je trouve nécessaire de rajouter dans l'annonce booking quelques aspects : - pour le check-in une caution de 300eur est demandé - sans payer la caution, vous aller pas valider le check-in donc vous pouvez pas accéder à votre logement - le système de check-in demandé est plus ample que le check-in de l'aéroport international : dont photos de vos pièces de identité face et verso (pour chaque personne, pas uniquement la personne qui a fait la reservation), manuellement remplir un formulaire de 20min/personne.... personnellement on a trouvé ca bcp trop lourd et à l'entrée de l'immeuble on a retrouvé d'autres touristes dans le même état d'esprit que nous pour les même raisons - propreté : on.a retrouvé un cafard dans la chambre, la salle de bain plein de moisissure, les murs sales aussi.... même si c'était évident qu'une femme de ménage était passé (probablement une rénovation était nécessaire) - je n'ai pas apprécié le key holder/réception : quand j'ai dit qu'il y a un cafard dans la chambre, il m'a tout simplement dit de le jeter par la fenêtre... vraiment 0 intérêt par rapport à la situation - check-out difficile aussi: il faut envoyer un video pour montrer l'appartement, pour récupérer la caution que vous avez payé - à 3h du matin, franchement c'est pas ce qu'on a envies de faire quand même. Il faut être à 2, car il faut déposer les clés sur la table dans l'appartement, mais les portes de l'immeuble en bas ne s'ouvrent que avec les clés... donc il faut une personne pour rester en bas, sinon vous êtes enfermé dans la cour intérieure.

• Sara (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Heart of the City - The gentleman at the reception was incredibly kind and approachable. The apartment was clean and had everything a person might need. The location is amazing, literally 5 minutes away from the Duomo!
• Valentini (6/5): Disappointed - location and neighborhood nice building cleanness close to san babila underground bed and cushions very uncomfortable quilt without cover **** UNACCEPTABLE asking from the host to clean the bin baskets and take them out from the apartment to the recycle bins of the building. same for put all the kitchen accessories in the wash machine before departure. shampoo and body shower were missing they had dry soap to use as shampoo. Mop and brush not available in the apartment asked 350 eur deposit before stay
• Ana (8/5): Very good - I loved the apartment, the location was perfect for me, the only problem was the lack of towels in the first few days, which made us very uncomfortable, but it was resolved later and the experience became more satisfactory. So I would definitely stay there again.

• Marina (4/5): A loot of stress for this price - Location, furniture - basically there is no staff, noone helps you at the venue - was living at the 5th floor and there were no stairs in case of the fire - it was hard to find the entrance and self-checkin - you cannot leave the suitcase at the hotel for a few hours when you checkout - there is a gas oven with gas kettle, when I arrived the gas was on - you actually take out the trash and clean the dishes when you leave, because it is in the contract. But you do pay 65 EUR for the cleaning - you annoyingly pay 350 EUR as a deposit and it is transfered back in a week - no microwave, only the oven

• Άννα (7/5): Good - Located about 10 minutes walk from Duomo. Clean and cozy. There were no coffee equipment as mentioned. Stuff tried to enter the room at 10.14 even though my check out was at 10.30 and they had the audacity to send me an extra message informing me I had to leave the room which i would have done either way. Also the check in was supposed to be at 15.00 and about 15 minutes prior they informed me that the last guest had left the room in a mess so my check in would be delayed. It is really sad that I had the understanding on my arrival but they had to be so rude at my departure. I have everything in message proof. Also about one month after my stay I still have not been reimbursed the deposit for guaranty (3 nights/350€) which they informed me would be in my account about 14 business days after my check out which was on the 26/04. After contacting my bank they informed me that the accommodation had not processed any release of the amount so I have to wait for it to be made manually by my bank. In sum, the room was really nice, but the customer service was pretty disrespectful.
• Roxanne (8/5): Clean and great location - Great location within a five minutes’ walk to the Milan Cathedral, and the Galleria. The apartment was very clean and spacious for two people, and there was an elevator, which was helpful.
• Lucy (8/5): Central and clean - Great location- a short walk to the Duomo. Very clean and accessible. Staff were great and helpful. Nice and quiet and felt safe. Facilties- only one pillow per person. Got there late at night so no shops open and there was no basics like coffee or sugar.
