També valoro positivament la quantitat de tovalloles que hi havia disponibles. El check out havia de ser aviat.

• Sophie (10/5): Lovely apartment in a gorgeous location and great host! - The apartment is lovely and in a lovely area of Venice, which is a little less busy as it is not too central - something we liked. Giovanni was a great host and kept in touch with us regularly prior to our arrival. He met us at the valporetto stop and walked us to the apartment also sending lots of information and recommendations about the area and showing us around the apartment. The apartment was a great size for 3-4 people with two spacious bedrooms, a sitting area and kitchen/dining room. It was well looked after and very clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Nothing, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we returned to Venice!
• David (10/5): Perfect location for a quiter stay. Appartment is amazing with amazing views! - Property is in a quieter more residential area of Venice. After coming from down town Rome, this was a welcome relief! It means a bit more walking, but this also suited us. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The host is awesome and met us at the dock near the accommodation and even carried one of our bags! He explains everything really well and was always only a text away if required. The view from the kitchen and living room windows were lovely (see pictures). Especially given the price! In fact there was really nothing i didn’t like about this accommodation. Stairs were tricky with suitcases but that’s venice!! Oh and the washing machine tried to escape on spin cycle :-)
• Degiorgio (10/5): Perfect Dream Holiday - The appartment is very central with a supermarket round the corner which made it very practical and perfect as a location. The view was Gorgeous and we enjoyed every moment we spent in the appartment. The beds where VERY comfortable and everything was extra clean. Our Host was lovely and came to meet us near the Tragetto Stop as soon as we arrived. We will definatly rent out the same appartment if we return to Venice as we have only positive things to say. There is a park 5 minutes away as well as a kids play area! The appartment is a couple roads away from one of Venice's Main Roads -Via Garibaldi which is packed with great restaurants and bars for Aperittives. We liked everything!

Le logement a une situation calme mais proche de commerces et restaurants. Tous les conseils que nous avons reçu très utiles. Super gentils 1)C'était froid et le chauffage n'a pas fonctionné. 2)Que je dois m'occuper de la poubelle, avec un séjour de deux nuits penser à quel jour quel poubelle descendre ce n'est pas agréable en tout cas pour moi.

• Stefanie (9/5): Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, perfekt gelegen. - Der super nette Vermieter Giovanni hatte uns vom Vaporetto abgeholt, zur Wohnung gebracht und viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Alles war so pieksauber und die Umgebung der Wohnung eine Oase der Ruhe mit wenig Touristen und vielen Einheimischen. Wir fühlten uns so richtig wohl. Ganz in der Nähe kann man alles einkaufen und die Preise der Restaurants sind wirklich bezahlbar. Der einzige klitzekleine Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Nachbarn in diesem Haus lange Fernsehen, was durch die dünnen Wände hörbar ist. Aber auch das ist mit Ohrenstöpsel schnell zu beheben.

• Scott (10/5): Wow what a place to stay. A family of 4 adults and plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to 2 Vaporett - The property was in Castello area. Nice and quiet and very easy access to 2 vaporetto stops on the 5.1/5.2 line. The supermarket is next door. Facilities in the apartment were excellent and clean. The host was amazing. Nothing I liked it all. Only improvement would be to have a fan or air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom.

Cumple sus funciones El anfitrión muy amable nos recogió en la estación del Vaporeto y nos ayudó con las maletas. Queda muy lejos de todo lo turístico y en Venecia hay q caminar para llegar a todas partes o tomar el Vaporeto siempre y termina saliendo costoso movilizarse. Además el día de llegada y el de salida con maletas es incómodo caminar tanto. Los vasos no estaban bien lavados.

• Coker (10/5): Giovanni was so helpful, location was great, apartment spotless, great location. - Giovanni met us at the dock where our shuttle bus from the airport dropped us off, and walked us to the apartment (taking a couple of suitcases from us!), all the while imparting information about Venice and the apartment. The smallest of issues was the pillows - but that's because I'm fussy. I generally like a fuller pillow.

• Kunal (10/5): Great location - spacious apartment - Location was great - a very quite neighborhood but still very close to all key locations in Venice. Loved the convenience of a great grocery store (Prix) close to the apartment and it was very good quality at reasonable prices. A lot of eating places close by too. Apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 - we loved the fact we could come back to the apartment mid-day (Venice was very hot) to rest before heading back out. While this is not a negative - I am just puzzled at the additional cost for check in after 6 PM. This is the reason hotels are way more convenient at times. I understand this cost is mentioned in the description and the hosts clarified this before but I just don't think it is right on principle. The apartment is fairly expensive and to tag on extra costs just didn't feel right

• Ranjay (8/5): A beautiful base for a beautiful city. - Amazing location, loved the area; very quite and beautiful but close enough to shops and restuarants. Its a small thing but the lighting in the apartment would be better and more homely if it were soft white rather than bright white.
• Sona (8/5): Very good - Communication with the host was great, she provided us with all necessary information, shared tips on what to visit and recommended some nice restaurants and bars. The apartment was nice, clean and we had all we needed during our stay.
• David (9/5): Easter hols in Venice - Hosts were great via WhatsApp and then in person. Met us at the Vaporetto stop to take us to the apartment. Quiet safe location just a few mins walk from via Garibaldi with lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Great view from the kitchen and main bedroom. Perfect for a family of 4. 30 seconds walk from a cheap local mini supermarket. Quite far from the main sights, but that did mean lots of walking around lovely Venice.

• Simon (9/5): Great apartment. Quiet residential area - Well appointed apartment with everything you would need. Ideal for a small group. A little out of the central tourist area but still very accessible and for us the location was a positive. The place was nice and warm for our stay during the winter. Lovely view from the kitchen and master bedroom Nothing really. The only minor thing to consider would be that if you are 4 and planning to use the lounge area a lot it might not be the most comfortable as its a narrow room with seating more suitable for 3.

• Anthony (10/5): Perfect first stay in Venice. - The communication between hosts and us was fantastic. We were met off the boat, shown to the accommodation and given a tour of it. We were given recommendations of places to eat. The accommodation is great, very comfortable. The view out to the canal is beautiful. We really enjoyed the area, perfect for eating out, bars, transportation and walking. Highly recommend There is absolutely nothing to not like.

The home was beautifully updated and in a great location not too far of a walk. They offered recommendations on where to eat and where available for any questions.

Great - Our host was excellent, our plane was delayed so we arrived later then planned he met us at the boat stop and walked us to the apartment pointing out good places to eat. He messaged the next day to check everything was ok and messaged at the end of our stay to wish us safe journey. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

The owner was very helpful and walked us from our ferry boat to the apartment, carried up my heavy bag up the stairs for me, and sent us lots of recommendations for restaurants. The view was great. The master bed was very comfortable, and getting to wash our clothes after being on a 7 day cruise was so nice. There was no ac in the spare bedroom, and the pull-out loveseat was only a twin. We aren't used to the heat, so without air conditioning, it made it difficult to sleep for 1 of our party.
• Will (10/5): Beautiful area, great apartment , would highly recommend - The property was light, airy, clean, and the facilities perfect for us.. a family of 4 travelling with one teen and a 20 year old. The air conditioning was very welcome as was the washing machine which we did only use once as it was really noisy, but hanging out washing over the canal was a novelty! The chimes of the local church just across the way seen from the kitchen window were just fantastic . The very busy Venice streets were just a 20 min stroll away and we found the apartment lovely and quiet ( and cool)after a busy day! The host was fantastic . Met us at the jetty just below the apartment and showed us the nearest supermarket and gave us some great recommendations which we did take up for evening meals. Would definitely stay there again! I can’t think of any negatives

The ferry transport was close. There was a small little town section and great coffee place near by. The property was very clean and comfortable and you could see a canal out your window. We liked everything about it. So no comment in this section.

• Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful 2 bedroom apt in quiet neighborhood - Quiet neighborhood. 6 minute walk from grocery store, restaurants, water taxi. Handheld bidet in bathroom. It took a while for the two ac units to cool the property. The shower stall is small. Narrow small stairs to get to apt.

The apartment is really neat, clean and comfortable. It had all the required comforts and so much more! Rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The views were beautiful and made our visit really special. We felt at home right away and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in Venice! Not related to the apartment itself, but we could hear the one neighbour walking around in their apartment until quite late at night. Not a problem when you're out and about, but it would be noticeable if you are a light sleeper.
