• Debra (9/5): A very nice stay and center location. - The location was great access for.the trains The apartment was really cute and had a full kitchen and a washing machine The central AC was nice too. The hot water runs out pretty quick, thats about it.

Было удобно добраться из аэропорта (Терминал 1) до центрального вокзала на автобусе-шаттле. Антонио был любезен и гостеприимен, всегда на связи и когда у меня возникла небольшая проблема (не могла разобраться со светом) даже приехал через 5 минут вечером лично и помог решить вопрос за миеуту, за что отдельное спасибо.🙏 В апартаментах чистота и порядок, все самое необходимое: кондиционер, фен, бойлер, рольставни, удобный матрас, небольшой хололильник, стиральная машина, капсулы, ТВ со множеством каналов, даже резиновые тапочки)) Было очень удобно и безопасно рано утром, за 10 минут, дойти с двумя чемоданами пешком до Milano Centrale. Антонио, большое спасибо за Вашу доброту и гостеприимство!🌹 Все отлично!:)

Apartment equipment exceed expectations, you get everything you need. Host is and available 24/7 and is beyond helpful! Nothing really, but if I have to come up with something... Boiler could've been a bit bigger, it allow for 2 people to shower, but quickly.. to be fair you get a notice in the bathroom to save water :)

The apartment is big enough for 3 persons 2 in the bedroom and 1 on the sofa in the open kitchen Disturbing NOISE from above apartment which we found that is also another airbnb apartment. The noise is die to the fat that the ceiling (concrete slab) is not insulated (noise protection) A little bit cold and difficult to reach the optimal temperature in the room. Difference from the kitchen (sofa) to bedroom of about 3 degrees. When sleeping is quite unpleasant.

• Elizabeth (9/5): A very comfortable apartment, close to the station. We would definitely stay here again. - Antonio was a fabulous host. He communicated welm and made sure we were comfortable at the apartment. The apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the the main train station and a short walk to the metro line. It was very comfortable and was great to have a washing machine and coffee machiine. We found lots of lovely coffee shops and bakeries. There was a tiny local restaurant on the corner that we went to twice as the food was great and very cheap. We would definitely stay here again.

Условия заселения предполагают дополнительную, электронную регистрацию проживающих на отдельном ресурсе (после чего предоставляется электронный код доступа в апартаменты), о чем Букинг не предупреждает при бронировании. Для нас это было не удобно ( в отличие от проживания в Риме, Флоренции и Венеции). При регистрации сразу же взымается городской налог, при этом код доступа высылается за семь дней до даты заселения. Платформа электронной регистрации очень неудобная и капризная и занимает никак не 5 минут, как это позиционируется. Хозяин на связи, но общение с ним не вызвало удовольствия, поскольку не было достаточно вежливым с его стороны и было даже высокомерным. Так, в апартаментах куча инструкций, однако нет информации о wi-fi (ее желательно оставлять в номере, а не отправлять отдельным сообщением при подтверждении бронирования, задолго до заселения. Имеется некомплект посуды (например, была лишь одна чайная ложка). В остальном апартаменты удобные, однако район расположения не вызывает ощущения благополучного. неудобный ресурс для регистрации (получения кода доступа), общение с хозяином

• David (8/5): Praktische Option für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Zentralbahnhofs - Grosszügiges Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, nahe beim Bahnhof, Google Maps Hinweise vom Anbieter. Die Kommunikation des Anbieters war super. In der Nacht war es recht lärmig, weil beim nahegelegenen Bahnhof Gleisarbeiten ausgeführt wurden. Das Appartement ist schön, aber das Gebäude in dem es sich befindet, ist eher etwas heruntergekommen.

It was in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the main train station and there were some good restaurants and wine store nearby. A/C control was lacking. Hot in the Apartment and if you opened the windows there was heavy cigarette smoke from the street and train noise. One night the people upstairs were moving furniture at 11pm

• Rob (10/5): A very convenient and comfortable stay, close to Milano Centrale. - The apartment is modern and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, which is important. It is very conveniently located to the central railway station, which was important to us as we had an early start on departure. Always make sure you get a response to any questions. We asked for an early check in and looking back, that was never answered, one way or the other, resulting in an embarrassing wait for access. We were not provided with any towels for the kitchen, which was a bit of a nuisance.

• mackenzie (9/5): - The building looks old and it's a hassle to get up to the unit as the elevator was small and the doors to the elevator was actually a swing door, we had 2 large luggage. But the unit is well kept, clean and cozy. The toilet came with a water hose, which we appreciated! The host was really helpful. He provided step by step guide on how to get to the unit. Not forgetting, he also prepared a list of restaurant. Thank you for having us, we really enjoyed our time in Milan, and if we ever coming back, we are sure to look for you again

The radio player made our mornings even more pleasant :) The owner was of great help, very responsive and was super flexible to meet some of our needs-earlier check-in and extra pair of towels. The flat is at the top location and we would like to thank Antonio for all the recommendations when it comes to nearby bars, restaurants etc. :) if we come back to Milan, we would definately choose this apartment again! I read about a lot of concerns about the central station area, but believe me, it is nowhere close to some od the European central stations that are truly dangerous and “shady”… Milan central station area is far from dangerous-normal, always vivid neighbourhood, which will offer you great convenience. All was good :)
• Jinhwan (10/5): Big luxury rooms with full equipments - super close location to central station (3 min). rooms and bed are pretty big enough for 2-3 people. all funitures and facilities are brand new state. there are almost all of equipments and tools are ready to use for any type of travellers. there was little noisy upstairs as there would be some boy kids playing until late evening.

• Reza (8/5): Noce apartment with 5 min walk to Milan center station. - The host was super nice, with complete instructions about apartment and neighborhood. Check in/out was super easy. He let us check in half an hours sooner. Noise of an apartment above from 5:30am even in Sunday morning. Wifi speed was very low. I ran a speed test several times ,13.5 mbps /11mbps with ping time 100ms which is not acceptable at all was the best result. Be aware that the apartment is very close to Milan central station and obviously you should expect some noise from around.

The location was perfect—right next to the central station, with supermarkets and bus lines nearby, so it was easy to get to any attraction. The host was very nice and friendly, and the apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including a big fridge, pots, pans, and utensils. The whole apartment was clean, warm, and cozy, with heaters in every room and a fantastic shower. We felt right at home here and highly recommend it. If you stay here, you’ll be as happy as we were!

• Yu-chung (9/5): Lovely cosy apartment - The apartment is close to Milan train station - 5 mins walk. It is also convenient to go to city centre by Metro. Antonio was deliverying all necessary message prior check-in , including registration for door codes. Most of the facility was in a good condition. The lights in the room was amazing. The view of train station was great. The shower room and vanity was a bit small for 2x people. Floor will be wet after shower. But nothing causes us drama. If you don't like the sound of train, it maybe not a good choice for you.

Comfortable accommodations. - Antonio's place was extremely convenient for our travel plans, located an easy, less than 10 minute walk from the Milan Central train station, which suited our travel plans very well. From there, trains and metro were easy to access. Multiple steps are required to access the apartment but Antonio's helpful steps and illustrations were easy to follow. Antonio also had helpful recommended restaurants, grocery stores, etc., which we utilized and found to be spot-on. He was very easy to contact and quick to respond. The bed was comfortable.

• Ipek (10/5): Exceptional - For someone who wishes to stay close to the Central Station, this flat is excellent. One can take a safe and lovely walk from the flat to Duomo and see the north-south axe of the city in an hour or so, although it has access to two train stops in the neighbourhood. The flat has all the necessary equipment, a comfortable bedroom and a separate living room. It is a spacious and quiet place. The entry to the main building and the flat is easy. The instructions provided by the host is very helpful.

Very close to the Central Train Station.Supermarkets nearby. The microwave was impossible to work out how to use even when we found the user manual online.

Location was good for being close to Milan Central, however later at night there were sometimes poeple loitering at the end of the street so being in a couple better.

• Christina (10/5): Great, would stay again when visiting Milan. - Location was perfect for centrale station and getting around Milan (we also used Sondrio metro). Building very impressive and rooms much bigger than we expected. Once all the windows and doors are closed there is no noise from outside which was impressive! Balcony is a lovely sunny spot for sunset and taking in the atmosphere. Plenty of small shops for supplies near by. Host very helpful, suggested a place to store our bags on the last day which was really useful! The tiny lift was a bit awkward to get in to with big cases! but still better than taking them up the stairs!!!

• Trung (10/5): One of the best accommodations included 5* hotel - In credible. Spacious, modern, this place is one of the best accommodations that I have visited. And I never rate 10/10, but this place really is the best. I stayed hundreds of places across the globe such as Australia, South East Asia, London, Paris, Barcelona, including 5 stars, hotels, etc.. and this place is anyone who can actually move in. Usually, accommodations for travellers have few missing things, but this place is carefully planned out, from a functional kitchen, a comfortable bed, automatic roller shutters, two tvs, beautiful changing colour lighting in the ceiling etc... the host even takes time to design a scanning program for hosts, which has all the useful information at their fingertips. It's a really great area to stay as only took us 5 minutes walk to train station. A++++ Absolutely nothing.

Central train station is easy to walk to with luggage. Room and bathroom are very well set up. Host is very helpful and responsive, a true resource for travellers. A single duvet cover can make it tricky to control body temperature for sleep.
• Robert (10/5): Excellent! - I cannot recommend this highly enough. From check-in to departure everything was easy. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a perfect stay. The location is good 25min walk to the centre of Milan. Very handy for the train station. If we are lucky enough to return to Milan we will definitely stay here again.

• Virginia (10/5): Milan is a beautiful city. Would recommend going to Como and exploring the lake by boat. - Everything was exceptional. Just like the photos showed, clean and well appointed. Was only a few minutes walk from the train station where you get tickets to all metro transportation. This made moving around the city very easy. Would recommend for anyone going to Milan.
