• Melissa (10/5): A great place in Venice that we’d definitely go back to! - Great location. Very clean. Very quiet. Really appreciated two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. I appreciated a kitchen area with all the supplies. The host, Cristina, was very communicative and all our interactions were fantastic! The double bed was very warn-in on one side, but still comfortable.
• Carina (9/5): Delightful! - Comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very nice part of Venice. We could walk everywhere, yet it felt very peaceful. Christina, the host, was lovely. The shower is on the small side and we had slight issues with warm water, which Christina addressed promptly.

• Susan (9/5): - Location was perfect. 5 minute walk from St Mark’s and numerous beautiful squares and excellent restaurants nearby. Very clean and a very helpful host. Smaller than appeared on photos, the shower especially. Would suit 2 adults and 2 children perfectly - we were 4 adults.
• Carly (9/5): Pristine, air conditioned refuge in San Marco! - There was A/C! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home and there was a very nice grocery at about 8 mins walk from the front door. Our hosts were responsive and helpful when we arrived late and asked for help finding a restaurant. They also gave amazing instructions that made it easy to find the flat. LOVED the 2 twin beds for our 2 teens. Everything was immaculately clean and the area was quiet at night. We were able to improvise, but the frying pan was unusable due to flaking Teflon.

All the instructions were very clear and she helped us with local transport options and told us what to be careful of, i.e. there was a local festival that would change transport times. Loved it.

• Juan Carlos (9/5): Estancia perfecta. - Ubicación perfecta para visitar Venezia. Se puede hacer todo a pie desde el apartamento en pocos minutos y bien comunicado con vaporetto. Segundo piso sin ascensor (normal en Venecia que no tenga) que puede ser un pequeño inconveniente si llevas maletas pesadas o carro de bebè.

A localização é excelente, próxima ao mercado e à Praça São Marcos. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa, enviando todas as orientações para o check-in e até um vídeo explicando como chegar, o que ajudou muito, já que Veneza pode parecer um verdadeiro labirinto. Super recomendo esta acomodação!

• ZÜMRÜT (10/5): A beautiful house in beautiful Venice. - The location is good. The rooms are really large compared to other houses we have been to. The ceilings are high and you can see the canals from the rooms. The mattress was a little soft and there were mosquitoes.However, we enjoyed our stay at Yellow House.
• Emma (9/5): Venice did not disappoint! - This apartment was comfortable and convenient. The host went to great lengths to ensure we knew how to find our way. The beds were OK comfortable – on the hard side, but as we found out, that is typical of Italian beds. The aircons work great! I was reading about aircons in other reviews before going, thinking that they wouldn't matter; they mattered! Nothing much to note... the shower is small and the hot water doesn't last long.

• Alexandra (9/5): Small but great location - Great and swift support from management, nice apartment, small but functional and lovely to explore the beauty of Venice. Great for a short stay. Can recommend to stay here, pictures correspond with reality. Clear instructions on check in and out procedures. Can recommend to stay here. Not really a dislike and known before we came, the 3 stairs up requires traveling light, which we did, so just to be prepared. The bathroom and shower cabin is rather small with use of 4 persons, still considering the smaller size apartment, all was nice and clean and in beautiful old building.

It was right in the middle of everything and a 5 min walk from a Vaporetto stop. Christina was very helpful and recommended good restaurants, even though we only met virtually. She gave very good instructions for finding property , including a little video for the last bit! Nothing.

• David (10/5): Lovely, tastefully furnished comfort in the heart of Venice. Perfect! - Very conveniently located. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped. The kitchen was great so we could prepare several meals ourselves, which was good fun after visiting the market. There's plenty of cupboard space in each bedroom, and in the bathroom too. We really enjoyed our stay, and our host Cristina was so helpful. I cannot come up with a single negative. I'd recommend this apartment without reserve.

• Kateryna (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is beautiful, cleaner than the hotel, has a lot of small nice "Venice touch" in decorations. It has everything you might need and if you're missing smth - host goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. We had an amazing stay there. Location is also great - less than 10 minutes walk to main touristic attraction, a lot of restaurant choices around, big supermarket 7 minutes away. Everything was good! One thing is to be prepared for - navigating in Venice is not simplest and on your first day you might walk with GPS on to find your way back. Good thing is that for very first time owner meets you in a well known place and shows the way, but after it takes few times to be comfortable with getting home without map in a hand :)

• Jasmin (10/5): Cristina our host was a lovely, helpful lady who met us at our boat stop on arrival, she provided us a map and marked on - Great location, close to touristy sites eg: St.Mark’s Square approximately a 10 minute walk away. Clean, comfortable and sufficient for self catering. Umbrellas and wellies provided just in case - very thoughtful ☺️

• Mariana (10/5): Cozy place in the heart of Venice - Excellent location, good space, all necessary appliances for a cozy stay in Venice, the staff was really helpful and received us in the Vaporetto station to properly indicate the place and give the info and tips about the house and the city. The cost is really high when compared to other cities, but it is a “problem” of every stay in Venice.

• Sui-yee (8/5): Good host, good location, perfect property but be aware of a flooded courtyard outside the building in the mornings. - it’s clean, comfortable, well decorated and centrally located. The host Cristina is very friendly, helpful and quick in response to any questions. the living cum dinning area is a bit small - the small sofa is only enough for 2 people to sit down. the property itself is perfectly fine, but the courtyard outside the building got flooded in the mornings. It was not due to the rain as we had sunny/dry weather during our stay - it seemed the water came out from the drain…. The water receded when we left the block (at 9 am) on Day 2; on Day 3, we had to walk on the edge of the courtyard and on wooden pallet when we left the building (one of us walked barefoot on the flooded courtyard to put down the wooden pallet for us); on Day 4, we left early (before 9 am) for the airport so just managed to avoid the flooded courtyard (though we saw the water start to come out from the drain). We understand the water starts to come out at about 8.30 am and starts to recede at about 9.30 am.

The host was very easy to reach, very helpful & accommodating. facilities were good, AC terrific, kitchen well stocked with basics. Apartment had good size rooms with large comfortable beds. It is an excellent rental. The only complaint we have really is minor. The shower stall is very small so for a large person, it is uncomfortable to bathe.
