• Angela (10/5): Nice spacious apartment - It was very spacious and comfortable to lounge around. Close to tourist areas. We were given only one key and if you take out the key lights and air conditioning shuts off. So ask for two keys.

En très bon état et pratique pour visiter le centre de Naples. Les lits sont franchement pas très confortables. Pas seulement le canapé lit. Et dans la chambre, il y a des lumières dans les placards, et l'un d'eux ne fermant pas, nous avions la lumiere toute la nuit.

Ausstattung gut, Raumaufteilung, Bad sehr gut. Unkomplizierter Kontskt mit Gastgeber per what‘sapp (nie gesehen) Die zwei Sofsbetten quietschen unerträglich und sehr unbequem. Nur als Notlösung und für kleinere kinder ok, für Erwachsene schwierig. Keine Möglichkeit Gepäck am Abreisetag unterzustellen. Angegebenes WLAN funktioniert nicht. Wir haben dann aber auch nicht nach richtigem Passwort nachgefragt.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic building and the central location was superb - both for seeing the sights of Naples, and for its proximity to public transport for going further afield. Merci, superbe adresse à retenir. Des travaux dans la station de métro Duomo au pied de l’immeuble. Il manque quelques accessoires de cuisine: petites cuillères, assiettes plates, carafe.
• Elena (9/5): Ottimo - Pulitissimo e nell'appartamento c'era davvero tutto il necessario. Molto apprezzato il balconcino con una bella vista. Ottima l'insonorizzazione, letto comodissimo. Il portiere c'è solo di giorno e non H24, non era presente la cassaforte.
• maria rosaria (10/5): Appartamento pulito e confortevole - La posizione è molto centrale, ottima per chi vuole visitare il centro storico e vivere la città commerciale. Da qui si raggiunge facilmente ogni parte della città Ho fatto presente all'host che avrei gradito una bottiglia anche piccola di acqua e qualche bustina di tè , soprattutto perché arrivati di domenica , mi hannodetto che di solito ci sono.

Good sound insulation from the street noises. Good location in safe neighbourhood. The host Mr Pasquale was very kind and helpful! He allowed us to check in earlier and send us recommendations for excursions and restaurants near by. Precise and clear instructions with photos and videos how to find the apartment and get in. We highly recommend this place :)))

• Raffaele58 (10/5): Esperienza memorabile, aldilà delle aspettative - Appartamento centralissimo in uno dei famosi 4 palazzi nella omonima piazza (chiamata Piazza Nicola Amore ma per i napoletani semplicemente "i 4 palazzi"), al crocevia tra il Corso Umberto (Rettifilo) e Via Duomo, ad un passo dai Decumani (Spaccanapoli e Via Tribunali si raggiungono a piedi in 5 minuti) e vicinissimo alla Stazione Centrale ed anche al porto, oltretutto, con la fermata della metro sotto casa. Il palazzo, chiamato palazzo Nanà, già sede della Società per Risanamento di Napoli (che ad inizi '900 risanò il centro storico di Napoli, costruendo e ristrutturando intere strade ed edifici come l'attuale Corso Umberto e la stessa Piazza dei 4 palazzi), completamente ristrutturato, è uno spettacolo, iniziando dal cortile interno con una bellissima fontana. Di notte c'è il guardiano, la qual cosa dà un senso di sicurezza ulteriore all'ospite. L'appartamento è davvero TOP, paragonabile ad un Hotel 4-5 stelle, dotato di ogni confort ed arredato con cura e gusto, arioso con soffitti alti 4 metri, stanza da letto con letto comodo, grosso armadio e grande TV e stanza Leaving con 2 divani letto, cucina attrezzata "a scomparsa" dotata, tra l'altro, di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e macchina Nespresso (capsule comprese), ed altra TV. Il tutto di altissima qualità (mi aspettavo un arredamento stile Ikea, invece qui siamo su un altro pianeta). Inoltre, affacciando all'interno del cortile, è anche silenzioso. Le operazioni di Check-in e Check-out sono state semplici e veloci ed il proprietario puntuale e gentilissimo, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo.

This is a great place to stay Nothing, the apartment was wonderful, except you will need to get used to constant honking when you visit Naples, this is normal!
• Jana (9/5): Krásný byt v centru Neapole - Ubytování opravdu v centru Neapole, velký 3 pokojový byt se dvěma koupelnami. Pro 5 holek naprosto perfektní. V okolí krásné uličky a 200m pizzerie Da Michele. Kousek do přístavu, odkud jezdí trajekty na okolní ostrovy i bus na letiště. Předání klíčů bezproblémové, Pasquale (hostitel) nás zkontaktoval v den příjezdu a check in proběhl po telefonu. Mohu jen doporučit!!!

• Dunev (8/5): Fantastic! - The location was amazing. Very nice building and apartment, it had a TV in each room, and everything we needed including coffee and water in the fridge for us. The host was all over it and he went above and beyond to make sure we knew where to go, places to visit etc. very very helpful. The smell in one of the bedrooms was weird. Bathroom smelled like mold too. There might be something off with the plumbing maybe? The smell wasn't great. Could have been cleaner too but wasn't bad at all.

• Ada (8/5): bardzo fajne mieszkanie na krotki pobyt, idealna lokalizacja, piekna kamienica - Przede wszystkim lokalizacja i swietny kontakt z gospodarzem. Latwe zameldowanie. Bardzo duze mieszkanie, wysokie sufity. Widok na patio. Super kamienica, bardzo estetyczna. Wrocilabym ponownie czajnik wymaga odkamienienia, czystosc moglaby byc lepsza. Wykonczenie raczej tansze. Natomiast nie przeszkadza to w ogolnym odbiorze.

Come stare a casa propria.Io e le mie amiche abbiamo prenotato 2 appartamenti (uno Deluxe) e ci siamo trovate benissimo!Gli appartamenti sono situati all'interno di un palazzo vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Duomo.La posizione è centrale! Il sig.Pasquale super disponibile ci ha seguito e consigliato su tutto. Gli appartamenti sono moderni, puliti, ampi e i letti comodi.Insomma se volete vedere Napoli consiglio vivamente.

• Zita (10/5): - Az apartman egy gyönyörű épületben található, nagyon jó helyen Nápolyban. Minden közel volt, gyalogosan közlekedtünk mindenhová. Könnyen elérhető volt minden látványosság, amit meg akartunk nézni. Maga az apartman nagyon szép, elegáns, tágas belső terekkel rendelkezik. A be- és kicsekkolás könnyen ment, segítséget kaptunk abban is, hogy a bőröndjeinket a korai érkezés miatt a szálláson hagyjuk. A szállásadó mindennel kapcsolatban tájékoztatott, még éttermi ajánlásokat is kaptunk. Szívből ajánlom ezt a szállást mindenkinek, családoknak és pároknak is, mert minden igényt kielégít.

The shower has strong water pressure, so there's no need to worry about insufficient hot water when a family of five is taking showers. The owner is extremely thoughtful and warm—they allowed us to store our luggage until 12:00 noon and provided us with all kinds of help. Naples is a beautiful city, and we had a wonderful experience! none

The apartment is in a beautiful newly renovated historical building. The apartment is really spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and above all fully equipped! It is also amazingly quiet! Clean, AC in every room! We were 3 adults and 3 little kids and it was perfect for us. The contact with Pasquale was perfect, he made our stay inforgettable! Surely we will recommend this apartment to everyone and will come back!

• Jacob (9/5): Geweldig schoon verblijf dichtbij de metro - Prachtig schoon appartement, perfect gelegen bij de metro in een erg statig en goed onderhouden pand. De foto’s zijn getrouw. Het grootste pluspunt was dat ons appartement aan de binnenzijde van de binnenplaats lag, waardoor van het drukke Napolitaanse rumoer niks te merken was. Heerlijk stil! Contact met de host ging perfect. Super vriendelijk en laagdrempelig. 👍🙏 We hebben een paar kleine tips gegeven, zoals een snijplank en een theedoek. Voor de rest is alles voorhanden. Een pareltje in Napels.
