- Beate (9/5): Prima, ich würde wiederkommen, - Die Lage nicht weit vom Bahnhof und Seitenkanal mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Modernes und sauberes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht und ein sehr gutes großes Bett. Leider war das Dachfenster auf, wodurch sehr viele Mücken hineinkamen.

- Adeline (3/5): - El piso está a 5mn andando de la estación. A pesar de ser céntrico, es importante saber que el piso se encuentra ubicado justo en frente de una cárcel, con lo cual no es una ubicación ideal para venir con niños. Se oían gritos desde la calle. Tuvimos algunas dificultades en encontrar el piso y la comunicación con el anfitrión no fue fácil. Cuando llegamos, no tenían preparado la segunda cama con lo cual tuvimos que ir a buscar las sabanas en un armario que tenían en el exterior. Imposible de encontrar las almohadas. Nos las dieron al día siguiente. La mayor molestia de este piso, es el sofá cama que es muy incomodo. El colchón es muy fino e irregular. Se notan los muelles de la cama mientras estás tumbado y hace mucho ruido al moverse. Por los comentarios que va dejando la gente, veo que es una queja recurrente y no entiendo porque no hacen nada al respecto.

- Gina (4/5): Poor, doesn’t look like the pics. - Only the location. For what you pay, everything else is pretty low quality. When we arrived the lady was still cleaning the place. The place smelled pretty bad to a mix of cleaning products with just plain bad smell. The shower floods when you shower and there is mold in the roof. It’s super basic and looks nothing like the pictures. For the price, this is not good at all. You will be better in Mestre, for cheaper and better quality places. The train is just 12 min.

Everything was close by, and it was also very convenient that it was near the bus station, because we were heading to the airport at 4:30 a.m., so we reached the station within five minutes. It would be worth paying attention to the appliances, as the iron stains clothes and the hairdryer unfortunately switches off every few seconds. One of the great amenities in the property was the washer-dryer, which saved us when we got caught in a heavy rainstorm in the city.

Despite so many negative reviews about the very uncomfortable, old sofa, the staff still did nothing about it. It’s not possible to sleep there. Contact with the owners was terrible—zero support with problems. Communication was difficult; they actually acted like guests were bothering them. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

- Arantzazu (7/5): Espacioso y bien ubicado, pero colchones con pulgas - La amplitud del espacio, el fácil acceso desde la plaza de Roma, los cuartos de baño y cocina están prácticamente nuevos. La comunicación con la agencia que lo gestiona muy bien en todo momento. Los colchones, tanto el de la cama de arriba como el sofá-cama tenían pulgas. Estamos toda la familia con brazos y manos llenos de picaduras. El sofá-cama también era muy incómodo, con un colchón excesivamente fino.

- Martine (6/5): - We stayed here during our trip and overall found it to be a beautiful, clean, modern, and spacious apartment. It’s in a convenient location close to buses and the vaporetto, and about a 25 minute walk to Rialto, which made getting around fairly easy. There are a few things future guests should be aware of. The apartment is located behind a prison, and the inmates can be quite loud at times and may try to talk to you, which was a bit uncomfortable. Mosquitos were also a big issue at night, the ceiling window doesn’t fully close, so we ended up with quite a few bites. The air conditioning could definitely be stronger, especially during warmer nights. The beds are on the firmer side, and the pillows are very thin, which made sleeping less comfortable than expected. Overall, a nice place in terms of cleanliness and space, but with a few drawbacks that are worth considering before booking.

La cama del sofá es muy incomoda. Las instalaciones no están mal, pero nos faltaba balleta, algún trapo de cocina, fregona...en un apartamento la mampara estaba prácticamente suelta. Se avisó pero no acudieron.

Nie można było podnieść rolet, bo były zerwane, w związku z tym było ciemno, łóżko w salonie (rozkładana kanapa) średnio wygodne, zapadało się, brak suszarki do włosów.

Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. È fuori dal centro ma a piedi con una bella passeggiata di mezz'ora si arriva in piazza San Marco. C'eravamo già stati nel 2022 e siamo tornati per il Venice night Trail. Assenza di strofinacci, spugna e prodotti per pulire il tavolo e la cucina.

- Ciara (9/5): Great place and very close to the station and some lovely food places. - The room was fab with the mezzanine level, the kids loved it! The sofa bed was very noisy and not the most comfortable. Everything else was great.
- Silvia (8/5): Estancia cómoda en Venecia - El apartamento estaba bien en general, no muy grande pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La cama principal era amplia y muy confortable, con un toque bastante moderno. El baño era espacioso y la cocina estaba bien equipada. También se agradece que hubiera suficientes toallas y plancha. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 5 minutos de la estación de Venezia Santa Lucía y cerca del centro, además de una parada de vaporetto cercana. En general, una buena opción por ubicación y comodidad. El sofá cama no era especialmente cómodo, aunque suficiente para un par de noches. Como detalle a tener en cuenta, está justo enfrente de una cárcel. No fue un problema importante, pero por las tardes se escuchaba algo de ruido y nos gritaron algunas cosas al pasar por delante, simplemente lo ignoramos.

The only downside was that the location on Booking.com was indicated incorrectly. Since we arrived at 2 a.m. and it was raining, it was a bit difficult to find the apartment. However, as soon as we went a little further, we quickly found it and felt relieved.

- mireia (7/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y perfectamente ubicado el sofá cama del comedor es muy incómodo. No se puede dormir en él. Las piernas te quedan levantadas por encima de la cabeza y se clavan todo de hierros por todo el cuerpo. Es insoportable!!!!

Quiero dar las gracias en especial a Carlota de la agencia, quien nos ayudó en un problema que tuvimos y nos informo con sus explicaciones, fue de gran ayuda y muy amable. Por poner una pega el grifo de los lavabos de los baños son incómodos ya que son muy altos los grifos y pequeños lavabos, y si te acercas te pegas al lavarte

I cuscini davvero scomodi ma mi rendo conto che tutti i cuscini da hotel sono fatti così

- Anna (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt . - Bardzo ładne , nowoczesne apartamenty . Koniecznie należy wymienić materace w rozkładanych łóżkach . Zapadają się i są jedynym słabym punktem tych apartamentów . Poza tym wszystko super .

- Ruxandari (10/5): - Locație excelentă, aproape de toate mijloacele de transport, zonă liniștită, Camera încălzită, baia și bucătăria dotate cu toate cele necesare pentru un sejur de câteva zile. Foarte curat. Am avut apartamentul nr. 4. Canapeaua extensibila nu este deloc confortabila și faptul ca a trebuit să ducem gunoiul la buncăr nu a fost chiar plăcut.

- betty (8/5): Très bien et bien situé la dame qui fait le ménage est adorable et c’était un bel appart hôtel et fonctionnel. - C’est très spacieux et beau et fonctionnel. Pas loin des commerces et le quartier est calme . L’étage a des toilettes c’est pas négligeable.Le système de code très pratique . La sécurité . Le réglage du thermostat beaucoup trop chaud impossible de modifier , le canapé bien moins confort et un minimum café et thé pour l’accueil.

- Mary (10/5): Clean, well-equipped apartment with an excellent location - The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent,in a safe area,easy to reach by walking historical sites and well connected to public transport(central station,vaporetto station). It was quiet, well organized, and felt like home. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. Immaculate bed linens and towels . I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it. The only drawback, which I hope the owner will take into consideration, is that the sofa on the first floor is not suitable for sleeping, not even for one person. Therefore, although the apartment is advertised for four guests, only the bed in the bedroom for 2person is truly comfortable and usable for sleeping. Take this into consideration if you want to avoid sleepless nights and back pain. And to make it perfect, the pillows should also be replaced.
- Daniel (10/5): - Blisko parkingu, łatwo dostać soe z bagażami do lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko, pieszo jak i dogodne połączenia tramwajami wodnymi. Jeden mały minus, brak cukru, kawy, herbaty. Fajnie by bylo gdyby takie podstawowe rzeczy były na stanie apartamentu i nie trzeba by było kupować ich w pierwszy dzien.
- Lamprini (8/5): - No tea, coffee, cups etc. When we booked it was stated that check in would be on arrival. After booking we received an email, saying that online check in was mandatory!! Their form didn’t work and they obliged us to sent passport photos and other sensitive information via WhatsApp, otherwise they wouldn’t provide the access codes for the apartment! Booking.com did not help because of the mail. Very stressful experience!!!
