• Yuliya (10/5): - Вход в метро буквально в минуте от квартиры. Прекрасный сан узел, 2 отдельные спальни. На кухне есть все, что нужно. Много розеток. Хозяин постоянно на связи и быстро отвечает на все вопросы. Напротив квартиры есть небольшой продуктовый магазинчик Недостатков нет

• Ivan (6/5): Apartment is good, but neighbors are crazy. Soundproof of walls are really bad. - Apartment was nice, clean, smell good, nice size. Next to metro station, so you can easily go to anywhere in the Rome. The neighbors from the next apartment were crazy. The loud alarm clock woke us up every morning at 6 am, they just put the alarm clock to sleep and a few minutes later it rang again. This repeated for about an hour. Many times it stopped only when I banged on the wall of the next apartment. Absolutely crazy. This is was during Easter holiday. I will accept one clock alarm per morning, but not many many times again again again... It's looks this neighbors aparment is not airbnb/booking apartment so this is probably permanent problem. So the main problem is wall sound proof. This clock alarm was in one bedroom mainly, in the second bedroom was listening toilet splashing and elevator.

• Concetta Laura (8/5): Appartamento molto comodo con posizione strategica vicinissima alla metro C (linea diretta per Colosseo). - Posizione comodissima, metropolitana sotto casa. Il soggiorno era un po freddo, considerando anche le basse temperature di quei giorni.

Хозяин заранее прислал подробные инструкции, код доступа и был постоянно на связи. Плюсы бесконтактного заселения: ✅ Не нужно подстраиваться по времени — заселились спокойно, без спешки ✅ Быстро и понятно: вся информация заранее, без лишних вопросов ✅ Комфорт после дороги — не нужно никого ждать или искать ✅ Современно и безопасно, особенно удобно для путешественников Апартаменты были чистые, уютные, всё соответствовало описанию. Чувствуется, что хозяин заботится о гостях и продумывает детали. С удовольствием остановился

• Maria (9/5): Definitely we would stay here again! - Everything was ok. Silvia was an amazing host, we actually checked in earlier. The only issue that we encountered was with the vacuum cleaner, we tried to use it at the end but it does not seem to work. Also not a host or property issue, but the building is very noisy during the night (just a fyi).

• Edyta (10/5): We had a fantastic stay! - Our stay was perfect. We traveled as a family of four, and the apartment was fully equipped, allowing us to relax without any worries. It was clean and ready for our arrival, complete with an iron, hairdryer, shower gel, and even a bottle of cold water in the fridge. There were coffee capsules available and a small snack prepared for guests. Each room had air conditioning, which was a nice touch. Mirti station was just a few steps from the building, and there were plenty of shops and bars in the area. The host was very nice and always available when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and if I return to Rome, I would choose to stay here again without hesitation. Nothing

This is a very comfortable apartment, which has everything you need for a stay, both for a short stay and for a long one. Very comfortable bed, special thanks, beautiful modern kitchen, fully equipped for any occasion. just respect. We did not see the owner in person, because we were given access to the apartment through the application, which is very convenient and there is no need to carry keys. Metro is around 50 meters from the apartment and 30 minutes to the center of Rome. I highly recommend these apartments! nothing
• Willyane (7/5): Good - The apartment is safe, large and comfortable - very well equipped. Many restaurant options nearby. The apartment is far from the main tourist attractions of Rome, but very close to the metro station.
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful fully rquipped apartament, 1 min from metro station (Mirti). 15 minutes to the city center by metro. Great standard, vertical clean, very nice host ans nice neighourhood with shops and restaurants.. It was a great choice and I recomend to everyone. The apartament is a bit dark but we did not mind as we were leaving in the morning and coming back late
• Светлана (10/5): Exceptional - Great place! Everything is clean and beautiful! There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And of course a surprise! Green tea. None of the previous apartments had green tea, only coffee. Thank you for such a nice place in Rome.
• Sonu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious, well equipped with all facilities (Air condition, dish washer, washing machine, heating, TV, Freeze). Accessing the apartment was easy as the host provided with the door key code as well as the Vikey app-based link. Also, there is a physical key as well once you have checked in. The apartment is literally just next to the Mitri metro station exit (just across the road). There are grocery stores right opposite to the apartment. plus, there is Alice pizza (quite a famous pizza chain in Rome), Mamma Pizza (another local famous shop) and very good Gileteria for ice-creams and lots of restaurant options nearby. For termini station - You can take Green metro line from Mitri to San Gioavni (6 stops - 11 mins) and then change and take orange line for Termini station (3 stops - 4 mins) - Overall it takes 20 minutes. For Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Imperial Forum - Change and take Blue Metro line from Termini station or any bus (all are within 10 minutes distance and 2-3 stops away). Also, i requested early check-in at 10:30 and it was very happily granted by the host. This was very helpful. Actually, we liked evrything about the apartment. However, if i have to give something as small improvement points - it would help to have shower gel, shampoo and dishwasher tablets. To be honest, we never reached out to the host for these as we were carrying our own. if we would have reached out - most probably, the host would have helped as they were excellent host.

• John (8/5): Very good - Quiet area of Rome away from the tourists. Easily accessible and a few metres from the Metro station. Good facilities. Not a great deal in the area. The neighbour's dog starts barking at 7.00 so not much of a lie-in!
• Bastian (7/5): Clean & comfortable, good price-performance-ratio, friendly personal. - - medium-sized apartment with a good price-performance-ratio - close to Mirti station - air condition in bed room and kitchen was good - nice personal - Nespresso machine - the dishwasher wasn’t working, we were informed about it on arrival - not so sure why the TV was mounted in the kitchen and not the living room…but that might be personal preference. Anyway, we knew upfront cause it was exactly like the booking.com pictures
