Je ne recommande pas les deux restaurants en bas de l'hébergement, le personnel pas très sympathique et les assiettes pas très remplies.

• Marco (9/5): Loft romantico - Abbiamo trascorso un weekend nell’appartamento, che era pulito, spazioso e silenzioso, oltreche dotato di una terrazza fantastica. Lo staff che ci ha accolto è stato molto caloroso e gentile. Struttura assolutamente consigliata, anche per la posizione tranquilla.
• Mokre (10/5): We shall recommend the apartment to friends and family. - The apartment is beautiful and clean. The bed is very good, there is a lot of space for clothes and luggage, kitchen and bathroom include everything one needs, and there is even a beautiful terrace. We even found tea bags, toiletries, as well as a bottle of Prosecco and some cookies as welcome gifts. The location is perfect, close to the center but still in a quiet residential area. Gianni is a perfect host who gave us precise information on everything needed, came to the Vaporetto to show us the way and allowed us to check out in the evening. Everything was just perfect. There is nothing to criticize.
• Peter Shallcross (10/5): A superb apartment - Everything was perfect. Our host could not have been more helpful, from directions prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The location was excellent, close to local restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment was modern, comfortable, very clean and had every amenity required. The roof terrace was a very nice addition and very peaceful. We cannot wait to return. I could not find any fault or problems, everything was perfect.
• Natalia (10/5): - El apartamento por ubicación era todo un privilegio. Nos esperaron a pie del Vaporetto y nos acompañaron hasta la casa. Amabilidad, educación, simpatía, disponibilidad...el trato fue inmejorable. El apartamento era una fantasía ya que cada detalle estaba puesto con mucho mimo. Lucía todo nuevo y no faltaba ni detalles, ni confort. Luego estaba la terraza ¡Mamma mía! Un lugar que emanaba paz y en el que te impregnabas de la esencia del país. He ido más veces a Venecia, pero sin dudas, si volviera a repetir, no dudaría en alojarme aquí. No puedo pasar por alto esos detalles de vino y dulces que nos dejaron. Se nota el cariño que le ponen para que sea una estancia inolvidable. Gracias de todo corazón. Quejarme de algo sería ser una insensata. Todo perfecto.

• Tanja (10/5): ✨ Eins der schönsten, saubersten und ruhigsten Lofts, in dem ich je übernachtet habe – absolut empfehlenswert! - Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Loft in Venedig verbracht und waren absolut begeistert! Es war blitzsauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles bequem erreichen konnte. Die Atmosphäre war einfach zum Wohlfühlen — eins der tollsten Feriendomizile, in dem ich bisher war. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit!
• Stephanie (10/5): Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen angenehmen Venedig Aufenthalt :-) - Diese Unterkunft ist toll, sehr groß, praktisch eingerichtet, sauber und gute Lage. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Im Schlafraum und im Wohnzimmer sehr gute Klimaanlagen. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Bett war sehr bequem und in der Nacht war es ruhig, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. es war alles perfekt :-)
• Abi (10/5): Amazing apartment in a great location - highly recommended! - The property was conveniently located off a lovely quiet street with a few friendly local restaurants and shops directly outside the gated entrance. Contact by the owner was efficient and friendly via WhatsApp and on arrival we were met by a nice man at the Arsenale vaporetto stop and escorted to the apartment a short walk away. In advance of our arrival the owner also contacted us about the daily tourist tax exemption for people staying in the city and sent over links to the relevant forms etc. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and had everything you could need and the roof terrace was such a lovely extra. You could sit out there in the sun and it even has an outside shower for if you need to cool off after sunbathing. It’s a beautiful 10-12 minute walk to St Marks square and there are lots of great restaurants within a few minutes of the apartment. It was not an area of Venice we’d stayed in before and we absolutely loved it, it felt very local but was still only a short walk from the centre. The apartment has a small perfectly appointed kitchen, ideal for preparing breakfast and snacks, dining table for 4 if you wanted to eat at home, a large fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Italian stove top coffee pot etc, plenty of glassware and crockery etc. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. There was really nothing we didn’t like about the apartment or the very friendly team. If I could make one suggestion it would be to maybe have an arrangement with somewhere (the neighbouring restaurant perhaps) to store luggage on check out day if you have a few hours before leaving the city.

Bed was comfortable, air condition perfect, terrace for breakfast amazing. Also it was really silent location. Lady was very kind, and showed us everything at our arriving. • Amanda (10/5): Incredible and comfortable 5 star stay! - The loft was truly incredible, beautiful, clean, spacious and the terrace was an amazing cherry on top. The apartment was easy to get to with the vaporetto (water taxi) and a very short walk to the main square. I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there if we ever go back.

It’s situated in the wonderful district, with cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent.
• Dudders23 (9/5): Fantastic nook close to the main attractions - Gianni was a fantastic host. Communication was prompt and accurate. He stayed late to meet us off the vaporetto and escort us to the property. He spoke to the staff at the restaurant downstairs and arranged food as they were closing. The location is perfect. Close enough to Piazza San Marco, but set back to avoid the throng. Lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy an evening drink. Kitchen could be a little better equipped, but given the dining options available, most guests will likely not need it.

If we come to Venice again we would definitely again stay here - Attention to detail, chic, close to the main areas to visit but very quiet. Gianni was very kind and had taken care of everything for us and made sure we are welcomed. Also Daniella, who has taken us to the flat gave us good tips how to go back to the airport etc. There is nothing we did not like
• Teunis (9/5): Nice getaway in the most beautiful city on Earth - Great appartment in the Castello neighborhood, just off Campo Bandiera E Moro. Lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants, but not flooded with tourists. About a five minutes walk from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, an a ten minutes walk to Piazza San Marco. The appartment itself is cosy, beautifully decorated and has a nice little rooftop terrace. No negatives here!

• Metod (9/5): Don’t go for one day visit to Venice! Stay in Due Cuori! - location, local shops and restaurants around, proximity to canal but perfect distance from the crowds. Roof terrasse is something like hidden cherry on the icing! Bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a nice bonus;-) Few pieces of furniture are bit dated, but ….how do you get a new one to anywhere in Venice is mystery to me!
• Nicola (10/5): A lovely apartment - The location was amazing. It was away from busy crowds, quiet at night, but close enough to walk to the main areas. We were met on arrival and were given some great tips on food (the takeaway pizza recommended was amazing). The apartment itself was lovely and it was so nice to have our own private terrace. It was easy to get to the airport via a boat and we had a lovely stay.
• Bryan (9/5): Venezia in Spring! - The condition of the apartment, little details inside like windows and shutters were really cool, nice rooftop area with view and nearby bar, gelato, wine, pizza, etc... Piazza outside with fountain with drinking water from spring was cool also. Very close to the grand canal with the vaparetto's and water taxiis. Kind of far from some of the nicer restaurants around the Rialto area meant a 20 min walk but still...
• Agne (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely cosy flat, good central location, the host was very helpful upfront to ensure that we have somebody to meet us on our arrival. Nothing major. Just a note to anybody coming in January, quite many restaurants were closed after the holiday season until February. But on the bright side, it is not as crowded at that time.

• Muriel (8/5): excellent property in a very good position . quiet and beside an excellent restaurant . it was great feeling part of the - loved the ambience . there was everything we were hoping for and more .the terrace was a super size.The bedroom and bed were a decent size with lots of storage. The sofa was extremely comfortable. we would have liked one tv programme with English subtitles and a Bluetooth speaker for music . there might have been one but we didn’t find it .
