• Joe Farrington (10/5): Excellent, and magical apartment in a great location. - Valentina met us at the flat and called before to see what time we would be there. We were running late, so all she asked was to be called again ten minutes before our arrival time, which was good. Once there, well, the apartment is truly one of a kind. It’s so stylish and welcoming. The balcony is great for having a morning coffee. The lounge is full of amazing art and furniture. The kitchen is small and perfectly formed with a serving hatch that wouldn’t look out of place in a small cathedral. The whole experience is incredible and we would love to go back there sometime soon. The provision of consumables also left no stone unturned. Everything was thought about. Fantastico! Nothing

• Maria (9/5): Superb - The restaurants in the area are phenomenal! It is a very nice, quiet and safe area. The tube is very nearby. There is a bakery nearby with the most delicious cakes, bread etc. perfect way to start the day with a delicious breakfast.

• Sõkkal (10/5): Amazing host, good location and a stunning apartment. - The apartment looks stunning and the host is very welcoming. We arrived late in the evening, past the official check-in time, and there was someone there to meet us, which made all the difference for our trip. The location is very convenient with bus stations and a train station nearby making it possible to travel to and from anywhere in Rome. The nearby Viale Parioli has shops and diners for a pleasant morning walk and breakfast. The facilities and electronics at the apartment are easy to use and there apartment is stocked with everything you would need during your stay there.

• Marina (5/5): Fair. Good apartment but unpleasant experience - Property was in good location and spacious There was no electricity or air conditioning when we arrived apart from one room due to an unnoticed leak. This was partly dealt with by 10pm on day of arrival, though one bedroom was jammed shut and after they broke it open the following day and tidying it up, it remained damp and unusable. WiFi was restored eventually late on Day 2. From being initially pleasant (offering an alternative 2 bedroom stay across the other side of Rome or a visit to another of his properties in Amalfi), the owner was disingenuous (untrue statements made to customer services after my complaint that all was resolved) and objectionable (persistently emphasising the time and expense he incurred to repair the leak damage to his own property). Our stay was blighted by messages back and forth and negotiating a discount beyond €72 that he offered despite gross inconvenience and having had the use of a 2 bedroom apartment despite booking 3. Had there been no issues, it would have been a good apartment.

• Patrick (9/5): Wonderful home in a charming neighborhood. - Great neighborhood and beautifully furnished, well-equipped home. The host was very helpful and communicative. The furniture in the living room area was very uncomfortable and not ideal for lounging, reading, etc.
• Donna-marie (9/5): Beautiful quirky apartment, which we loved! - The apartment is beautifully decorated so may not be ideal for families with younger children. We loved it and everyday you noticed something different, the books, pictures etc. It was nice to sit out on the terrace which doesn't face a main road, very peaceful. Some lovely restaurants nearby which was great for the evening. We felt very safe. Perhaps the location as you had to catch a bus into the city centre (approx 30mins). Followered by a 20 minute walk to get to the main attractions, or you could catch the metro. If you're not upto public transport this may not be the apartment for you. The buses are only 1.50 euros per trip so very good value. Restaurant etc. are in walking distance of the apartment which we did in the evenings, all exceptional. We felt very safe walking back to the apartment late in the evening.

• Claire (10/5): Great communication from hosts, terrific well-appointed apartment, we’d return anytime! - This beautiful apartment in the Parioli area in the north of Rome suited our family of four well. It really was stunning and felt very special. Highlights were the balcony and air conditioning - all necessary during our hot summer stay! We would have loved to have stayed for longer!

Very easy check in process and the owner was very responsive to communication. Very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.
