• Giuseppe (7/5): Weekend a Firenze - L'appartamento carino ristrutturato a nuovo stabile all'esterno vecchio e senza ascensore però c'è il parcheggio privato vicino c'è un supermercato e la fermata dell'autobus per spostarsi tranquillamente dove si vuole il proprietario disponibile, manca qualcosa in cucina ma si può rimediare la caffettiera!!!!!!!!! Non può mancare tutto sommato lo consiglio io ci tornerei tranquillamente Non mi è piaciuto l'esterno e che non c'è l'ascensore ma si può soccombere se non si hanno esigenze particolari.....

• Dalmira (3/5): It should be improved - - The sofa and the bed were big enough. - The neighbourhood was quite and safe, but nearby an abandoned building and it might look creepy - The WI-FI was strong enough to watch movies, shows for three people at the same time and using different devices - They have two ACs, it is very helpful, when it is hot outside in Florence - The train station is 10 minutes awa by foot - There is a mall nearby, but on Sundays it works till 13:30 - The host is nice and friendly. She does not speak English but she uses tranlsator. - THE big problem: mosquitos! We saw that the walls had red or black spots or prints from shoes. We think many people tried to kill them and had the same problem as us. These mosquitoes bited us the whole night. -It is moldy in the corners of the bedroom, bathroom. It was not healthy and comfortable to sleep there! - it was not so clean. The blankets had brown stains (photos attached) - the kitchen facilities were old (cutting board, teapot, no coffee machine) - the washing machine was also old and did not wash so good -the iron did not have an adaptor to fit in the socket - the pet is allowed, but no pet bed or pet bowls, pet bags were offered. Keep this in mind and bring yours.

• Flessati (7/5): Ottimi servizi buona posizione - Appartamento rinnovato recentemente, peccato per le condizioni dello stabile esternamente. Parcheggio ottimo e gratuito, posizione vicinissima a servizi come Coop e Tramvia. Purtroppo all'arrivo e probabilmente causa prima apertura stagionale gli scarichi emanavano un pessimo odore.

• Norah (1/5): Apartment needs to be deep clean - Location was close to bus stop We stay at this place from September 27 to the 29th. Just was nice and let us enter the apartment around 2pm but as soon as we enter the apartment we notice a bad odor. The apartment smelled like urine. Bed sheets were dirty and smelly. Tablecloth and kitchen towels were dirty also towels smell very bad. Bathroom was dirty as it was never cleaned at all and shower got clogged every time we took a shower. Walls were stain with mosquito’s blood everywhere. The smell in the apartment was very bad and if you open the windows mosquitos kill you at night.
• Lisa (9/5): - Very clean, modern and new! The host Grace was very friendly and kind. No lift in the building and apt is on the 3rd floor. The train is close but there isn’t much else in the general area for dining, there is a mall close to the train.
• Gil (8/5): Super miła obsługa apartamentu. - Super kontakt, bardzo pomocna pani Graze, dobre wyposażenie, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Niezbyt czysto, nieprzyjemne zapachy z wentylacji, pościel powinna być biała, ta którą jest nie daje poczucia świeżości.
• Aldo (5/5): - Purtroppo l'appartamento è situato al 3° piano senza ascensore, cosa che non è scritta nella descrizione, in una palazzina vecchissima nella quale non venivano effettuate le pulizie delle scale da settimane se non da mesi. Non proprio un bel posto, di contro, l'interno dell'appartamento era pulito e ristrutturato, anche se non nuovissimo. Bagno pulito, mancano le zanzariere alle finestre e siccome situato in una zona adiacente ad una ex caserma ormai abbandonata, le zanzare erano tante. La signora Grazia che ci ha accolti è stata molto cordiale e disponibile. Cosa positiva, la vicinanza alla stazione del tram per raggiungere il centro, dista 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.
• jeroen (1/5): Vies, smerig, eigenaar gebruikt het echt als een geldkoe. - We zaten relatief dicht bij de tram 10 min lopen Voor de rest alles. Het appartement was erg vies. Dik laag stof op het rekje met kookgerei. Kastjes waren vies stofzuiger te smerig aan te raken. En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Oven was te vies om in te kijken laat staan om te gebruiken. Pannen zaten nog etensresten in moest eerst goed schoonmaken. Bedden kraakte als een gek als je je ook maar even omdraaide. Airco in de woonkamer lekte als een gek en dat was echt niet sinds gister als je sporen op de muur zag. Diepvries is in 10 jaar niet ontdooid geweest als je erin keek dacht je even op de noordpool beland te zijn. Schone handdoeken hadden gewoon een rooklucht. De eigenaar kwam aan met een sigaret op de lip en bleef maar door roken in het bijzijn van onze kinderen. Eigenaar spreekt geen woord Engels en doet alles via translate. Eigenaar gebruikt dit letterlijk en figuurlijk als geldkoe en doet er voor de rest helemaal niks aan. Kan helaas maar 4 plaatsen.
• Eduardo (8/5): Muy bien - El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades, está todo reformado. La dueña es muy amable y te resuelve todas las dudas que surjan. Situado a 10 minutos andando a la parada de tranvía y de un centro comercial. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Lo que menos me gustó es que es un tercer piso sin ascensor.

Je recommande vivement ce lieu, proche du centre, du tramway et d'un centre commercial Le ravalement serait un plus

• Martinus (6/5): Prima appartement op goede afstand van stadscentrum - Mooi appartement, netjes, vanballe gemakken voorzien. Aardige host die zeer snel reageerde en sleuteloverdracht met uitleg was prima verzorgd. Hygiene, er was niet echt goed schoon gemaakt.

• Irina (9/5): Superb - Good apartment in an old block of apartments with all the facilities needed. Private parking. The apartment is close to tram which takes you to the center of Firenze
• Maurits (8/5): Very good - The apartment is well located, close to a tram stop (the ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes). There is a very large supermarket nearby. The apartement has been recently renovated. It's suitable for 4 guests. The apartment is rather small, it's good for sleeping, but not very cosy to spend an entire evening.

• Keti (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is very enough for 4 people, I liked the location, quite street. Shops and restaurants are very close. Apartment was clean. Kitchen was big and full of facilities. Apartment owner answered any questions immediately. Recommended! Nothing worthy to mention.

• Jararious (9/5): Nice stay if you like to explore the city but also enjoy quiet suburbs. - The host was very nice and courteous, if we needed anything, he was happy to bring it. The place has everything we needed. Calm surroundings, outside of city center, close the bus and tram stations. Some of the dishes weren't properly cleaned when we arrived, some surfaces were also quite dusty.
