• Rozália Erzsébet (7/5): Összességében elégedettek voltunk. - Nagyon jó a szálláshely elhelyezkedése. Minden látnivaló gyalogosan elérhető. A konyhasarok miniatűr, de mi nem is akartunk főzni. Viszont a mosogató szintén nagyon kicsi és hideg vizes, ahol még a poharakat sem tudtuk elmosogatni, csak a fürdőszobában.

• Alessandra (10/5): - Todo estaba limpio, todo bastante moderno y renovado, fue muy fácil conseguir el edificio y comunicarnos con los propietarios, nos encantó este apartamento. No sabíamos que el edificio no tenía ascensor, tomen eso en cuenta al reservar porque son 4 pisos de escaleras. Además, el agua caliente al ducharnos se acababa más rápido de lo que nos hubiese gustado pero no fue nada grave.

It doesn't have appropiate heating, there is an electric heating which must be put it in the bedroom, otherwise the room is freezes. Furthermore, hot water doesn't work sometimes which I would say it is degrading for what you pay. It is unworthy to pay for this place which has a lot things to improve. Absolutely dissapointing

• FOTIOS (10/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Η καθαρίστρια! Κάναμε το check out από το δωμάτιο στην ώρα μας και παρόλα αυτά ήταν εξαιρετικά αγενής. Μας συνάντησε στην πόρτα δεν είπε ούτε καλημέρα και ψιθύριζε νευριασμένη κάτι στα ιταλικά.

• giacomo (1/5): - Solo la posizione e le foto so booking che però non corrispondono alla realtà dell'apparftamento che ci hanno assegnato! Esperienza a dir poco terrificante. Siamo arrivati davanti alla porta, l’appartamento doveva essere al primo piano e non c’erano le chiavi dentro, abbiamo chiamato il numero per le emergenze per almeno 20' e non abbiamo ricevuto risposte, abbiamo poi chiamato il numero whatsapp che ci era stato detto non era abilitato per ricevere chiamate e ci hanno finalmente dato indicazioni: il problema è stato che nelle ultime ore prima del nostro arrvivo avevano deciso di assegnarci un appartamento all’ultimo piano (scala stretta e ripida fatta con le valige), dove c'era una sola camera con 1 letto + 1 divano letto ovverosia una stanza in comune nonostante avessimo segnalato di essere in 4 persone. Lo sciacquone e il bidet non funzionavano perché non scendeva l'acqua ed in generale la pulizia lasciava a desiderare (oper usare un eufemismo). Abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di poter lasciare le valigie per un paio d’ore altre il check out e ci hanno detto di no. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di andare in questo appartamento perché oltre al fatto che è tenuto malissimo, la gestione di informazioni e la disponibilità facevano pena. Il costo tra l'altro non è nemmeno così basso quindi mi sarei aspettata di stare in un posto almeno classificabile come decente invece non era nemmeno questo.

• Jacinto (4/5): Revisen la oferta para que no parezca una estafa. - La x ubicación y la comunicación con la propiedad Realmente me siento engañado. El apartamento no tenía nada que ver con el que reservé inicialmente. Nada coincidía, sin calefacción. Con un dormitorio muy estrecho, sin espacio para moverse. La cocina (si es que a eso se le puede llamar así) era de juguete. Además tuvimos una filtración de agua y un corte de luz por deficiencia técnica en el calentador del baño. Hasta creía que nos habíamos equivocado de Apartamento al ver las grandes diferencias entre el reservado y el ofrecido.

Avevamo il nostro cane con noi e non ci è stato chiesto nessun supplemento (altrove anche 30 euro). Unica pecca è il quarto piano con scale davvero ripide.

• Emily (7/5): Great location and just what we needed! - The location was incredible here - if you’re up for exploring Rome you’re in a great part of the city where everything is in walking distance. The check in was super easy. The flat was small but big enough for 2 people, I think anymore and it would be a squeeze! The pillows were incredibly hard - it would have been good to have another set of pillows to choose from. The first night we were really cold as there was just a bed sheet but we found a duvet in the cupboard for the 2nd and 3rd night. The shower also wouldn’t drain so there was a couple of inches of water in the bottom of the shower which needs to be fixed!

• Docs (8/5): Consigliato - Appartamento molto accogliente, ben arredato e contiene tutti i servizi necessari. Guest molto cordiale e subito disponibile per eventuali chiarimenti o bisogni. Posizione ottima! L'appartamento si trova al 4 piano e per raggiungerlo vi sono 4 rape di scale al quanto ripide. In più lo scarico del wc non scaricava benissimo, quasi come se non andasse del tutto. Ma a parte queste piccolezze ci siamo trovati molto bene, sia per il comfort ma sopratutto per la posizione.

Le personnel nous a certifié que c’était réparé, mais ça n’a jamais marché. L’appartement était très très petit, les photos étaient assez trompeuses.

La cocina tampoco es la que aparece y está en la recámara cubierta por una puertas. Tampoco avisaron que es en un 4to piso sin ascensor. Estuve buscando el departamento dentro del edificio un rato debido a esto último.

• Mary (1/5): Exhausted climbing up the stairs with suitcases - Very basic The place was a building site. There’s about 10 sets of stairs which isn’t mentioned in the booking. Stairs were very dangerous especially with construction happening, wires exposed and tools lying around.

Per arrivare all'appartamento, oltre a due ripide rampe di scale, bisognava passare proprio tra i lavori, con tutta la polvere del caso (attenzione agli asmatici). Ad un certo punto hanno iniziato a fare i lavori proprio fuori alla nostra porta. Un vicino si è messo a litigare con i lavoratori perché lasciavano gli attrezzi sui ballatoi delle scale e a lui dava fastidio.

Very dangerous environment woth broken stairs and cables poking out of the walls. There was also no option to get another duvet and im not used to sleeping under a thin sheet.

• Anson (4/5): Not bad but also not good - First of all, we were not notified the flat is on a 4/F of a building. I understood lift might not be common in Rome but a bit of transparency would be appreciated prior to our booking. Second of all, of all 4 nights we stayed in, 3 nights are without hot water to shower. We reached the guest on WhatsApp but no response until the next day, and even so we followed the instruction, we don’t get hot water to shower until the very last day which makes the whole experience less comfortable. Next, the plug was not fitting except from one of them in the kitchen (the converter we brought are up to EU standard and requirement), 2 of us has to share an electric plug to charge our appliances. Would be nice to provide converter in the room as well to ensure these doesn’t happen. Finally, we understood that after certain hours we couldn’t store our luggage in the apartment because another tenant is arriving, the host is using very irresponsible tones with us and made me very uncomfortable - word by word: “ this is no longer our responsability”. The communication is absolutely horrid and ending our stay in Rome with an extra unwelcoming note.
• Glauber (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. The photos of the apartment were great but the reality was a bit different. The shower drain was clogged. The building is going through renovation after a fire and as a consequence the apartment was dusty and there are people working and making noise every working day from arround 08:00am.
• Joanna (1/5): Bad - This is a JOKE. I travel with with booking all the time and this is my first complaint. The building is UNDER CONSTRUCTION, with paint, building materials, and dust. How is this allowed? To enter the apartment, you put your life at risk. This should be illegal. The apartment was also different from the pictures, a different bed. The room was dirty and dusty. The owner did not bother to show up even once... The workers in the buildings were wearing masks and helmets. My and my travel companions were not informed about any of this prior to our arrival.
• John (5/5): Great location, comfy bed. - The location and the comfort of the bed. The property staff never told us that the hallway was under construction. If we hadn't stayed there before we never would have found the room. The self-check-in video that they sent me did not show that the stairs and hallway were under repair.
• Adele (8/5): Very good - The location was great for what we wanted. It was a bit of a walk to the Colloseum, approx 35 mins but it was an easy walk and a great way to see the city. Close to restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The building was undergoing rennovations when we were there so there was a lot of dust and building materials. The apartment is situated on the second floor so if you have heavy suitcases, you will have to carry them up the stairs as there was no other way to access the apartment.

The kitchen was super small, however it is enough for the simple food or small breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks There are some recommendations for the property staff: we stayed for the week and only after we asked about the towels change and trash we were informed that they do not provide such services. Okay, it is fine if you stay for a few days but a week.. yes, they came ones to take our trash after we asked where we can leave them. However, staff should think about guests who stay for more than 3 days. Shower area needs more improvement, air ventilation sometimes work sometimes not.

The apartment was a perfect base, it was conformable, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay Our only very tiny issue was the shower not draining properly, but absolutely no other criticism

The window didn't close properly so it was very noisy both at night as well as very early in the morning. You have to climb 2 steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment... very challenging for someone carrying suitcases

• Gerard (8/5): Super little Apartment - Great Location. - The location in the Centre of Rome was great. Within easy walking distance of most of the City's attractions. The AC in the apartment was great as the temperatures were very high during our time there. We were located on the Second Floor and never heard any noise from the streets below whilst sleeping. There was Wifi and Tv with access to our Netflix and Amazon Accounts for some light entertainment in the evenings before bed. All together it was a good apartment and comfortable stay. Stairs only to the Second Floor, so if you have mobility issues or need to bring large cases be aware. Could have done with a few more towels and a spare toilet roll or two.

The owner was very communicative, left all the instructions needed for self check in and helped with any request. The shower is very small so it's wasn't comfortable to get in and use it. We were 4 people staying so when the sofa is opened it gets a bit tight, and both beds are on the same room. There is no lift and apartment is on the 4th floor with very steep steps (wasn't mentioned on the description).
