- Claudia (10/5): 4 Tage Venedig mit Biennale - Das Apartment N 491 hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist sehr sauber, modern und die 3 Schlafzimmer sind groß und die Betten auch komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt für den Besuch der Biennale und wir würden immer wieder dieses Apartment buchen, wenn wir zur Biennale kommen. Ein kleiner Tipp wäre eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine :))

- Jean-claude (7/5): Good for a short stay - The welcome was nice. The location was good. Grocery and restaurant nearby. The appartment was very clean. Good appartment for a short stay. No air conditioning in the bedrooms only in the living area - so it was very warm. The living area (kitchen and living room) was very small. One of the stove ring was not working and there was limited accessories in the kitchen (missing knifes).

It is located in a building with permanent residents, you will be a resident when you are here, not like a main stream hotel. The hosts do a great job of keeping the property in top shape and assuring you will get in and out of the property easily. There is a public park adjacent to the property, gorgeous. There is a wonderful cafe for morning coffee 10 steps from the front door. Awesome place! Nothing not to like.
