En Booking pone que una persona te recibe, pero no contestaban los emails antes de llegar ni enviaron información para coger la llave. Tuve que llamar y me enviaron unos vídeos con instrucciones. En la caja había llaves que no funcionaban y un chico vino a ayudarme. Al llegar estaba todo sucio. Si el checkin es a las 14.00 debería de estar todo limpio. Dejé el equipaje sin descansar y tuve que irme para que la señora limpiara. Le dije a esta mujer que no tirara la comida de la nevera y la tiró (embutido, yogur...)

• Mateja (4/5): Več obetalo kot je ponujalo. Žal. - Všeč nam je bila lokacija - lep miren okoliš, lahko kvalitetno ješ v okolici nastanitve. Italijani me vedno znova presenetijo, kako lahko izkoristijo prostor. Že res, da sta dve kopalnici v nastanitvi, a obe tako zelo majhni. Iz majhnega hodnika so naredili kopalnico. Nastanitev je za eno noč, ne za dalj časa. V kopalnici je kuhinjska ščetka za čiščenja stranišča, toaletnega papirja je bilo malo. Nastanitev na fotografijah izgleda zelo dobro, v resnici je manj prijetna. Kavč v kuhinji je neudoben za spanje. Dobra bi bila naložba v vzglavnike, kozarce, mogoče premisliti ali je smiselno imeti veliki kavč v kuhinji namesto v sobi zraven.

• Hiroki (1/5): Terrible service and apartment - The location is good. I stayed at this apartment during a business trip, and everything about the experience was terrible. First of all, check-in required me to go to a designated location (a fence across the street) and retrieve the key from a lockbox with a password. When I entered the apartment, I immediately noticed extreme humidity and a bad smell, so I had to open the windows to ventilate the room. The kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned and still had dirt and residue from the previous guest, which was extremely unhygienic. When I tried to take a shower, no water came out. I contacted the owner, but I had to go downstairs to let him into the building. The water valve had been locked, which was the reason there was no running water. I was extremely frustrated that my time was wasted in the cold due to such poor management. Furthermore, I repeatedly contacted the owner to request a receipt, but I received no response at all. The service has been absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here under any circumstances. It would be the same as throwing your money down the drain.

• Isabel (8/5): - Boa localização perto de metros e bondes, fácil acesso ao centro de Milão. Restaurantes por perto além de mercados. Cheiro de cigarro na casa e o sofá cama na cozinha. Banheiro muito pequeno.

Ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e caffè nei dintorni, ma la notte si può riposare tranquillante. L’appartamentoè sicuro e pulito. Spazi angusti, specie nei bagni. Letti parecchio scomodi. Lavastoviglie non fissata al pannello. Uno scalino delle scale a chiocciola pericolosamente non fissato. Resti di cose rotte in giro per l’appartamento
• Neven (3/5): We were very disappointed with our stay. - Top location Despite the amenities listed on Booking, several were missing or not as described: there was no electric kettle, no toaster, and the dishwasher was out of order, taped up with adhesive tape. Slippers were not provided, and on the second floor the bed linen had visible stains. The apartment overall was in poor condition, with plaster falling from the ceiling above the shower cabin. The photos on Booking do not reflect the current state of the property, as they were clearly taken immediately after a major renovation, while now the apartment is significantly deteriorated. Additionally, there was no ironing board available. We requested compensation, which was promised to us by the management, but unfortunately, we never received it. Please note that the same management company operates other apartments on the same street, so travelers should be aware of this when booking.
• sonia (10/5): Nice apt on short notice - Very clean and nice . While in Milan the trains went on strike and we stuck there . Made a fast reservation and the host was most accommodating making sure we had a safe place to sleep instead of the airport!! Forever grateful Liked everything

• Marie Cécile (6/5): - L'emplacement idéalement situé avec le métro 1 à proximité. Un petit café à deux pas parfait pour prendre le petit déjeuner et le parking gardé (payant) à 150 m. L'appartement méritait une belle rénovation et un bon coup de nettoyage (nombreux cheveux trouvés et bouteille vide de gel douche de nos prédécesseurs dans la sdb) pour révéler tout son potentiel. Humidité au plafond de la sdb a côté de la VMC.

• Selimir (5/5): excellent location, all other overpaid - The apartment is in center and all around are markets, restaurants, caffe bars. Also have few metro stations very close and it's easy with lot of metro lines go anywhere in Milan. Apartment is with old furniture, bads not so comfortable, and was litlle cold in apartment but tryng to get warm with heating but don't get better situation, also turn on inverters and they don't rase more temerature. In bathroom feel moisture and roof have black of moisture. Also problem is to get bill and after one month what is important for us becouse we need them for company.

We didn’t know the check-in time until the last minute, which made planning our day challenging. - We requested a second pair of keys, which the host had previously agreed to provide, but we only received one set. - The extra bed lacked clean sheets. Although we found some in the closet, they didn’t seem freshly laundered.

• Matze (1/5): Cancellation - The tidyness of the place was insufficient. The photos on booking.com are shopped or from a better past. Trying to sitting down on the toilet was not possible, as I would have had to put my knees through the walls. The mattrasses were filthy and unsanitary. Eventually we did not stay more than two hours and booked a different hotel.
• M (4/5): Disappointing - The property is near the metro only few mins walk , the owner was great in communication. There was a bed in the kitchen which was strange, there was no hot water in this freezing weather with kids after the 1st day , on the top floor there was no hot water from the beginning, the kitchen light one of them was not working, the the bathroom had water leak from the toilet had to put towel on the floor , the stairs were too narrow with small kids ( both my kids) fell down is not convenient, there is no manual or instructions where things are and owner when got it touch wanted to send a handy man while we were there , which was not convenient. I strongly believe the property checks should have been done before the visit to find and fix faults before the guest’s entry, when asked if checks were done was told by the owner the cleaner came to clean the property which was not helpful. Guests should not be talking about faults to the owner all the time , that is not we paid for it should be checked prior to that to make the stay a comfort . There was not only 1 problem there were a few so how could that go unnoticed. The bathroom downstairs is too narrow as well. The furnitures and some of the items there are very outdated, there were naked wires in the kitchen where the kitchen light which is on the brim ( one not working) . Overall, with kids our stay was not great and we won’t be coming back there .

• Ross (6/5): Nice apartment but if you’re afraid of heights perhaps it’s not for you! - Air conditioning was great! Not far from the train stations made it easy to get about. The stairs were very narrow with no hand rail, and the downstairs single bed didn’t have sheets.

• Chrisoxon (7/5): Nice apartment in an excellent residential location with quick access to city centre and San Siro - This apartment is in an excellent location with good connections to the city centre and the San Siro via the nearby Metro stations and tram. It's situated on a wide residential street that has a number of nearby restaurants and bars (Akkademia is a great bar for quiet late evening drinks). The communication from the hosts was excellent and the key pick up was simple with helpful video instructions sent via WhatsApp. Thanks! The apartment has everything that you need for a short stay in Milan and we found it perfectly fine for our one night stay but it wasn't quite as clean as it could be (hence the Good rather than Exceptional rating) and be careful with the shower as the water does not drain away quickly [not a problem but long showers probably not a good idea :-)].
• Tamas (3/5): Pictures are completely misleading - Location was great. Great restaurants nearby. Subway close. There was a sofa downstairs in the kitchen that my child and I slept on and woke up with back pain. That couch is definitely not usable. It was extremely unconfortable. We also found bugs in the bed when he woke up. We wanted to do laundry, but the machine was full of mold. Not usable. Air conditionings were nothing more than a fan and we had 35 degrees outside. It was like staying in a sauna. We could barely fit through the front door with our luggages or while holding the baby. Not to mention the way too narrow staircase. The place was not very clean. I honestly don’t understand the high ratings. It was one of our worst booking experiences. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

• Dinara (9/5): Great family stay in Milano - Andrea was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Location is in a walking distance from the major sightseeing. There were definitely plenty of beds, perfect for families with several kids. Also, it’s just around the corner from two metro stops, and many-many restaurants and bakeries in surrounding streets!

Very nice and safe neighborhood, about 30 minutes on foot to the center. Value for money okay. The bathroom on the first level was very tight. It is difficult for a larger person to use a shower.
