• Audrey (4/5): Insalubre - L emplacement. l appartement est spacieux. Le ménage est fait. Il ne correspond en rien aux photos sur booking. Il y a des champignons et moisissure dans la salle de bain. Les murs sont tous en mauvais etats. Il y a un trou dans la fenêtre donc la chambre est tres bruyante. La porte de la salle de bain est cassée. La douche complètement bouchée. Appartement pas entretenu.

• Cyril (4/5): Une ville exceptionnelle mais un appartement qui ne correspond pas à l’annonce et qui ne justifie pas le prix payé. - Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville, tout est très accessible en transport et également à pieds pour des quartiers et sites attractifs (Panthéon, Colisée, Trastavere…). Le lit est également très confortable et agréable. Le standing de l’appartement ne correspond pas à celui annoncé dans l’annonce, et ne vaut globalement pas le prix payé. Notamment d’importantes moisissures dans la salle de bain ne sont pas signalées et sont problématiques pour les risques sur la santé. La porte coulissante de la salle de bain était totalement cassée et posée au sol, privant de toute intimité aux toilettes sans un déplacement difficile et dangereux. Enfin, un incompréhensible trou dans la vitre de la fenêtre pour l’air conditionné rend le double vitrage totalement inefficace et rend le sommeil très difficile avec la circulation des véhicules et l’agitation pouvant être importante sur la place sur laquelle donne directement la chambre. Le standing « deluxe » annoncé ainsi que le prix demandé malgré tout cela montre un manque de considération pour les personnes accueillies.

• Paula (5/5): - El baño no tenía puerta, estaba quitada y colocada fuera, en la pared.
• Vittoria (1/5): Esperienza terribile. - La posizione è ottima su una strada pedonale. L’unica nota positiva dell’appartamento è la posizione che è ottima. Il mio errore è stato prenotare per la posizione dato che avevo necessità di soggiornare in questa zona senza leggere prima le recensioni. E non posso fare altro che confermare quanto detto da altri ospiti: Struttura bisognosa di manutenzione, a partire dai muri ormai sporchi dall’uso e addirittura con segni di zanzare schiacciate che nessuno ha avuto la premura di rimuovere. Non essendovi un antibagno e dato che la porta è staccata dalla sede (porta a scorrimento pesante in legno) praticamente fai la doccia e usi il bagno nella zona pranzo/cucina, senza alcuna privacy e con problematiche di igiene. Naturalmente con il rischio che la porta possa cadere e fare male a qualcuno. Il sistema di riscaldamento/raffrescamento pesca l’aria da un foro nella finestra ma non essendo il tubo ben agganciato provoca problemi di spifferi e naturalmente di rumori provenienti dalla strada. Vi è stato un errore nel calcolo della tassa di soggiorno, vedo che è un problema di calcolo che capita spesso in questa struttura perché è stata una lamentela di diversi ospiti.

• Stephane (3/5): Good location, terrible host - Location was fantastic. Room was clean, and had a portable AC that worked. First, when we had to pay the city tax, he quoted us a number far above what booking.com had told us it would be. He said it was 7 euros per night per person, plus an additional 6 euros to pick up the cash. Booking had said 6 euros per night per person and made no mention of the pickup fee. We paid him what he asked, but it felt in my opinion like a shady way of skimming extra money off of customers. Secondly, on the last day of our stay, a cleaner opened the door without knocking, finding my girlfriend completely naked coming out of the shower. The cleaner showed me his schedule, and I showed him my booking, and he left. I contacted the property manager who instead of being apologetic told me the cleaning service must have made a mistake. We would have accepted an apology, but his dismissive attitude led us to ask to have the last day of our stay refunded. He then cut off all communication. Finally, the portable AC hose had no system to keep it outside the window which meant it kept falling off
• martina (1/5): - Posizione ottima puoi raggiungere anche piedi diverse zone centrali All’arrivo non ci è stato consentito l’accesso all’alloggio per circa 2 ore oltre l’orario previsto, con la giustificazione che la coppia precedente stava male. Durante l’attesa siamo stati costretti a lasciare i bagagli in deposito, pagando 10€ di tasca nostra. Una volta entrati, abbiamo riscontrato numerosi problemi gravi: – acqua calda mai funzionante per tutta la permanenza, con docce solo fredde; – frigorifero non funzionante; – lavello della cucina rotto e costantemente intasato; – WC che perdeva acqua; – porta del bagno rotta e appoggiata al muro: ci è stato detto dal proprietario che era stata danneggiata dall’uomo delle pulizie, ma dalle recensioni abbiamo visto che risultava già rotta in precedenza; – finestra con un buco, da cui entrava aria fredda: abbiamo dormito al freddo e ci siamo sentiti male. Il check-out risultava indicato alle 12 su Booking, ma con il proprietario era stato concordato alle 10. Nonostante ciò, la mattina della partenza ci è stato chiesto di uscire alle 9:30 per presunti lavori. Dopo che mi sono lamentata, anche perché stavamo male per il freddo della notte, ci è stato detto che potevamo restare fino alle 12. Tuttavia, alle 11 l’uomo delle pulizie è entrato nell’appartamento senza bussare, mentre eravamo ancora presenti. Al momento della partenza la cassetta per la restituzione delle chiavi non si apriva; abbiamo quindi consegnato le chiavi all’uomo delle pulizie e avvisato il proprietario, che ha comunque insistito che dovevano essere lasciate nella cassetta, nonostante fosse rotta. Unica cosa gestita con estrema rapidità: la riscossione della tassa di soggiorno, prelevata immediatamente. Esperienza complessivamente molto negativa e poco professionale.
• Laura (1/5): Experiencia nefasta sin servicios básicos y falta de seguridad. - La cama es cómoda. No recomiendo este alojamiento en absoluto. Nuestra estancia fue de dos días, fue un desastre por múltiples razones: ​Falta de suministros: No funcionaba el agua caliente, el frigorífico, la cafetera ni el radiador. Es inhabitable en invierno. ​Inseguridad y frío: La ventana tiene un agujero abierto al exterior (para un tubo de aire), lo que hace imposible mantener la temperatura y genera mucho ruido. Además, la puerta del baño estaba rota y simplemente apoyada en la pared, con riesgo de caerse sobre alguien. El anfitrión, nos dijo que se le acababa de romper a la de la limpieza, resulta que en comentarios de otros clientes vimos que llevaba rota varios meses. ​Irregularidades financieras: El anfitrión intentó estafarnos, cobrarnos una tasa turística en efectivo, sin factura y por un importe superior al legal. ​Una falta total de profesionalidad. Ya hemos elevado una reclamación formal a Booking.
• Patrick (1/5): Sconsigliatissimo. - Buona posizione Frigo rotto, macchina del caffè rotta, porta del bagno totalmente staccata, scaldabagno fa saltare la corrente, (doccia gelida) e scarico della doccia mal funzionante. Il proprietario ha chiesto più del dovuto per la tassa di soggiorno. Totalmente sconsigliato.

Overal bad. - The location was great for this property The state the apartment was in was terrible. The door for the bathroom wasn't attached. It was just leaning against the wall. The walls were all covered in markings or scratches. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There is a hole in the window for the AC, which means in winter the room is extremely cold. Also, allowing mosquitoes which swarmed the apartment. The bathroom had so much mould on the ceiling. The fridge also just didn't work at all. The pictures of this apartment do not tell the real story. If I had any spare time during the week I was there I would have found somewhere else to stay.

• pandphinder (4/5): El apartamento sería muy bueno si arreglaran los problemas del cuarto de baño - La ubicación La puerta del cuarto de baño estaba rota, concretamente apoyada contra la pared, la cisterna se salía y no había ni fregona para secar el agua, las paredes del cuarto de baño llenas de manchas de humedad. La cafetera estaba rota.
• Jessica (5/5): Only worth it for the location - Only the location The host dishonest and tried to charge me more for city tax. I however questioned this as stated differently on booking.com to which he then agreed to. The bathroom is filled with mold, and the bathroom door was completely off its hinges, therefore couldn’t be shut for privacy. Toilet was also leaking when I arrived. I notified the host, who didn’t seem fussed about the issue. I had to use towels to soak up the continual leak my entire stay.

• Paola (1/5): LOCATION TOP but lots of broken things,place stink tabacco,shower not draining, toilet broken etc... - Location was the best I did not like a few things- first they confirmed early cehck in at 1pm, but no answer until 3pm when check in time is - and we could nto get in until 4pm when the apartment was ready- then when we arrived at the house, the worst was not having a bathjroom for the toilet (no privacy) and the toilet was not working - we then had to wait for someone and lost 3 hours to have them fixed the toilet- being there less than 48 hours and with plans it was not nice, specially because we couldn´t check in on time. Besides that the shower the water was not draining, the soap machines were not working int he shower nor in the bathroom, the WHOLE house smelled like TABACCO BIG TIME we had to leave the windows open and even still the towels, sheets everything smelled like tabacco, the nespresso machine was not working besides the many small things in the apartment. I will send pictures
• erica (1/5): NON PRENOTATE - NIENTE La posizione è in centro ma non vale la pena. Al terzo piano senza ascensore. In appartamento ci sono due finestre buie, una non si può aprire, l’altra è dentro al condominio. Il bagno aveva il lavandino intasato con dentro una blatta, nella doccia un pelo e un capello. All’ingresso è presente un armadio dove di solito si ripongono cuscini e coperte di scorta, erano tutti gialli e lerci. Sulle lenzuola del letto c’erano le macchie. Allego tutte le foto. Pulizia non esiste, abbiamo alloggiato ad agosto e c’era uno scontrino di giugno. Le foto pubblicate su Booking non sono veritiere per quello che poi si trova. Il proprietario della struttura è scortese e neanche si fa vedere, al reclamo delle lenzuola sporche aveva anche il coraggio di negare, senza neanche offrirsi di cambiarle. Ce ne siamo andati dopo una notte nonostante ne avessimo pagate 4 perché era davvero sporco. non consiglio a nessuno di prenotare. Il frigo è sprovvisto di qualsiasi cosa, viene promessa acqua ma non c’è.
• Abhijeet (10/5): Exceptional - Great property right in the heart of largo Argentina, very close to major attractions. Has 3 bus stops within 2 mins walk. Felt really safe and the host is always there to help you.

I tried to contact him but he didn't answer me anymore and I couldn't call him. We had to leave the apartment at 10:00/10:30 although the booking stipulated a check out until 12:00. Wc was very small, not very clean. Kitchen with a lot of things leaved by other guests. AC very noisy.

There was no tea towel in the kitchen. Very noisy from the street. The owner wanted to charge us more money for tax. Also, check-out is stated at 12am, but the owner said it is at 10am. Also very dusty.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great stay! - Great location, pleasant stay. Has all the bits you need for a short stay and everything usable condition. Kitchen good size with fridge freezer and tea, oil, salt, sponge, washing up liquid provided. Bed comfortable, shower lovely and towels provided with toilet roll and soap, always a bonus. WiFi works fine tv mostly in Italian but with the odd film/program in English, could do with netflix. Buses and taxis outside take you to all sites but we walked as you can. Umbrella provided which came in handy. Excellent food and drink right on the doorstep. I think this apartment is a good option for the value and location. You are right in the centre. Enjoyed Rome so much ! Apartment is a bit tired could do with a freshen up/paint. Some marks and dirt on surfaces, furniture. Kitchen is perfectly adequate but no oven only microwave and hob. Also could do with more cleaning products like another bin bag, drying cloth for dishes. Expect some noise staying there as you are in the city but there was 2 nights with people shouting and banging on the door. It was annoying more than anything but I felt safe enough. Things listed and not provided such as oven, coffee, cookies etc this needs correcting as would help guests on arrival. Toilet seat needs fixing as was loose and extra pillow on the bed would be good.
