• Silvia-Maria (9/5): O ședere foarte plăcută și confortabilă! - Spațios, bucătăria bine utilată, cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o ședere confortabilă. Bine plasat, accesibil. Gazda promptă și foarte drăguță. In dormitorul mai mic, de lângă baie, se aud mai tare zgomotele străzii, se face aprovizionarea la magazinul de langa, de asemenea și curățenia stradală, care începe pe la ora 6.
• PODARELU (8/5): Nu cea mai ok alegere. - Este un apartament mare, la 7-8 minute de Rialto. Aproape de restaurante si magazine. Din punctul asta de vedere este ok. Persoana ce ne-a intampinat a fost de treaba. Apa,cafea si ceai din partea casei. Nu este foarte ok amenajat, pretul este cam mare pentru ce ofera. Am calatorit cu doi copii, unul de 6 ani si unul de 9 luni. Temperatura in apartament era de 17 grade la inceputul lunii octombrie. Cand am cerut ca centrala sa mearga ni s-a zis ca doar din data se 15 octombrie se porneste centrala. In fine, am pornit singur centrala si asta a fost rezolvarea. Curentul a cazut de 2 ori, pentru a da drumul trebuie sa cobori in scara blocului la parter, sa gasesti contorul si sa il pornești. Cam neplăcut si daca era un grup de doamne/domnisoare probabil ca era si mai neplăcut de gestionat. Geamurile vechi, auzi de afara tot ce misca, la 6-7:00 dimineata auzi gunoierii si distribuitorii care cara tomberoane si caruțele de distribuție. Nu a fost cea mai placuta sedere in Italia, a fost chiar cea mai neplacuta sa fiu sincer.

Will definitely suggest this place to friends The air conditioning in main leaving room wasn’t cooling enough. The air conditioning in one bedroom was leaking water. 2 air conditioning remote wasn’t functioning. However, one was working for all and it didn’t bother us. This unit needs deep cleaning once in a while ( corners, under furnitures, etc
• Mariluce (8/5): - Localização, instalações, conforto , bom banheiro e cozinha. Apartamento lindo e tudo muito arrumado e confortável. Em cima do guarda roupas e cortina a empresa não está limpando onde não se nota. Observar pra limpar em todas as partes ate em baixo das camas e em cima dos armários. Mas no geral tudo muito limpo e arrumado .

Super knowledgeable with fantastic suggestions on where to eat. The location was great and was super quiet. The air con didn't work in 1 bedroom and wasn't very efficient in the living room.

• Arkadiy (7/5): Good - The location is perfect, easy to access to main attractions, supermarket and cafes. Also the interior design is attractive and nice. The apartment itself is clean and neat. Late checkout is 30 EUR, although we were notified about that, yet still quite a bummer. Wifi is poor in some rooms, how water wasn't on due to boiler issues. Also the dishwasher broke during our stay, so the water went on the floor.

• Kai (10/5): An amazing stay, highly recommend for the best locations in Venice! - There was water in the fridge available when we got there, the location was fabulous & very close to all the attractions of Venice. The man we met when collecting the keys was very helpful and told us where all of the local shops were, with maps and directions and some food recommendations as well. Everything was fabulous, the shower was the only thing without too much pressure, however we know this is a common thing with buildings in Venice, so we were not disgruntled :)
• Charlotte (6/5): Great place for a night if your island hopping - Location was good, just a shame they were dredging the beach outside of our room as we had a balcony would have been nice to see more of the beach instead of machinery. Very quiet but probably due to the time of year, the bar wasn’t open so when we came back k ended up straight to our room. Room was clean and comfy enough for family of 4. Staff were really helpful and polite couldn’t fault them. Breakfast was good a good choice of cooked and continental. Just a bit more atmosphere would have been nice to have a drink in the bar and the view from our room was a bit depressing.
• Dina (7/5): Good - Location was on a quiet little street, so very quiet at night. Just a few steps to get groceries. Close to boat to Murano, and we walked to all the Venice attractions.

• Amelia (9/5): Nice place to stay in Venice. - The apartment is roomy and comfortable. The location is in easy walking distance to major tourist attractions. We enjoyed several restaurants nearby. It is close to the water taxi to Murano and the Alilaguna service to the airport. Rooms are large and couldn't have fit perhaps another pull out sofa in the main room for an extra sleeping option for a family with 3 older kids. Floor did not feel very clean based on our socks after walking around the apartment.

It was very spacious, had AC, and easy to get to from the place w - Sofia was very accommodating and met us at our place early so we could leave our luggage and get our keys before check-in time so we could tour the island without having to bring our bags with us. She was so nice and gave us some good tips on restaurants and information on how to get to our place!

• Viktor (9/5): Superb - Good location, comfortable apartments, absolutely enough space for big families with kids. Air conditioners in rooms are a big plus in August. The fridge works, but the main section was really not cold enough to keep water and others in good condition.

• Chris (1/5): poor - location The bed was broken which we had to sleep in. The boiler was leaking in the kitchen which meant we to turn off the electrics in the kitchen The radiator was leaking in the bedroom which flooded it. we paid 1200 for 2 nights euros and only received 200 compensation

• Jasmin (10/5): Loved the apartment. - I liked the decore, the location, it was a nice stay and great for my entire family! The sofa beds were not comfortable but when are those ever comfortable and the water pressure sucked but it’s a gorgeous old building with so much character, can’t expect that.
