• ELODIE (7/5): Parfait pour passer quelques jours à Naples et se faire les jambes. Ok pour le rapport qualité prix. - L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville et permet de pouvoir rejoindre différents quartiers, malgré les nombreuses marches à monter, l'appartement est très simple mais confortable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il semblait y avoir le nécessaire pour cuisiner. L'appartement est relativement calme. L'annonce n'est pas très claire, le logement qui nous a été attribué n'avait pas la vue escomptée, sur le Vésuve, mais la vue était tout de même agréable. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, mais pour le tarif c'est correct. à noter, il n'y avait qu'une chambre, le lit double se trouvant dans le salon.

• Viki (8/5): - It's really good apart, clean, comfortable and cosy. Hot water, conditioner was good and the kitchen also has everything you need .. We were glad with the bed( pillows also are good) 👍 and the most important and exclusive is the view 🪟💞 we loved it so much! I knew that the flat is not on the first floor, but it was a bit harder than we thought.. when you are spend all the day on your feet and then you need to get home.. upstairs! It's not easy) but the is very beautiful ❤️

• Hagen (5/5): It has served its purpose, but overpriced for the given comfort. - The view was great. The bed was comfortable. It was very sparsely furnished. The chest of drawers in the bedroom is broken. There is only one normal sized plate and 2 tiny plates; the frying pan is dented and encrusted with food. The inside of the kitchen cabinets is sticky. The bathroom smells. The shower cubicle is not clean. And its 110 stairs in the stairwell to get up to the apartment.
• Said (4/5): - Дом в среднем состоянии что может быть и соответствует цене, НО когда мы заселились дом был очень грязным. Вся посуда была в разводах жира и ещё чего то. Ванная комната была в грязном состоянии. Владелец не поставил даже новую мочалку и мыло для посуды чтобы мы сами смогли помыть посуду. На нашу жалобу на то что дом в грязном состоянии и мы сами на свои средства помыли и ванную и посуду, хозяин дома сперва пообещал отправить уборщицу на следующий день, а потом сам утром пришел и захотел чтобы мы показали где конкретно грязно. Естественно грязной посуды и ванной комнаты уже не было так как мы вынуждены были сами убраться, насчёт грязного постельного белья он с нами не согласился. И вообще владелец в конце обиделся что мы его побеспокоили просто так, так как губка и мыло это очень незначительная сумма ну и то что их дома не было, и грязной посуды и ванной комнаты он по приезду на следующий день не обнаружил так как всё было вымыто нами в день прибытия. Дом располагается в принципе ближе к центру, НО он находится на последнем этаже старого здания с очень высокими ступеньками, поэтому если вы в не отличной физической форме то добираться до дома будет для вас настоящим испытанием
• Jakub (6/5): Piękny widok - Widok jest przepiękny. Budzenie się o wschodzie słońca z widokiem na Wezuwiusz jest czystą magią. Nawet ilość schodów do pokonania jest niczym w stosunku do tego widoku. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jeżdżę po Włoszech od 25 lat i lubię klasyczny styl włoskich mieszkań. Jednak tutaj wnętrze jest urządzone jak by ze starych mebli, których właściciel po prostu już nie potrzebował Mieszkanie posprzątane tylko powierzchownie. Z toalety wychodzi nieprzyjemny zapach. Ściana z mieszkaniem sąsiadującym jest cieniutka także sąsiadów bardzo słychać. Małe dodatki robią robotę- zazwyczaj w bookingach jest mały zestaw powitalny. Nie mówię tu o winach, czekoladach czy innych dodatkach. Mimo, że właściciel wiedział iż przyjeżdżamy późno nie nie było żadnej wody do picia. Nie jest to coś co musi być i nie mam pretensji ale jest to zawsze miły ukłon w kierunku gości.
• giuliana (8/5): Peaceful flat and great location - I love the location just 10 mins walk from underground Salvador Rosa, close to shops, off the main road so very peaceful flat. Beautiful view with hills, gardens with lemon trees. Safe area, only residents have access. Good value for money. Clean and spacious flat for 4, comfortable beds. 4th floor no lift so I recommend only for fit people and ok for youth, no suitable for small kids or elderly. We enjoyed the stay in this flat in beautiful Naples and host was very helpful. One evening we walk to Piazza Garibaldi in about 15 mins from flat, was great to walk in the area and see more local life. Thank you for the hospitality Bathroom ok but no amazing

• Alberto (8/5): Por el precio no está mal pero, debido a la ubicación y escalones, buscaría otra cosa si tuviera que repetir - El apartamento en sí no está mal, es como en las fotos. Eso sí, tened en cuenta que el de las vistas bonitas al Vesubio es solamente el apartamento para dos personas. El anfitrión fue amable y dispuesto en todo momento, se aseguró de que no nos faltase nada. La ubicación: llegar a pie con el equipaje puede ser un reto. Muchas cuestas, y calles confusas: Google maps nos llevaba a otra calle aún más arriba con el mismo nombre. Aficionalmente, una vez superas las cuestas, tienes que subir 4 pisos de escalones altos sin ascensor, 110 escalones. No seria problema si no fuera porque cada uno es como el doble de alto de un escalón normal. Es algo dificultoso tras pasar todo el día fuera haciendo turismo. No hay microondas.

• Souaâd (9/5): - Un hôte qui est à l'écoute. L'appartement est confortable, propre et agréable. Il se situe dans un quartier très agréable avec toutes les commodités. Nous recommandons vivement. . Naples est une ville assez grande et vallonnée. Un abonnement à la semaine ne revient qu'à 16,50€ et permet de circuler aisément entre les nombreux sites et quartiers à visiter.
• ursula (8/5): Die Wohnung ist imJunggesellenstyle eingerichtet und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut zu empfehlen - Die Wohnung liegt in einem Innenhof und ist dadurch relativ ruhig. Auch die Abgase der Straße sind nicht so stark zu spüren. Der Blick Richtung Berghang mit Orangengärten ist sehr schön. Die Dusche hat gut funktioniert. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig oder mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar Während unserem Aufenthalt war das Heizgerät defekt, somit war es sehr kalt. Die Küchengeräte funktionierten nur zum Teil

Apartment is close to 2 metro stations- Salvator Rosa, Materdei which connects you to historical centre. 10 minutes farther there is a medium size market-Supero. Right on the left side of apartment there is small market. Landlord was very responsive and kind. Stairs to the apartment might be a bit challenging for old people.

• Mario (10/5): Gorgeous, comfortable genuine napolitan experience - Great neighborhood, easy communication with the owner, very clean and amazing view. The photos don't do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have both a fridge, a freezer and an oven to cook a little bit. The bed was squeaky but comfortable. In general the bedroom was large and super nice to stay in. The lighting however could be improved, another lamp or a warmer colour for the lightbulbs would really help it be more comfortable for the winter months when the sun sets earlier and you can't depend on natural light.

Für die Gegend ist das schon außergewöhnlich, denn im Umfeld herrscht ein infernalischer Verkehrslärm, selbst für Napoli-Verhältnisse. Wer die 4-Personen-Wohnung wegen der Aussicht bucht, wird enttäuscht. Kein Vesuv zu sehen.

• jOANNA (2/5): Pobyt 14-19.08 - W sumie to nic. Największy dramat to schody ( 25 cm wysokości jeden), a ogólnie jest ich ponad 100 żeby wejść na III p. więc nie polecam jeśli ktoś nie ma kondycji. Mieszkanie, które już swoje przeżyło i powinno przejść gruntowny remont. Ściema z widokiem na Wezuwiusz. Chyba, że z innego mieszkania. Brudna podłoga. I ogólnie jeśli chodzi o czystość to bardzo słabo. Stare, poszarzałe ręczniki. Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju wypoczynkowym, tylko w tym małym była klimatyzacja. Mrówki na blacie kuchennym. Zlażą się szafki tam gdzie stoi kosz na śmieci 😖 Komary. Wyposażenie kuchenne woła o pomstę do nieba. Nie wiem ile lat mają garnki i patelnia, ale ich czas świetności dawno minął. Byłam z córką po 12 godzinach podróży, zmęczone. Marzyłyśmy żeby się zdrzemnąć. Dostałam wiadomość żeby zostawić opłatę klimatyczną w szafce, w korytarzu. Po czym po godzinie właściciel obudził nas żeby dać mu opłatę klimatyczną😖Masakra. Nigdy więcej w to miejsce.

• Losonczi (8/5): Kellemes - Csodás elhelyezkedés, autentikus épület, valóban 10 perc séta a nyüzsgő belvárostól. És nem hallatszik mégsem a város zaja. Környéken rengeteg kis kávézó, élelmiszer és egyéb kisbolt. Parkolni is tudtunk, ingyenes utcai helyeken. Gördülékeny kommunikáció. A 4 fős apartman nem azzal a kilátással rendelkezik, amire számítottunk. Az a kettő személyesre vonatkozik. Ez szerintem nem volt egyértelmű a hirdetesnel. Nem volt teljesen tiszta a konyhai felszerelés, és a fürdő. És egy kislámpa nagyon hiányzott a hálószobából.

And mind you - there are a lot of stairs 😄 the location is super close to the old city center, the apartament was very clean and had all the utilities needed. The self check-in was easy and the owner, Alessandro, was very helpful whenever we needed some information about the city and responded very quickly to our messages. We really appreciated that. We loved the place and totally recommend it! We’ll definitely go back there if we’ll visit Napoli again :) -

Well stocked apartment, we had everything we needed. Not a complaint, but there are lots of stairs to the apartment on the 4th floor so be mindful if you need accessible accommodation.

Best part is the incredible view from the 4th floor. You see the mountain in the background while you’re having a beer. The host was very responsive as well
• Radoicic (6/5): Gorgeous views, nice little hub with lots of stairs to get in shape and somewhat questionable hygene - Obviously, the view is gorgeous. You can just stare at it morning, day, evening and nigh which is why we got the place. tThe place is for the most part equipped okay. The bed is okay (but very squeaky), bathroom is normal, there is the hairdryer, clean towels etc. You can use the airconditioning and a small heater if it’s cold, which was greatly appreciated. Location is great, you are in the center with 15-20 mins by foot, and there are several metro stations relatively near by, and bus stations right below the accomodation. There are food places and shops that work until later at night, so you can always pick up what you need. Main thing would be the cleanliness - the floors, kitchen, bathroom etc should be cleaned better and more thorough, and we are not spoiled, I imagine other people would mind it more. Second thing is - the kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but it’s manageable (throw in a couple of wine glasses, we are in Italy :)). Third thing - we could hear a lot from the other apartment with which we shared a bedroom wall, and I assume they could hear us, too, so there is less privacy.
• Lyosh (9/5): An island of calm and greenery in the centre of the chaos - We had the bigger apartment overlooking a large orange and lemon orchard. Very quiet, birds in the morning rather than usual beeps and honks. Very close to the centre - 10 minutes on foot. Alessandro is a great host, he was very helpful. One thing to consider - it is quite a walk up the stairs - but then who said Naples was flat?

The towels left on the bed were still wet so they had a significant smell. The bathroom smalled a bit and it was a bit chilly inside, but overall I would still recommend it.

• Tara (9/5): An apartment with breathtaking views of Naples! - Napoli Panoramica is a compact, comfortable apartment near to Salvator Rosa metro station. For arrival from Stazione Centrale, take the Linea 1 metro line from the metro station entrance in the sunken shopping mall outside the station. At Salvator Rosa, the Via B. Caracciolo exit brings you out a lot closer to the apartment. The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable bed and good storage, a kitchen with a table and chairs, a large fridge, stove and cooker. There's a small bathroom with shower. Considering the cacophony of car and scooter horns on Via Salvator Rosa, it’s quiet in the apartment, which is a great bonus. As its name suggests, the apartment’s main selling point is one of the most fabulous views in Naples, right across the city to Vesuvius and on to the bay. The shifting light conditions are absorbing from dawn to dusk. If you love Naples, you’ll delight in picking out features, like the facade of the cathedral, the back of the KIMBO sign and the bell tower of Santa Maria del Carmine. We had a pair of mini-binoculars, which made finding the city's landmarks lots of fun! The down side to getting this view is climbing a hundred and seven steep steps, in seven flights from ground level. If you have good mobility this won’t be a problem, but I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone with health or mobility issues.

• Vladimir (5/5): Where is panoramic view? - Napoli is pictoresque city, accomodation its not what I expected from the bookig ad.... To many stairs, very steep stairs, its very good if you prepare for the olimpycs... ..the view and terace is not like declared in the ad... ..very poor equipt, no caffe machine, host could leave a few bags of tea or a little bit of coffie, its not too expesive, it shows lack of attentivnes thowards the guest... Bathroom is a little bit strange with one step, very conviniate for bracking the neck, problem with hot water capacity, boiler is to small

• Miguel (1/5): Bad - Apartment seemed like a great deal from the pictures but of course the room was totally different (apparently that was the other of the two rooms available, but they just put pictures of the best one and probably sell the worst cheaper). Host got into argument with us because we brought a friend to the room for a few hours, while he had video of us getting inside the house in his personal mobile phone (of course he did not warn us that he would film us or that there were cameras inside the house). He shouted with us as soon as he got inside the room, mostly in Italian, threatened us in order to force us to give him money for the extra guest or this person's documents. In the end we took a stand and he gave up ( we started calling booking and we managed to try explain our point somehow...). Welcome to Napoli, be prepared if going for the first time.

• Alexander (10/5): Would stay again if visiting Naples area - One of the best booking options for a couple in this price range in Naples. Bed was super comfortable to sleep. Area is quiet at night and noise isn’t a problem compared to other areas within this price range. Also feels safe with no homeless or drug addicts for you to see around. Close to the metro station Salvator Rosa (7-8 minutes walking distance up the street) - and then around 20 minutes ride to Garibaldi Central Station. Working AC and wonderful view from the balcony. Host is friendly, quick and easy to communicate with in English. There are a lot of steps from the street to the apartment door, but if you plan to visit the Amalfi Coast area and the near islands during the day - long walkings and taking steps shouldn’t bother you if you are fit and healthy. Don’t go for this option if you have movement problems, difficulties or getting tired easily.
• Oli (10/5): Exceptional - We spent a delightful week in Naples. After our long walks, we returned to the apartment to admire the view of Vesuvius and the birds soaring in the sky. Each day, depending on the weather and time of day, it revealed a different beauty. The apartment has two panoramic windows (balconies) and is filled with plenty of daylight, just the way I love it. The decor details enrich the overall feel of the apartment. The bed is soft and comfortable. We loved leaving the windows open and waking up to the gentle breeze of fresh morning air. The kitchen was equipped with just enough dishes and cutlery for us to prepare our meals. The soundproofing was good, or perhaps we were just lucky with quiet neighbors. Nearby, there’s a pizzeria with delicious Margherita pizza – "Gianni & Genny" (tastier than the one from the Eat, Pray, Love pizzeria). The neighborhood felt pleasant and convenient. It was already said a lot about the steep and high steps to the apartment :) But they didn't cause us much trouble. The narrow authentic streets of Naples, the majestic Vesuvius, and the historical Pompeii, paired with the breathtaking panoramic views from this apartment, made our vacation truly unforgettable. I would like the apartment to be a bit cleaner. Also, I recommend replacing the frying pan.

Alessandro is a nice guy, he waited for us to do the check in, and made us feel comfortable The flat, specially our bed, blankets and towels, should be carefully wash or replace them, they didn’t look 100% and didn’t have good smell. Besides the stairs are not joke, for me it wasn’t a problem, but my Mom was really tired walking up all the stairs.

• Yasmin (10/5): A perfect picturesque stay near the heart of Napoli - The view is just exceptional. The pictures don’t do it justice. As someone who doesn’t like to stay out too late, as I’m a solo female traveller and much more of a morning bird than a night owl, it was really lovely to have somewhere to come back to each night and have that view and do a tad reading before dark. The bed was crazy comfy and I got a great night sleep every night. Warning to those who can’t handle stairs, this is up quite high, and whilst I can manage it I imagine for some people that would be a difficult climb with a suitcase. Mostly clean but a few areas of the floor that were a bit dusty but nothing major. Shower head could do with a de-limescale and the bit that is supposed to keep it in place doesn’t stay and so showering was slightly annoying

• Marina (10/5): Bellissimo! - We had a great time in the apartment enjoying the view from the 2 balconies, beds were comfy, especially for us it was important to have a kitchen and all the dishes needed was in there.The host Alessandro is very friendly. Perfect location, shops and cafes were really close. Walking upstairs was a good fitness!Napoli Panoramica felt so much like home! Definitely recommended.

• Olga (8/5): Great value for money - Walking distance to town, fairly clean, comfortable beds, fairly quiet since it was a high up, overall, it was definitely a great value for money. Be prepared, there is a lot of steps. The place was a bit chilly, we couldn't manage to turn the heater on. There was only one extension cord so we had to plug everything into it including the kettle.
• Timo (2/5): Very poor - the view over the city was nice. the apartment is located in a lively neighborhood the Landlord was not very Kind and cooperative and disturbed us twice in the morning because he spotted an additive guest staying for one night on the Security camera. the stairs were very exhausting too, an Elevator would be great.

• Oceane (7/5): Good - Stunning view! Good location. Calmness in the flat Kitchen is there but little bit poor ustensiles to properly cook but it’s doable and we made great dinners. We stayed for almost a week so we cooked ourselves some days!

• Orientino (7/5): No view - We expected to see the Vesuvio from our windows, but unfortunately, our room didn't face the right direction for the view. All the rest was good.
• Anonymous (7/5): Good - The owner was kind and was there to help you anytime. The apartment was on the third floor and the stares were too high. There wasn’t enough kitchen stuff for cooking. And when booking we thought we would get the apartment with balcony and view. But we did not.

• Ανδρεασ (6/5): Pleasant - Location,view Too many stairs (and steep).Old decoration, broken or old appliances/accessories,not fresh towels (towels & sheets from previous tenants were lined to dry just outside the appartment door for at least 1 week).
• Monika (8/5): good but too many stairs - good location, various shops around, 15 min walk to via Roma the 200 steps of half meter each you need to do to reach the flat . Not recommended for an older person.
• Ruut (7/5): Good enough for 1-2 nights but not longer - Spacious enough for 2 night stay for a family of four. AC working in the separate bedroom, only a small fan ik the other room (kitchen/livingroom +double bed. The desription on a panoramic view towards the sea did not apply to this appartement- the ajacent appartement might have it? (smaller size) lamp in the separate bedroom was not working properly, was not fixed during our stay. The stairs leading to the building itself and then to the 3rd floor were really high- would not work for people with knee/hip issue or with small kids.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - Napoli Panoramica has a great view! Everything was fine. If you are booking this place, you should consider that Napoli panoramica is one apartment divided into two smaller apartments so you can hear your nieighbours behind the wall (like snoring, talking and laughing at late night).

• Peter (9/5): Superb - The city is amazing So many stairs up to the apartment... Over 100 and each step is very tall. Definitely burnt off some of the pizza calories
• Ewa (10/5): A very successful holiday with a view of the mandarine orchard - Although it is in the city center, the apartment is extremely quiet. The apartment had a great view of the city, and under the windows there was a fabulous orchard with mandarins and lemons. There was a bakery nearby and shops with excellent local cheeses (I recommend provola affumicata sorrentina). There was a taxi rank nearby which made it easy to get to the airport. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful. The beds were new and comfortable.
