• Alex (9/5): Nice, Updated Property - Apartment is very nice. Sleeping is either in a regular size double bed or up a narrow flight of stairs to a larger bed. This is important for people to be aware of. The TV isn't great but don't watch much TV in Rome.

• Kristina (10/5): - The location was definitely something we weren't expecting, it really said 6 minutes from Colosseums and it delivered. The apartment was very easily to find and very spacious, cozy and clean. I wish we could stay more days in Rome and enjoy the city and the apartment.

Potrebbe essere meglio attrezzata la cucina, non ci sono tazze sufficienti per la colazione di tutti, nè cucchiaini. Non c’è set di base per cucinare, ma solo il sale.

• Iva (10/5): Perfect and spacious apartment a minute from Colosseum. - The apartment is just a minute away from Colosseum, it was very spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need for making your meals. We stayed there in February and inside was always very warm. There is also a small terrace from wich you can se the Forum. The hostes told us everything step by step how to enter and leave the apartment, and we could even check in before the official enerting time. Would stay there every other time in Rome 😁

• Anna (7/5): Good - Nice apartament in a great location! Simple comunication with a host. We've spend there three nights and it was perfect for our needs. The only thing I missed was having more electrical outlets in the kitchen and some smaller lamps to make it cozier (but that's just my personal preference, and it might not bother others ;) ). In general I recomend this place and will keep it in mind for our next journey to Rome.
• Gintarė (8/5): Very good - very good place. the apartment is old, it has its own aura. comfortably furnished. there was a lack of blankets because it was cold at night in October.
• Carole (1/5): Awful - Closeness to Coloseum Having to boil kettle on floor, putting the extension lead at the back of the sink near the tap and plugging in the microwave near water. Nowhere to stand washed dishes. Microwave directly between sink and gas hob. Faulty light in fridge which was melting the light cover and was extremely hot. When complained told to turn fridge off, so needed to put our food in freezer compartment overnight, which obviously defrosted overnight and everything soaking wet when we came to remove it. Bedroom facilities very poor. No bedside lights or tables, one side of bed against the wall. Very, very disappointing, especially as it was our wedding anniversary and I thought I had booked what looked a nice apartment for a special occasion.

• Vincent (10/5): Beautiful apartment right next to the collose - We had AC in the bedroom and the living room and a little balcony. The apartment was beautiful and right next to the Colosseum. The staff was always available via Whatsapp and very friendly. They forgot to change our towels once when I asked them to but otherwise there were no problems

• Lukas (7/5): Not bad - Great location and spacious. Split system air-conditioning did not work in the middle of summer. The owner did attend to it and said that it will be fixed after we booked out.
• Nadezhda (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location less than 200 m from the metro station and the Colosseum. The flat is clean, spacious, comfortable and has a nice kitchen. The check in and the check out is easy.

• Nicolas (7/5): Nice flat close to Coliseum - Nice location very close to the Coliseum, close to the metro stations Colosseo and Cavour. The Monti district is very nice. The flat and the beds were comfortable overall. It was one of the cheapest accommodation we found. Difficult access for disabled people or with small babies. (many stairs around the flat, small elevators, and small door entrance) The bed they gave us for the baby didn't have any mattress. Some light bulbs were missing. The doors of the shower were broken and had mould The codes for the flat were given very late

There is a wifi access, despite was not indicated n the description of the facilities Some maintenance is needed in the apartment. Water pressure in the shower was not so good, and we needed to reset the boiler twice. The TVs were not working either.
• Fem (8/5): Good stay, also with kids. Great!! - Location is fantastic, Colosseo literally around the corner / metro too. No noise from surroundings. Spacious apartment. Bathroom needs a little update, but is fine. Very good quality mattresses, and hotel quality towels. Very responsive host. A coffeebar with something to eat below, very good and handy. Our bedroom was a little warm during the heat, aircon seemed broken. Host was very responsive; mecanic came round and for the time she gave us a good stand up fan. For us this solved the heat problem.

• Luan (8/5): Great experience, host with instant responses - Clean, great location, super fast communication with the owner. The AC in the room was a little weak and the battery from the remote was gone, but no big deal.
• Chih-i (10/5): Over all, it was really a nice stay! - It was really great! The accomation is literally in front of Colosseum. The host was really nice that she always reply promply. We asked for a shuttle from the airport and she arranged somebody to pick us up and helped us to get a key. The room itself was big enough for 4 people to stay in. There was a lift which is very traveller-frendly. The bathroom door was a bit broken that we need to use some strength to open/close it. The hair dryer was a bit easy to get over-heat that we gotta wait for it to cool down before the next person and dry thier hair.
• Lucy (9/5): Perfect - The location was amazing!!! Walking out in the morning, turning the corner and seeing the Colosseum was fabulous and it is close to everything. check in easy even though we arrived at 1am, key safe all very straight forward. Perfect base for exploring! pillows a bit hard!
• Jozine (8/5): It was great! - The accommodations were great. It was very clean and a great location! The toilet didn’t flush well, but we told the owner and they fixed it immediately!
• Kim (4/5): Disappointing - Location was brilliant easy access to all sights and restaurants.. The apartment was not what I was expecting .was not happy with the bedrooms, there was no privacy .I was expecting 2 bedrooms not 1bed downstairs and the other 1upstairs with open bannisters therefore no privacy and no window to open. Also we had no kettle to make tea on our arrival, waited until the second night to receive a kettle. The crockery was not good the mugs were very stained and needed to be bleached or replaced.the toilet seat was loose so you had to be careful when you lifted the lid and when you sat down .no coat hangers for our clothes and the rug in the kitchen was a trip hazard .also 1 if the beds was against the wall and the other bed only had about 5inches either side ,which meant you had to go sideways to get into the bed .

• Margarita (6/5): Good location but a little bit tired fittings - Exceptional location, comfortable bedding, nice and cozy bedroom. We had a problem with hot water and heating. Had to arrive to the room at agreed time to let in the serviceman and to wait until he finish. Problem was fixed very quickly. But still have to say that bathroom needs to be upgraded, the shower is leaking and you have to wait until warm water starts to run. Floor is also too cold in the bathroom.
• Kasandra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in an amazing location, 2 minute walk to the Colosseum and Metro. The apartment itself is great - spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and easy to access.. The host is very helpful and responsive.
• Anastasios (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect and it was very clean. Also the mattresses were very good. There was a sound when the boiler was on.
• Christina (6/5): Pleasant - Great neighborhood slightly secluded from the coliseum and crowds. there were bars and a restaurant outside our door. We were a couple and a friend. The second bed was a lift above our bedroom. I did not expect that from the photos. It would be a great place for a family. There was incense in the bathroom closet that was not good for people with sensitivity to perfumes.

• Joel (4/5): Good location but not really to be recommended - Very well located, just around the corner to the Colosseum. Apartment clean. Whole apartment rather old-fashioned. Bathroom should be renovated asap, shower doors are falling apart and mouldy!! Sofa uncomfortable. Table in living room has only two chairs, although the apartment hosts 4 persons. Lights are not great, for example there is only one light for the double-bed downstairs and the bed upstairs on the mezzanine. Also, no possibility to store your luggage after check out. Would not recommend for a longer stay, there are better options in Rome.
• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - That is the perfect example of accomodation. Everything sparkling clean, beautiful design, the small things are there, salt peper oil vinegar, towels and shampoo, a nice note from the owner not to take the garbage out, I wish every host would do the same ! The location...dream location, next to metro, Colosseum and full of small terraces there to enjoy the amazing italian food. Maybe for a long stay would be nice to have a washing mashine. You can sleep on the couch in the kitchen if you are 3 people like we were but overall there can fit up to 5 persons there. I will definitely come there again. There is a Carrefour minimarket 10 minutes walk.

The apartment is simple but nicely furnished, with a nice view of the interior small garden. There is a strong mold smell in the bathroom Only 1 mosquito net in the bedroom, but none in the living room and bathroom
