Łazienki nie do końca czyste, ręczniki z żółtymi plamami. Przy korzystaniu z wody w obu łazienkach równolegle bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody.

There is also a very nice courtyard where you can spend your evenings enjoying dinner and planning your next day.

• Toni (9/5): - Majoituimme kattohuoneistossa ja huoneisto juuri sellainen, kuin kuvissa.Terassit ovat todella isoja,mahdut helposti joogaamaan tai tekemään kuperkeikkoja.Sijainti erinomainen,tupakkakauppa vieressä, josta saat lipun yleisiin kulkuneuvoihin.Isäntä vastasi nopeasti, jos oli kysyttävää.Ohjeet asuntoon pääsemiseksi olivat hyvin selkeät.Pewex kauppa 13min päässä, josta saat tuoretta leipää ja kaiken muunkin.Metro 200m ja bussipysäkki 50m.Meitä oli 7hlö ja halvempi vaihtoehto on mennä tai tulla lentoasemalta taksilla,maksoimme 70 euroa matkasta, kun junalippu oli 14 euroa hlö ja 1.50euroa hlö metro.Olimme käsimatka tavaroilla liikkeellä,mahtui hyvin taksiin. Jos jostain pitää valittaa niin veitset voisi olla jäykempiä, että saa voita paremmin levitettyä leivälle :)

• Dasha0308 (10/5): Amazing penthouse apartment with easy access to Rome and Vatican. Great value. - We absolutely loved this big spacious apartment with some great touches like throne like chairs next to the sofa in the living room & much more. It's truly beautiful penthouse and it had almost everything we needed during our 3 days stay here as a big family. We absolutely loved little local cafe downstairs for coffee and breakfast every morning. So delicious. We also loved the fact that we could walk to Basilica of St Peter's in Vatican. It was a very comfortable stay at such a great price & easy access to Rome via metro. Owner was amazing too and if we needed something that wasn't in the apartment, we would just message him and it would magically appear in the apartment when we came home in the evening from all out adventures (like a new kettle). Thank you. Parking was a bit tricky. There is no way you can park on the street, it's a very busy street to even cross so just go straight into recommended parking by the owner which is in the hospital nearby. It takes a bit to find your way out of there first time but don't be scared no one will stop you and it's all good and open 24/7. Price for parking is very reasonable too and it's safer to park there. Other than that we missed a washing machine as we were on the road for few weeks by the time we came to Rome so to be able to wash our clothes in that big apartment would be a great PLUS instead of roaming the streets trying to find a laundromat. I think I saw washing machine on the list of included facilities so that was bit of a disappointment as was the Internet that was not working very well.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Jeżeli kiedykolwiek będziemy mieć okazję ponownie odwiedzić Rzym, chcielibyśmy nocować właśnie w tym - Wielkość apartamentu pozytywnie nas zaskoczyla, w szczegolnosci w stosunku do lokalizacji i ceny. Ogrzewanie w całym apartamencie było sprawne. Zimna podłoga w łazience. W niektóre gniazdka elektryczne bardzo trudno było włożyć wtyczkę.

• Olivier (9/5): Si je reviens à Rome je reviendrai dans ce même logement. - J'ai apprécié le calme, le petit jardin attenant à l'appartement, les grands volumes ( grandes hauteurs sous plafond). Les lits étaient très confortables. Il y avait deux salles de bain ce qui est très pratique. J'ai également apprécié la proximité du métro et des commerces et la possibilité de garer la voiture à proximité. Il n'y avait pas le grille-pain indiqué dans la description ni d'allume-feu pour la gazinière et la vaisselle était assez spartiate.
• Klára (7/5): Ubytování je nádherné v blízkosti Vatikánu, bohužel pár nedostatků nám trochu zkazilo celkový dojem. Jinak určitě doporu - Prostorný pokoj v přízemí s terasou a třemi pokoji s nádherným dvorkem se spoustou zeleně. Ubytování se nacházelo v blízkosti metra, 2 zastávky od Vatikánu. Pokoje byly velké a prostorné s dvěmi koupelnami a velkým dvorkem. Apartman se nacházel v přízemí, což bylo pohodlné pro cestování se dvěmi malými dětmi. Pohodlně se ubytují až 3 rodiny. Celkový dojem z ubytování, které na fotkách vypadalo fantasticky, trochu kazil fakt ne úplně čisté koupelny či spotřebičů nebo některého nádobí (trouba, moka konev, přístroj na překapávanou kávu) Pokud bychom neměli vlastní zapalovač, nebylo možné zapnout sporák. Také nám chyběla dětská židlička, která byla napsána na seznamu vybavení.

• Sofia Angeliki (3/5): WARNING! There is no autonomous air conditioning! - The only positive points were that the apartment was spacious and very close to the metro. Overall, our experience was below expectations and we would not choose this place again. Our stay was disappointing. The apartment had no heating and was very cold, with outside temperatures dropping to 11°C at night. The host informed us, only after repeated questions, that the heating turns on automatically below 19°C “by law” – something that was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. We requested a 50% refund through Booking because we paid for a service that did not exist, but the host refused. The only “solution” offered was blankets, so all eight of us had to sit in the living room with one blanket each. Additionally, the apartment was not as clean as expected, there was no clothes iron, and the 10:00 a.m. check-out was very early — the cleaner arrived before the scheduled time and knocked persistently on the door. The host is friendly and responds quickly to simple questions, but delays or avoids answering complaints. For example, I asked three times about the air conditioning remote, only to be told that it does not exist.

La zona también está muy bien ya que tienes un metro a pocos minutos y la parada de bus muy cerca al departamento lo que permite movilizarte fácilmente. La comunicación con Nicolò fue buena y su ayuda siempre presente.

• Bryan (10/5): - The apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. The host was attentive and responsive to all our questions. It had everything we needed for our stay in Rome! The fountain and garden area was a nice touch and provided some cool shade on hot days. The only thing was the lack of AC in the dining area, where there is a sofa bed. Who ever sleeps there was not as comfortable on hot nights.

• Amanda (9/5): Beautiful, large apartment - The space for 8 of us was great. There were plenty of supplies like blankets, pillows, towels and dishes. We appreciated the two large bathrooms. We loved the privacy and quiet. The bus stop and Metro are very close by, which was super important. One of the bathroom showers had hardly any water pressure, so we didn't even use it.
• Sonia (9/5): Superb - We had a very nice stay at the apartment, a nice place, close to the metro, around 10 minutes, and about 30 minutes walk from Vatican. The apartment was very accomodating for our group (9 persons), clean and with everything you need to have a nice stay (full kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a large living room) and above all a very nice and very big terrace with a splendid view of Rome by night.

The vintage forniture give the space a lot of charecter the wifi doesn't work most of times and when it works it's dreadfully slow. • Nishat (9/5): A very pleasant stay, loved almost everything about it and if I’m in Rome again I will stay here. - We loved the facility of private transfer as it made the journey to the airport hassle free and was very convenient. In general everything was nice and the apartment looked beautiful inside and out. I’d happily go again. Too many mosquitoes in the garden area and kitchen (but we understand not much the host can do to reduce this anymore). However, the living space had no air condition and there was a bed provided here so we were unable to use this bed as it was too hot for anyone to sleep in that room. Other than that all the rooms were very nice and air conditioned.
