• Camilla (10/5): En riktigt bra resa med ett boende som gav guldkant! - Ett jättebra område att komma tillbaka till efter en heldag i turismens tecken. Lugnt med många fina lokala restauranger och affärer. Lägenheten i sig var stor och fräsch, sval och tyst med bra kyl, frys och matlagningsmöjligheter om så önskas. Kaffe och te på plats. Skönt med diskmaskin så resan inte tas upp av vardagsbestyr. Då vi bara var där i tre nätter behövde vi inte använda oss av tvättmaskinen men bra att ha vid längre vistelser eller om Rom är del av en långresa. Värden hade lämnat mycket bra info om området och även viktiga telefonnummer till police, ambulans etc vilket kändes tryggt och gav en känsla av att han verkligen brydde sig om sina gäster. Rekommenderar verkligen boendet och kommer gärna igen! Jag kan inte komma på något.

• Jordan (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Es kommt kaum Tageslicht rein. Die Lage ist einbisschen ungünstig. Man braucht 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und auch 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum.

The host is very informative and always happy to help. The flat is well located, and I appreciated the fact that is just close to “Via Veneto” one of the most glamorous streets in Rome. • crystal (10/5): Perfecto - This location was perfect having the washer dryer in the flate was great loved the fact that we were just walking distance to the Spanish step walking distance from the main transit was also great overall my stay here was short wish I would of stayed longer.the owner was very amazing giving me place to visit and eat he was a blessing to have especially it being my first time in Europe highly recommend There was nothing bad to say at all about this location everything was spot on and comfy

• Charlie (10/5): Great stylish flat! - I had a great stay at this flat! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for both work and streaming. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, and a link with local recommendations sent by the host. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check out super easy. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
• Luba (6/5): Pleasant - Positives: bed was comfortable, a lot of closet space (although the top closet rod was too high for me to reach), there is an elevator in the building, there is a washing machine, location is quiet, the communication with the host was easy. The negatives: apartment was not very clean, there was hair on the floor and in the shower. The shower knob was stuck and very hard to turn. There is a restaurant under the apartment in the building, so all the strong cooking smells fill the courtyard and the building, so it was not possible to have the windows open. But the most annoying thing is that there was only enough hot water for a VERY quick shower for one person.

It was hard to avoid the water from shower not to get to the toilet area. A door for the shower area could solve the problem.

The host contacted me prior to my arrival via WhatsAp messaging and provided clear instructions for how to access the property on arrival making check in very easy. The flat was spacious and well equipped with everything that I needed. The property feels safe and secure with a main door providing access to a courtyard and a sturdy front door to the property. Wifi was included and provided fast download speeds.

Short walk to all the main sights and conveniently located close to lots of lovely restaurants literally right outside the door There were no dishwasher tabs and some of the dishes were a bit grubby but the-rest of the apartment was very clean. It may be that the previous guests had just run the dishwasher without detergent We arrived late and it would have been nice to have some water in the fridge. Luckily there was a kiosk near by so we were able to get the basics for breakfast. But these were very minor issues and didn’t in any way spoil our enjoyment

The electrics all appeared to be on the same circuit so the power would overload if you used more than one appliance at a time eg. Oven and stovetop. Also a bit of minor maintenance was needed eg. The cupboard door where the fridge opens had the strip falling off

We would have found it useful to have a book with some explanations in English on things like how to use the washing machine (shortest washes, etc) and dryer, the nearest places to buy groceries, etc and walks that you can do from the apartment. I do appreciate that you can find a lot of this from Google

• Frank (10/5): Highly recommended. Only a short 1km walk from Rome Termini train station. - One of the best apartments we have stayed in during our travels in Italy. For Rome, it was very spacious and extremely well equiped. Lacked nothing, tea/coffee was also provided including some other food staples, olive oil, washing powder etc. Easy check in procedure, our host Gian Marco provided clear instructions on how to access the appartment. A drying rack would have assisted greatly especially as washing machine is available.
• Robert (10/5): Quiet, very comfortable and exceptional facilities. - The apartment was very well presented with classic and contemporary fittings. Located in a quiet street with easy access to local services, restaurants, and 15 minutes walk to roma termini. You can also access the local bus service to travel into the main tourist attractions. All rooms and equipment in the apartment were in excellent condition. The bedroom was extremely comfortable with a spacious bed, good linen and a great modern wardrobe. If you needed them, there were 2 smart TVs. We tried the local restaurants and 44 (high end) and Lampada (low cost) were very good. Great communication with the owner and would pass on a recommendation. Entrance and apartment were quiet, clean and secure. Great place to be away from the main tourist rush.... Highly recommended! No dislikes.

It is on the interior of an apartment complex, so it was also pretty quiet, despite the hustle and bustle of the city outside. The bed was comfortable. • Bne (9/5): A great base from which to explore Rome! - Dimoro Suite is a spacious, contemporary and well-maintained apartment located in a quiet area of Rome. It is well equipped with (as mentioned in many other reviews) an extremely comfortable king-size bed! The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro stations (Termini and Repubblica) - and so it was easy to travel to other parts of the city by metro - and there were many good restaurants in the area. Gian Marco, many thanks for your hospitality and for being so responsive to my questions.

Nice restaurants in the area. Close to Central station and metro. On my first morning i was woken by construction noise ( heavy drilling) from the flat above. I contacted the host he was very helpful, and was able to organise that construction would to start after 10am so i did not affect my further stay.
