• Sylwester (9/5): Do powtórzenia mam nadzieję, że niedługo. - Od początku - przyjechaliśmy około godziny wcześniej, ale radosny uśmiechnięty gospodarz bez problemu pozwolił nam wejść do apartamentu, gdzie kończyło się sprzątane, żebyśmy mogli odpocząć. Winda jest malutka i na swój sposób uroczo - zabawna, z zamykaniem dwóch par drzwi by mogła ruszyć. Mimo pewnej odległości od największych atrakcji Rzymu, apartament jest bardzo dobrze skomunikowany, stąd po ogarnięciu sposobu działania komunikacji publicznej - nie ma żadnego problemu z dojechaniem szybko i sprawnie w dowolne niemal miejsce Rzymu. Pogoda - wyborna. 24 stopnie w cieniu, a siesta to bardzo istotna część dnia. Nie wiem czy to do poprawy, ale nie zwróciłem uwagi w opisie, że nie ma wymienionej na wyposażeniu pralki. I pralki faktycznie nie ma. Ale ponieważ w opisie lokalu brak tego udogodnienia, to nie negatywna opinia tylko spostrzeżenie ;-)

• Raven (8/5): Gezellig en ideaal om tot rust te komen na een dag in Rome, terwijl je toch niet te ver zit. - De locatie is perfect (vlakbij een bushalte) en het grootste deel van het appartement is heel mooi en proper. Het appartement is ook best groot, twee grote slaapkamers waardoor iedereen echt z'n eigen plekje heeft. Het terrasje is een geweldig pluspunt. Je ziet dat deze accommodatie goed wordt onderhouden en gerenoveerd. De host is zeer goed bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. De keukenstoelen waren kapot en het kookgerei en bestek e.d. was erg ouderwets en niet altijd hygiënisch, maar er staan meer dan voldoende stoelen in het appartement dus dat was eigenlijk geen probleem en de rest van het appartement is zo goed in orde (bvb zeer mooie badkamer) dat dit echt niet veel uitmaakt.

• german (2/5): Abuso - Ubicación Reservamos el apartamento entero para tres adultos pero solamante teníamos ropa en dos camas.Nos pedía 55 € si queriamos ropa para la otra cama.. Tuvimos que pagar la tasa turística en efectivo, se presentó a las 23 horas a cobrar, no pudimos pagar de otra manera.

• Helena (8/5): Super lokalita pro poznání Říma i místního života - Skvělá poloha. V okolí několik zastávek autobusů, kterými se dá dostat na všechna zajímavá místa. Metro 20 minut chůze. Klidná ulice a přitom za rohem je hlavní ulice se spoustou obchodů a kaváren. 3 minuty chůze od domu skvělá restaurace a kavárna. 5 minut chůze je tržnice. Skvělá lokalita pro poznávání turistických atrakcí, ale i místního života. Obtížnější komunikace s majitelem díky jazykové bariéře. Byli jsme v zimě a v bytě byla trochu zima, topení byt nevytopilo dostatečně. Když jsme na vytopení zapnuli klimatizaci, vyhodili jsme pojistky. V zimě si s sebou vezměte přezůvky, ať po podlaze nechodíte bosky.
• Tetiana (10/5): Рим великолепен!!! Приедем еще)))) - Хозяин квартиры был очень любезен, быстро отвечал на все вопросы)! Встретил нас на объекте и все рассказал. В квартире было немного прохладно и присутствовал запах в ванной комнате от слива, но это скорее проблема общего характера дома.

• Melanie Winton-Holmes (8/5): Spacious Apartment - Lovely big space! Lots of windows for fresh air. A supermarket and other food shops are close by. We were very grateful for the lift as the apartment is on the 7th floor. The apartment is a good 20-plus minutes on the bus from the main attractions in Rome. Although the buses are frequent and easy to navigate, they are often crowded. The area around the apartment is not scenic. The owner didn't communicate what floor the apartment was on which caused some confusion after a long day of travelling. We eventually figured it out for ourselves as the owner was not responsive immediately.

• Laura (10/5): - Buena ubicación a pesar de no estar en la zona más céntrica. Bien comunicado en autobús y metro. Alfredo fue muy amable y nos dio todas las facilidades. La casa bonita, acogedora y limpia. Lo recomiendo. No hubo nada que no nos gustara
• matteo (9/5): Il Sig. Alfredo molto disponibile, la struttura accogliente e pulita. - Colazione non prevista. La posizione ottima per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici e visitare il centro. L'unica pecca da migliorare è il lavandino della cucina che ha un getto d'acqua troppo esiguo per poter essere utilizzato al meglio.

• Anton (9/5): It’s a comfortable 2 room flat in a good location. Easy to reach sightseeing places by foot or public transport. Restaur - Good location, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
• Mihail (3/5): Poor - The cleannes of the beds was ok It was cold at the beginning , we had to argue with the owner who doesn't speak any English that its cold and he has to give us the remotes for the air-conditioner so we can heat the rooms more. He was suggesting that we should have used more of the blankets from the cabinets and that we should have stayed with jackets inside(he was showing me and talking in Italian). We finally had to call a friend who speaks italian so we can get the remote controls for the air conditioner. There are busses close by to the apt. which is good , but have in mind that its atleast 35 minutes from the Colloseum.

• Aziz (8/5): Excellent friendly host, very spacious apartment with a great location! - It is perfect for a group of 2 or 3, very spacious and in a walkable distance from the center and main tourist sites. Nothing to mention.
• Eiden (7/5): Good - The flat is big and good location The first day when we arrived it hasn’t done the last check out and we had to wait around 20 minutes while Alfredo was checking that everything was there. I honestly think this just be done. And also ee didn’t have towels, neither toilet paper neither shampoo/ gel. This was a very bad point because we could had a shower after all. But is true that the next day Alfredo give to us everything we need. Except that everything good.
