Cependant je n'étais pas sereine pour ma voiture car l'environnement était plutôt malfamé les tâches sur le canapé, pas de café bouilloire thé comme montré sur les photos , la vue horrible , les matelas fatigués , la fenêtre du salon qui ne s'ouvre pas et de ou trois petits détails insignifiants qui ajoutés au reste rende le séjour plutôt désagréable

• Chantal (3/5): Pas très tranquille en fait!! - L'emplacement de l'appartement était dans un quartier plutôt misérable. L'appartement se trouve dans un vieil immeuble ; la voiture est garée dans la rue mais des commentaires précisent qu'elle a été abîmée.... peur de retrouver la voiture cassée!!

• Alba (4/5): No ascensore e no qualità prezzo - Il salotto è accogliente e la cucina grande Non è indicato che non c'è ascensore e l appartamento è al secondo o terzo piano di un palazzo antico con tantissime rampe di scale e trascinare su 23kg e poi 10kg su per 2 piani o 3 non ricordo, è un incubo. Meno male la ragazza che ci ha portato le chiavi mi ha aiutata e per fortuna che mia madre è ancora agile. La zona è una zona di periferia poco raccomandabile, il palazzo è fatiscente e il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato e anche il letto e le lenzuola cambiate perché hanno macchie vecchie e buchi/segni di usura e il riscaldamento non si può modificare ha una temperatura fissa. Per fare check in era un incubo perché non mi rispondeva al numero dove aveva detto di chiamare appena arrivati ma per una decina di minuti siamo state ad aspettare che qualcuno mi chiamasse e poi per fortuna ho chiamato un altro numero dove ha risposto il responsabile credo che mi ha fatto richiamare da quella che è la tuttofare sua immagino e già questo è stato uno strazio. Poi trascinare su le valigie. La doccia aveva l acqua che usciva un po da tutte le parti, insomma non esattamente ciò che mi aspettavo ma per 1 notte si sopravvive ma non lo consiglio a chi ha valigie o va con il taxi perché per via di lavori in corso nella zona ci ha messo tantissimo a trovare come il palazzo e non e una bella zona e il portone è continuamente aperto. Sembra un palazzina comunale. Non lo consiglio in generale anche se come rate è un 3/10.

• Valentino (1/5): Da denunciare, la struttura andrebbe proibita per soggiornare - Orribile Struttura Orribile, Posizione della struttura in palazzo degradato e sporco su scale e nelle Aree comuni, gli appartamenti vicini tutti con le grate in ferro dove usciva un odore di feci vicino alla nostra porta d’ingresso, da vomitare! Al secondo piano senza ascensore e scale piccole e ripide e molto sporche. cucina sporca, stoviglie inesistenti, doccia parzialmente funzionante, nessuna possibilità di variare temperatura, finestra del soggiorno senza maniglia e non si poteva aprire, bagno senza aspiratore e senza finestra, letto come dormire per terra, finestre senza oscurante, abbiamo contattato il proprietario per chiedere dei coltelli e ci mandato a quel paese divedendo che dovevamo prendere un delivery e che non dovevamo rompergli per queste cose. Struttura totalmente da evitare fidatevi, mai più!

• Franziska (7/5): - Aufteilung der Zimmer war in Ordnung. Betten und Bad war sauber. In der Küche funktionierte auch alles. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Die Lage und das Haus selbst waren eher abschreckend und ungemütlich. Es ist viel Verkehr nachts und laut. Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht sauber. Etwas wenig Besteck, kein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine da. Das Gästesofa ist nicht bequem zum schlafen.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à l'appartement. La population qui loge dans l'immeuble, le quartier. L'état général du logement. Équipements indisponible, sales et en mauvais état. Communication impossible avec l'hôte, dès que l'on nous a remis les clés la personne est partie rapidement pour ensuite ne plus répondre à nos appels.

• Giulia (7/5): Per soggiorni brevi in zona aeroporto è perfetta - La casa è accogliente e comoda per chi ha bisogno di soggiornare nei dintorni dell’aeroporto o del circolo Magnolia. Non molto spaziosa e consigliata per soggiorni brevi ma con parcheggio gratuito sottostante e bar dotato di tutto nelle vicinanze. La qualità degli arredi non permette una pulizia perfetta e sicuramente c’è da sistemare qualche elemento della casa.

Domagam się zwrotu pieniędzy za nieodbyty nocleg.

There is a great restaurant and drink bar at walking distance. Grocery shops nearby. Kettle was turning off itself just after switching on, needed to cook the tea water in a pot. The girl that met us for key delivery was very friendly. She gave us all the information we needed. We booked the app for the vicinity of the concert area so that was good. It is quite distant from the city centre. The area and the building where the app is situated is really run down. The bars on the doors don't give a secure feeling. We didn't have any bad experiences but wouldn't be brave enough to walk this neighborhood at night.

The location is terrible, dirty and I believe dangerous as well. The house itself was dirty, full with bugs.. when we arrived to the apartment we made videos as there were lots of damage to the property and I was so afraid this is a scam.. i tried to contact with them as during the night the we found many bugs in the apartment.. still do not have any answer.. it is a terrible service. Especially they know it and they are not answering.. I do NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

• Asra (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Nothing I can't believe booking.com has allowed this room to be advertised on their site. The apartment is in a run down block in a very unsafe area of Milan. The location is on the border of Milan Zone B which operates Mon to Friday 7:00 to 19:30. If you have a car it's a nightmare to drive in that area as there are limitations that are written in Italian and not easy to understand. The host is demanding and not accomodating at ALL, required city tax in cash ONLY and in the exact quantity would not accept to give change which made things so difficult. They also demanded to call hostess ten minutes beforehand although we didn't have working phones so we had to accept roaming charges just to call the hostess. The place must be infested by bed bugs as we had ten to twelve bites on each leg. Kitchen must be cleaned otherwise there's extra charge, there's a charge for late check in and a fee for using the heating. I've used so many booking.com properties but never came across such demanding host for such an awful property.

Sofa could be opened, so even one more person could fit there. The location is ok in terms of transport, takes about 30 min by bus and metro to the city centre. However, the area itself is rather scary (we heard some strange noises at night like gunshots and someone once knocked at our door)
