• Arjuna (8/5): Comfortable Stay with Great Location and Friendly Host - We had a lovely stay at A casa di Elsa in Rome. The location is quite central and easily accessible by all forms of public transportation, which made getting around the city very convenient. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Also the airport pickup and drop-off service offered at a very reasonable price by the host—it really made our trip smoother. Overall, a great , clean and safe place to stay for anyone visiting Rome! The restaurant, pizza shop, and gelateria on the ground floor add great value to the place. The food is excellent, by the way. The only minor drawback was the apartment’s proximity to a main road, which could lead to some vehicle noise at night—something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.
• Mark (9/5): Super comfortable apartment near a market, gelateria, bakery, pizzeria andpublic transportation. - Ernesto met us as we got off the tram to take us to the apartment, give us the keys, and answer any questions.
• Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - This was the best apartment we booked. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Ernesto picked us up and drove us to the airport at a very good price. It was helpful because our flights were at night. During our stay, you can always contact the hosts and ask for assistance. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. It has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen. The entire apartment is very clean. It was comfortable in every aspect. The apartment is located in a quiet and well-connected district. There’s an Italian restaurant, a market, an ice cream shop, and other stores, all nearby. Next to the apartment, there are bus and tram stops, so it’s easy to get to the city center. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. Great location. If I plan another trip to Rome, I will definitely come back. I highly recommend it! Greetings to Elsa and Ernesto. You are fantastic people.

• Isabelle (10/5): Would definitely recommend. Thanks for everything Ernesto, you made our trip to Rome magical! - Amazing stay! The place is even bigger irl than in the pictures. Ernesto was able to get us at the airport for 40€ and he even made himself available to do the same for our return flight even though both of our flights were either very early or very late. There is everything to cook at home when you’re on a budget and the ice cream shop and the pizzeria down the apartment are both amazing. There is a pleasant park near the apartment you can go take a walk in too. Just a little far away for the city center. It takes at least 40min to get there but the tram remains accessible and the stop is right in front of the apartment.
• Mohini (10/5): Cute apartment, warm owners, accessible location - A really beautiful apartment and the host Mr. Ernesto was one of the kindest and sweetest house owners I have come across. We maintained regular communication and even came to the tram station to receive us. The neighborhood is quite a charming and bustling one as well, with some great food options. Nothing as such. Would 10/10 recommend this place if you're visiting Rome with your family.

• Danni (8/5): Comfortable and has everything you need. - Very clean and comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed . Restaurant and gelato shop cert close.. Host was very nice and even transported us to the airport for a reasonable cost. A bit noisy and location was a little further out than what we needed.
• Natalie (10/5): Perfect stay just outside the centre - Clean, spacious, about 15 mins to Rome termini on a tram. Great for a stay just outside the centre. Everything you need is there. Metro is around a 10/15 minute walk and on route there’s some fantastic food stops. Ernesto was a brilliant host and we will definitely stay again. The only point I’d make is that it is next to a busy restaurant and gelato - whilst the noise didn’t bother me, if you are looking for a quiet stay this may not be for you: I’ve seen people give poor reviews on booking.comfor outside noise before:
• Fiona (10/5): Fantastic accommodation Ernesto is a great host Easy access to public transport for Central Rome - Communication was excellent and the apartment was cool, clean and perfect for a family of 4. Ernesto went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. It wasn't super central but trams, buses and the metro are all close so easy to get into central Rome.
• Chirila (10/5): I would move in right now - The apartment has everything one might need (we really cooked in the kitchen). Ernesto is a friendly person and speaks English better than most italians in Rome. Bus stop is 1min away, tram stop is 5min away. Great pizza and gellateria just beneath the apartment. The neighborhood people gather at the terrace and in front of the gellateria making the evenings quite noisy, but something the host cannot really do much about.
• Kristina (10/5): Good location, nice apartment and good hosts! - Everything was beautiful. The location is in a good place. There is a tram and bus stop nearby. Also nearby there are shops, a market, a bar where you can eat or drink coffee and also you can buy transport tickets, a gas station, a restaurant, a bakery, an ice cream shop. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean and has all the conditions in it. The hosts are very pleasant, correct and nice people. All in all, a wonderful experience, rating 10. /

• Benjamin (10/5): Great apartment and great hosts! - Ernesto and his wife are the best of hosts. He met me at the trolley stop and took me to the apartment. This is the second time I have stayed and the first he got me special dietary needs at a grocery store. The apartment is beautiful,, has two huge balconies, is over a pizzeria with a gelatario next door. This two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartment is great. I wish I lived there.

Very friendly and helpful owners. On our occasion there was a fault with one of the air conditioning units but this didn’t really impact our stay.

• Hollie (10/5): Perfect hosts, perfect apartment. Can't wait to return! - Our stay at A Casa Di Elsa was perfect. Ernesto met us from the airport and told us all the tips and recommendations on the drive to the apartment. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful! Clean, light, airy and a really big size, we were so happy! The location was so very easy to jump on a tram (the stop was opposite) and 20 minutes you were in the centre of Rome. We were so happy to have stayed here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We had some difficulties with our flights and even though we were late, they were at the apartment to meet us and get us settled. The apartment was clean and secure. Close to markets, a gelateria, pizza and bus and tram stops.
